18/04/2025: I went to at least a dozen different all-you-can-eat sushi places here in Milan and the area, but this was without a doubt my best experience to date. Fish with above average quality, many options with tuna for dinner, well cooked and balanced rice, without just tasting like vinegar. Excellent sushi size in the formula, perfect hosomaki. Fried calamari are delicious and soft. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

17/07/2025: A very pleasant surprise! Really good and tasty food. Excellent service from the always present waiters and waitresses. Don't be fooled by the location, which is a bit old, especially from the outside.

05/08/2025: A loyal customer (mostly for takeout). However, I sadly had to change my mind after trying the restaurant in person. The service was terrible, okay, I understand some delays in the kitchen, but at least they should have been kind enough to notify customers who were obviously waiting and unhappy after half an hour. I'll continue to order takeout because the sushi is delicious. But the service at the restaurant and the attentiveness of the staff need a complete overhaul. Thank you

30/07/2025: I went to dinner with my boyfriend, and for almost 90 euros, it seemed like too much for what we got. Considering it was a Monday night (we understand that many places aren't open), the place was at average capacity, and the service was too slow. The food was okay, but for what you pay, you'd expect better quality. I don't recommend it. There are better sushi places in the area.

27/06/2025: I took takeaway food and usually I get good food but this time unfortunately I was a bit disappointed the soy sauce was all watered down the hard soy noodles seemed to have been made the day before, they definitely hadn't been made at the moment, the pork with soy sprouts had very little pork and that too a lot of water underneath and tasteless for what I spent it's not worth it. for 4 ravioli €3.50 seems too much especially if the ravioli are made with little care because those too were open and the shape was not that of a ravioli.

25/06/2025: I took a few dishes but really below expectations. Spring rolls with the external part very thick and little seasoning. Solved chow fan tasted smoked, chicken mushrooms and bamboo to forget both mushrooms and bamboo had a slightly acidic taste. Positive note the shrimp ravioli very good. In short not a positive experience.

12/07/2025: Everything on the menu is 16.90€. Very fresh and delicious Japanese cuisine. I lived in Japan and I love Japanese cuisine so much... KIKU is simply delicious! I RECOMMEND!

02/06/2025: Ayce very good with very kind and friendly staff! We ate outside in the bistro, the street is not very busy so it is very pleasant to be outside. Good fresh food and with good combinations.. recommended!

02/08/2025: So let's start with the fact that I asked for the crispy mc bacon sandwich without sauce and they gave it to me, yes, without sauce but also without bacon, I asked for the Coke without ice and guess what they gave it to me with ice, which was overflowing, then usually when you do the drive thru with drinks you go with a straw and guess what, the straw was not there, finally there are two types of nuggets, normal and spicy, if someone asks you for spicy nuggets you don't give them the normal ones, to conclude, what a meeeeerrr place

25/07/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per una cena tra amici e siamo stati travolti dall'arroganza e dalla maleducazione del ragazzo che si trova all'ingresso: prima ci accompagna al nostro tavolo, poi, mentre stavamo ordinando - dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa - affianca la cameriera, si piazza fisicamente davanti alla collega, dicendo che non dovevamo stare lì, ma che il nostro tavolo era all'interno (n.b. lui ci aveva accompagnato al tavolo). Quando abbiamo risposto che la prenotazione era stata effettuata esplicitando il posto all'esterno, questi ha detto che il tavolo era "troppo grande per noi", che dovevamo alzarci dal tavolo e che al massimo - come a dire, per sua gentile concessione - ci poteva far accomodare nei tavoli esterni alti (quelli in genere utilizzati per aperitivo/cocktail). Cacciati, ci alziamo e ci collochiamo in questo tavolo, ma in 3 non ci stiamo: non c'è spazio per bicchieri, bottiglie e portate (2 a testa) servite contemporaneamente. Sintesi: tocca mangiare appoggiando un po' di cose sulla sedia e tenendo un piatto in mano. Se volete trascorrere una piacevole serata convivial andate altrove: cibo dozzinale e accoglienza inesistente!

19/07/2025: A mai più! Servizio lentissimo, il ragazzo con i tatuaggi sul braccio maleducato e arrogante, dopo 20 minuti che eravamo in attesa di ordinare ci ha fatto cambiare tavolo mentre la cameriera stava prendendo l'ordine, nn lasciandole neanche il tempo di terminare la comanda. Ci hanno spostate all'esterno sui tavolini alti, i piatti sono arrivati tutti insieme dopo una lunga attesa e nn ci stavamo sul tavolo, ho dovuto cenare tenendo un piatto in mano x nn farlo cadere. Per di più, sushi alla carta e mi aspettavo di qualità , ma ho avuto problemi di stomaco. Pessimo.

14/07/2025: Really low quality. I've been going there for several years and see it changing for the worse. I don't think I'll go there again. Some of the express (fried) dishes were clearly undercooked.

28/06/2025: We took some take-away boxes. Everything was delicious, generous portions and average prices. The staff is very kind and the place doesn't have the confusion found in more well-known places, so much more intimate and quiet I would recommend this place. Thank you very much guys

23/04/2025: Exquisite dinner last night at Miya, steamed ravioli and fried chicken with dessert at the end of the meal, served with care and imagination. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and pleasant. As promised we will be back soon.

14/06/2025: I search for the best hotpot wherever I go. This is by far the best hot pot restaurant I have ever been to. I have eaten at hot pot in Cambodia, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Switzerland, etc. I have been here for close to 20 times whenever I visit Milan. Great service by Brian as always. Ask him to make his signature sauces for you.

07/07/2025: The two of us came to this sushi restaurant for lunch on Sunday and we were really impressed by the quality of the service. In particular, the waitress Elisabetta, young and smart, welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism. Always smiling, attentive and ready to advise, she made the experience even more pleasant. A real asset for the place. The food was fresh and delicious, with a careful presentation that made each dish a real pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The environment is welcoming and modern, perfect for a relaxing and pleasant break. We will gladly return!
