The quality of the sushi and other dishes offered is excellent, with fresh ingredients and meticulously prepared. The service is attentive, courteous, and professional. The extensive wine list is also highly appreciated, with its rich selection of interesting labels that perfectly complement the culinary experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

15/06/2026: A bit out of date, classic dishes, the best ones are paid for, no tablets, too many ordering restrictions, chaos when it comes to the delivery of ordered dishes. In my opinion, a few more euros are better for a better experience.
09/06/2026: The 3 stars are only for the food, which I found to be good. Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by the dining room service, which didn't leave a good impression. In particular, one member of staff seemed rude and unhelpful. For this reason, I'm unlikely to return.
In my opinion, a rule of thumb for any restaurant, even a high-end one, is that you can have the best food in the world, but if the dining room staff isn't up to par, the overall experience suffers greatly. Good service should make the customer feel welcomed, cared for, and respected, not as if they were being done a favor.
A good dish risks losing its value if accompanied by a lack of friendliness, haste, and poor customer service. Ultimately, what remains is the memory of the overall experience.
P.S. In my personal opinion, I believe that if it's too late to accommodate new customers, it's better to state this clearly right away, rather than accepting them and then offering rushed service.
We arrived at 1:30 PM and at 2:00 PM we were told that the restaurant would close at 3:00 PM and that the kitchen would close between 2:15 and 2:30 PM. As a result, we had to order everything at once and eat feeling rushed.

11/02/2026: Really excellent food, quiet place, fast service even though it was a Saturday night. The Instagrammable backdrop at the entrance was very cute! Excellent pizza and really good Chinese cuisine! Lots of attention to detail, even in serving dessert!
25/01/2026: We stopped by chance on a Sunday... only one chef preparing sushi... very long wait about 45 minutes for a mixed sushi and sashimi... too bad that with the amount of work there is they are not at all prepared... I don't think I recommend it!

08/06/2026: The food was excellent, but the main problem was the service. An hour after ordering, not all the dishes had arrived. We asked the waiters about five times, but to no avail. In the end, not all the food arrived. So, the organization wasn't up to snuff, but the atmosphere was pleasant.

12/04/2026: The Google reviews are inaccurate. The set menu prices are inflated, and the portions are very small, as you might expect given the price. The sushi is very thinly sliced, with very little fish. The tuna wasn't fresh. We asked for wasabi and ginger, but even though we ordered a portion for two, we only got one. It's better to get a pizza: it's cheaper and tastier.
08/04/2026: We stumbled upon Ni Sushi by chance in Menaggio, and it was a great discovery. The restaurant is simple, with no particularly striking decor, but the quality of the food makes all the difference.
The ingredients are fresh and the sushi is very well prepared. We tried several options, including some more unusual ones, and they were all delicious.
The service, provided by a very friendly couple, made the experience even more welcoming. Without a doubt, a place to return to.

07/06/2026: I went with my family for lunch, there were six of us. As soon as we arrived, they only gave us two menus for six people, and that was already a mistake, like six people with two menus. The service was terrible! Everyone was in a hurry, answering rudely or giving you dirty looks. The food was almost all tasteless, tasteless. The hot dishes were the only decent ones; I don't recommend the raw ones. We were supposed to eat outside, but they let us eat inside, saying it was open anyway because there was no door. In the end, we spent €149 for six people, not including dessert or coffee. I don't recommend it for sushi, but go somewhere else, even if they're further away.

30/05/2026: Last night, my wife and I went to this theater to see Michael's film. We had a great time, starting with the very friendly and knowledgeable cashier staff. Unfortunately, we witnessed an unpleasant scene in which some kids started yelling at the girls at the cashier for no reason and without wanting to listen to reason. Respect and manners are not taught to kids these days. Then, during the movie, there was a blackout that affected the entire town. While we waited for the power to be restored, the cashier was very helpful with everyone, and we were given the option of returning another time with two free tickets or waiting for the movie to resume. In the end, we chose to wait and finish the movie. A very positive experience, we'll be back!
28/05/2026: The staff were truly rude and disrespectful.
We arrived very calmly, and they wouldn't charge us. We split the bill between four people: two had to pay by card and two in cash, and only one person was supposed to receive change. They wouldn't give him change. We had to argue for thirty minutes before we could get change. The staff raised their voices at the customer (in this case, a minor), which was truly disrespectful and rude.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming; I emphasize their speed of service and the excellent quality of the fish!! You could taste it was fresh!
We were also offered a digestive liqueur at the end of the meal.
Recommended!! 😃
