09/07/2025: Very nice restaurant, with a small dining room, but I personally prefer it to the huge dining rooms often found at all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The lady serving the tables is very kind, quick with service, and always polite, never intrusive or rude. We've been several times, always for lunch, and I've found the dishes to be very good, the fish fresh, and the portions well-balanced. I've read that some people complain that the rolls sometimes fall apart; I think it happened to me with a couple of rolls at most, but it never affected the taste of anything I've eaten. We'll definitely be back because we've truly enjoyed our meal every time.

07/08/2025: I'd been hoping to eat at this restaurant for a long time, and finally had the pleasure of doing so tonight. Well, what can I say? It was an unforgettable experience. Aside from the quality of the food, which I'd call supreme, we were particularly impressed and moved by the passion Micaela and her husband put into this business and the joy they feel in sharing their passion with their customers. Sure, booking is a bit difficult, but with a little patience, that can be done. Besides, I think increasing the number of seats available would inevitably compromise the quality of this experience. We hope to be able to eat at Mikachan again as soon as possible, but I can say that for now, we're already thrilled with this evening.

17/08/2025: We were there the day before yesterday, and the all-you-can-eat dinner buffet was absolutely delicious! It took a while for the food to arrive, but the staff were all very friendly. The restrooms were clean. We'll be back.

15/08/2025: Miglior esperienza, nuovo standard di tutto ciò che puoi mangiare, Genkai 2" Ho visitato Genkai2 mentre cercavo il miglior ristorante (All-you-can-eat) di Roma. Per cominciare, ho avuto la migliore esperienza che ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspetative. Altri ristoranti che potete mangiare spesso preparano il cibo in anticipo e lo riscaldano quando arriva un ordine, ma Genkai 2 cucina tutto il cibo subito dopo averlo ordinato e lo serve subito. Grazie a questo, ho potuto sentire il calore e la freschezza dei piatti appena preparati. In particolare, il sashimi di salmone vantava una freschezza che si scioglieva delicatamente in bocca, e le verdure nei gamberi fritti venivano ammirate perché venivano tagliate in determinate dimensioni che non solo si sentivano fresche, ma sentivano anche la sincerità dello chef. Durante tutto il pasto, potevo continuare a sentire perché questo posto è così speciale. Il tablet era ben mantenuto e il tavolo da pranzo e il bagno erano puliti senza polvere. In termini di pulizia, era paragonabile a qualsiasi ristorante di lusso. Il gusto e la freschezza dell'ottimo cibo, e anche la perfetta pulizia. I visited Genkai 2 while searching for the best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Rome. To cut to the chase, my experience far exceeded my expectations. Other all-you-can-eat restaurants often pre-prepare food and reheat it when the order is placed, but Genkai 2 prepares all the food to order and serves it immediately. This allowed me to truly savor the warmth and freshness of the freshly made dishes. The salmon sashimi, in particular, was so fresh it melted in my mouth, and the vegetables in the stir-fried shrimp were not only fresh but also cut into consistent sizes, showing the chef's dedication. Throughout my meal, I was constantly reminded of why this place is so special. The tablets were kept clean, and even the tables and restrooms were spotless. It was spotlessly clean. In terms of cleanliness, it rivaled any high-end restaurant. From the excellent taste and freshness of the food to the impeccable cleanliness, it's no exaggeration to say that Genkai 2 sets a new standard for Roman AYCE restaurants. I confidently recommend it as the best AYCE restaurant in Rome.

14/08/2025: The spiciness in some dishes wasn't really spicy. But otherwise, everything was delicious. Even the bunnies are missing!

11/08/2025: A place dear to my heart. I've known it since it opened and have spent many moments there in the company of loved ones. The food is excellent, the prices are typical for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the staff is extremely friendly, and the place, which has transformed and adapted over the years, is very welcoming.

28/06/2025: After booking the table, we encountered a non-existent welcome. Wait to sit down, endless wait to order. Considering the restaurant's costs and the small spaces, it is absolutely not the service that I imagine to find in such a well-known place. Unfortunately, there was only one waitress in the room who managed everything. I do not want to blame the employee but the poor management. We promptly decided to leave. We will not return. I do not recommend it.

21/07/2025: Congratulations! We were pleasantly surprised by this experience! Two distant cultures created an alchemy of flavors, in addition to the excellent hospitality and service. All the dishes we tasted were carefully prepared and all to our liking.

13/03/2025: Modestly sized venue, seats up to 4 at the counter. I had dinner alone for work and they welcomed me kindly. The dishes are of incredible quality for their cost. The dishes in the photo + a small dish offered by the chef at the price of 30 euros. I didn't think I'd find such good sushi in Tivoli. It deserves 10 stars out of 5 go there

08/03/2025: The sushi and sashimi I ordered were fantastic, the portions and quality perfect. It's been a long time since I've had anything this good, and most importantly, the flavors were varied thanks to the ingredients used, not artificially induced with various sauces and dips, as happens in many other Asian restaurants. Although unfortunately it's out of our reach, it's worth driving a little further or ordering delivery. Keep up the good work.

24/07/2025: Nice little place with a dark atmosphere. Friendly, competent, attentive, and kind service. Kudos also to the young staff! Good food, excellent, and I highly recommend the pork cutlet dish! (Katsudon) The ramen was good, although I've had better! Fairly priced. Definitely worth returning!

12/07/2025: This is a par for the course Asian restaurant. If you are in a bit of a hurry and want to have something lighter than the typical Italian meal, this is a decent option. Absolutely not in the top 20% Asian restaurants I have had but not terrible either an average place With decent food. I recommend not ordering the truffle edamame because the taste is not there. They wakame salad is decent and the miso soup is below average. The sushi and sashimi is only OK.

29/06/2025: Came here by chance, not a lot of choice, but very traditional. Very generous portions, maybe too much for an ayce Very good salmon, as well as sea bass and tuna. I would replace the L2 shrimp among the choice of raw products

07/06/2025: Excellent nigiri and sashimi. Very fresh fish and a quality in working the fish that is truly absurd. I think the best sushi in Rome hands down, highly recommended!

Even though some of the dishes we ordered were forgotten, we were able to notify the kitchen directly via our tablet, and they brought them to us shortly thereafter—very efficient. Highly recommended.
