11/11/2024: I went for lunch with my boyfriend, we had already been here but with the old management and we had a very good time both times, good quality food, only the tuna I didn't find fresh and very pale in colour.. . otherwise everything was ok, the staff were also very kind and attentive, they even offered us coffee when paying the bill, we will definitely be back ❤️

22/09/2024: Ci siamo stati diverse volte; purtroppo il servizio, già lento, continua a peggiorare. Preparatevi a tempi d’attesa lunghi, forse meglio mangiare qualcosa prima di entrare qui per pranzo o cena. La qualità delle materie prime è peggiorata rispetto a un paio di anni fa, gamberi senza sapore; alcuni piatti che amavo sono stati tolti dal menù e questo mi dispiace. Inoltre l’avvicendamento dei piatti a menu sembra studiato per aumentare i prezzi, in quanto hanno tolto piatti da 12-20 euro ed introdotto novità a 18-40 euro. Peccato

09/12/2024: The location is very beautiful, aesthetic and elegant (suitable for appointments or dinners with friends). The food is very good, the menu is varied and the portions are right. Quick to serve. A small flaw is perhaps the insistence of the staff, nothing serious but it's there anyway; furthermore, the chef's sauce has a particular taste, so perhaps not everyone likes it. 20/11/2024: Decidimos probar este restaurante, ya que había varias personas italianas comiendo allí, lo que siempre nos parece una buena señal. Habíamos estado caminando mirando menús antes de llegar a este. Fuimos atendidos por una joven, que era muy educado y agradable. Ella me recomendó probar otro plato entonces lo que yo había decidido, y era muy bueno. Era la pasta del giorno. Mi novia tenía el Ravioli gamberi pistacchi e ricotta. Eso fue encantador. Durante la comida y el postre la camarera fue atenta y agradable. De postre comimos tarta de queso y tiramisú. El tiramisú era una versión congelada / refrigerada, que me gustó. Sí, los precios son altos, pero no más altos que todos los demás restaurantes de alrededor, así que no hay nada de qué quejarse. Buen servicio y buena comida. No es lo mejor que he tenido en Italia, por eso doy 4 , y no 5 .

04/11/2024: Abbiamo scoperto Guerci qualche anno fa, viviamo a Milano e siamo innamorati di Como e delle sue bellezze. Sabato scorso ci siamo tornati con il piacevole pensiero di assaggiare le delizie proposte da Guerci....un disastro! Tra tutte la scortesia a livelli di maleducazione del "signore" che serve alla gastronomia (presumo titolare o uno di loro), ne aveva per ogni Cliente se non rispondeva più che velocemente ai suoi ritmi. Poi la qualità ed il servizio, abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (insalata di mare + piovra e patate), il primo immangiabile perchè il "giro" nel microonde non ha funzionato, una porzione di seppie e piselli, le seppie non erano scotte, di più, e per finire una porzione di ravioli che era appena terminata e che il "signore" di cui sopra ci ha dato disponibili in 10', per cui ordinata e pagata, il tutto 57€! Dopo aver cercato di mangiare i piatti ritirati, e aver atteso 20', ho chiesto ad una delle ragazze in sala i tempi di arrivo, e la risposta sempre del succitato "signore", con i suoi soliti toni è stata ...."arrivano quando sono pronti"! Dulcis in fundo, i ravioli affogati in una salsa/panna gialla con pezzetti di salmone, (e non siamo riusciti a capire nè prima nè dopo di cosa fossero farciti), erano praticamente immangiabili, duri come se fossero stati scongelati da poco e tirati fuori dall'acqua in fretta. Ciò premesso non discuto sul costo e/o sul rapporto prezzo/qualità, è una scelta personale se e cosa mangiare, ma non accetto assolutamente la maleducazione e l'arroganza, ricordo al "signore" che se dal 1934 sono ancora in pista è grazie ai Clienti, e aggiungo inoltre che i soldi dei turisti hanno lo stesso valore di quelli dei residenti! P.S. Ho usato l'appellativo "signore" solo per indicare la persona, ben lungi dal riconoscergli una valenza di "titolo di cortesia" e/o di "rispetto".

30/08/2024: Even though the menu prices have increased, I am still satisfied. The best gunkan cream puffs around!! It's a shame they didn't open the outdoor summer area... it was suggestive and ensured that you didn't smell like cooking at the end of dinner. I would suggest some background music, so that you don't have to hear each other talking!!

17/07/2024: Nuii is a guarantee!!! Since it opened it has been my favorite place and when I feel down coming here lifts my spirits!

27/11/2024: Terrible. Improbable. Below average for any other place in the same category. Hot foods: ravioli, pasta etc. they smell incredibly fried and are so greasy that they make you feel nauseous and the spaghetti is pure acid with 4 prawns. In the sushi the prawns were not cleaned they still had the intestines. They put the roll with the dirty fried prawn between the hot plates and the seaweed was soft. The nigiri and roll rice was not the classic one found in sushi restaurants, neither in the high-end ones nor in the all-you-can-eat ones. I have never found this type of coconut anywhere else so badly cooked, loose and tasteless. The fish is fresh but totally bland, nothing special with the flavor combinations To top it off we all went to the bathroom several times. Ah, it's not even cheap as a place.
