24/11/2025: I've eaten at this restaurant for both lunch and dinner, both seated and at the conveyor belt. Good quality food. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming atmosphere. A bit too noisy in the evening. A bit too expensive for what it offers. However, it's one of the restaurants offering Japanese-style food you can go to.

25/10/2025: The owner seems like she's doing you a favor, but she's so long-faced she makes you feel bad. Average food, terrible service, and with only four tables in the entire restaurant, orders get lost and you have to order multiple times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

28/11/2025: Average ramen, but for the price, it seems like they serve very little broth. I wouldn't go back. The price/quality/quantity was very poor. What a shame! I added extra meat and a seaweed leaf for €20 with water.
27/11/2025: This restaurant is confirmed as one of the best Japanese ramen restaurants. The staff is polite and friendly, and the owner also offers a warm welcome, exuding his love for Japan. I've been a regular customer for five years and have never been disappointed; the new layout is beautiful. The only flaw is that I would have appreciated more vegan options, as the food is excellent. Kudos to the chef behind it. Coming from Rome, this will be one of the places I'll absolutely miss, as the friendliness and kindness of the staff and the warmth of the kitchen have become familiar after so many years. Hokusai has remained consistently top-rated since 2016; they don't just give out red prawns. Kudos!

The place is very nice, the staff is fast and courteous, but the dishes are absolutely not good, some terrible, neither raw nor cooked, the ramen inedible. And I'm not one to give negative reviews easily. I'm sorry, terrible.

07/12/2025: A great find. The place isn't very big but never too crowded. It offers an à la carte or all-you-can-eat menu, serving sushi and Asian fare in general. All the dishes are perfectly executed, both the fried dishes and the grilled meat ravioli, but a special mention for me goes to the sushi, where both the nigiri and rolls feature good-quality fish and, above all, a perfect ratio of rice to rice, unlike other places where you find almost all rice and the fish disappears. The price is reasonable for the area, even low given the quality.

29/11/2025: My review is about the home delivery service. The food is delicious, and the location is also good. Their website (order placed at 8:40 PM) says "preparing at 9:35 PM" from 9:00 PM. It's 10:20 PM, and my next meal will most likely be breakfast tomorrow morning. Jokes aside, they're completely unreachable, neither by phone nor email, and most importantly, I don't know what happened to my order.
