20/08/2024: Truly a special place, I returned after a few years in which I had fond memories and I must say that it is even better than I remembered. I recommend the tasting menu at €26 where you can choose 5 courses from a vast selection, you can find yourself full very easily and you eat truly excellent quality food! I'm not normally a big fan of raw fish, but here it really impressed me, it will remain in my heart (and stomach). Not to mention the Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes, truly balanced and delicious. I had a divine ceviche and guacamole! The cocktails are also very good. The price is very honest, considering that in an average Japanese non-stop dinner you pay between 25 and 30 per person for a decidedly lower quality. There's no real non-stop formula here, but you still come out full, but full of quality food! Rating: 4.9

23/03/2025: I tried this place yesterday and I must say that the atmosphere is really nice, welcoming and relaxing, excellent for a dinner as a couple or with friends. Unfortunately, not everything was perfect, but let's go into the details. I give the food 4 stars because you can see that it is of quality, but the ramen which is the main dish served by the place is TOO salty. Lots and lots of salt, both the one with soy, the one with salt and the miso. I've eaten ramen in many places, it's a dish I love, and only here was it so salty. It wasn't so salty that it couldn't be eaten, but still I had to drink more frequently than usual to be able to finish eating. The Karaage on the other hand was very good and balanced and was useful for recovering from the flavor of the ramen. The matcha tiramisu, A DELIGHT. I had never tried this and I must say that at first glance I didn't understand whether I liked it or not, but the more I continued to eat the more I realized that it was really good! Service. The service is a bit of a sore point, which I give 3 stars. We were served by 2 waiters: a boy and a girl. They gave us the idea of ​​not being very organized and of being a bit chaotic, without knowing who manages the orders and both of us spending one or more times asking the same things, despite having communicated with one first. The real problem was when the girl, to justify being a little awkward, told us that she had a fever and wasn't feeling very well. I felt very sorry for her and I understand everything, but since you get very close to the customers at the table to put down the various things, you can't say you have a fever and feel sick because you could infect us too. If you are ill you should not work, especially if you are in contact with the public and with the food you are going to serve. COVID should have taught us something. However, all in all I give 4 stars because it is not a place to fail, but simply to return to confirm or deny first impressions, especially with the service. However, I had a good time and the company of friends alleviated the discomfort caused during the service, so in the end it was nothing serious. I just hope I didn't get a fever or cold from the girl 😅 Last point which is very important but has nothing to do with the venue itself: PARKING. It literally took me 30 minutes to find a place to park and I ended up 800 meters (about 10 minutes on foot) from the place, so plan a little beforehand. But it always depends on how lucky you are: my friends found a place immediately, while I didn't, so the choice is yours!

10/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena Sabato sera dell’08/03/2025. Appena giunti all’interno del ristorante verrete accolti da un’armatura da Samurai: molto particolare. L’atmosfera è avvolta da una musica di sottofondo cinese e la location è orientale e moderna. In qualche parete del locale c’è l’immagine di un Samurai ad accompagnare la vostra consumazione (All you can eat oppure Alla carta). Il menù è molto vario e con abbinamenti di gusti particolari ed il sapore delle pietanze è eccellente. Abbiamo spaziato dai Nigiri ai Gunkan, dagli antipasti crudi ai Primi cotti, dagli Uramaki ed Hosomaki fino al Sashimi. La grandezza dei Nigiri, dei Gunkan, degli Hosomaki e degli Uramaki sono superiori rispetto ad altri ristoranti di Sushi, cosa a Noi molto gradita. Unica pecca è stata le Fettuccine con gamberi, verdure e uovo, in quanto mancava come gusto qualcosa di più deciso e spiccato, ma che assolutamente non penalizza l’intera serata perfetta e tranquilla. Tra i migliori Sushi mai provati a Roma!!!

16/03/2025: Top service.. the food is excellent.. we came the first time by word of mouth and since then it has been our favorite sushi restaurant... Highly recommended.. and then they have a loyalty card which for those of us who come often is a great thing..

15/03/2025: I went for lunch today with my son, table 315, excellent service, very efficient waitresses but the food was not fresh because as we went out and luckily we live nearby, we had to go to the bathroom because something hurt us very much. Definitely the salmon, in fact it wasn't like the other times you could feel on the palate that something wasn't fresh. It could have been worse, luckily only stomach pains and immediate release

24/02/2025: Sushi without infamy and without praise, the main problem with this place is that despite offering menus with the All You Can Eat formula, after just about twenty dishes ordered the manager approached the table and informed us that they wouldn't serve us anything else because there was already a lot of stuff ordered and then invited us to get up and pay the bill.

15/03/2025: Excellent quality of food (exceptional ramen). Definitely worth trying as the best alternative to the usual "all you can eat". Excellent price/quality ratio

29/03/2025: Poor food, rude waiters, dirty place, it's not like the photos posted on social media. I found it a very bad and unpleasant experience. I strongly advise against going.

21/03/2025: Well what can I say? In this place you won't eat well but you will have a UNIQUE experience from which you will never go back!! You will never be the same as before. Dishes of mind-blowing goodness, bringing tears to your eyes at how good they are. Nothing short of perfect and impeccable service, if there had been the possibility of giving more stars I would have gladly done so. Fresh and quality raw material! Each dish has a different emotion. The best ever ❤️

17/02/2025: Eravamo già stati per una merenda da Hiromi Maison, il loro ristorante, dove avevamo provato alcuni dei loro dei dolci e un'esperienza più immersiva della cultura giapponese. Trovandoci di passaggio in zona abbiamo deciso di fermarci e provare anche questo. Essendo più che altro adibito a laboratorio di pasticceria, il locale ha solo alcune sedute all'interno e un piccolo dehor esterno che purtroppo nonostante le lampade riscaldanti, ha troppi spifferi su tutti i lati e, in giornate fredde e/o ventose, non è molto piacevole. Tolto questo, i loro dolci sono sempre fantastici (fantastica la Okinawa) ed il servizio delle ragazze del locale molto gentile.

17/02/2025: Pasticceria/ caffetteria giapponese. Fanno dolci, caffetteria e anche qualche salato (onigiri, ramen). Dolci buoni, personale gentile, possibilità di sedersi sotto il gazebo esterno. Prezzi un pochino elevati. Da provare.
