11/09/2025: Nice place and great atmosphere Let's start by saying that the place is small and almost always fully booked, so if you want to go, it's best to book well in advance. Inside, it's decorated in an exotic style, and the sushi/cocktail combination is truly a winner. Here, you can try various types of caipirinhas, each one better than the last. The rolls are very good, the poke is delicious, and the ceviche could be improved because it had too much lime, which completely covered the flavor of the fish. The cheesecakes are also good. Definitely worth a try.

10/09/2025: A disappointing experience in every way, never again! I went to this restaurant based on the reviews and a location that, at least in the photos, seemed promising. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences in recent years. Let's start with the food: the à la carte menu had high-end restaurant prices, but the quality was at best equal, if not inferior, to many all-you-can-eat restaurants where, at least, you know what to expect. Dishes lacking in character, mediocre ingredients, meager portions, and low-alcohol cocktails. Given the steep bill, it was impossible not to feel cheated. The location was nice at first glance, but ruined by a plethora of fake plants and tasteless decor. And now we come to the real sore point: the bathroom. An unworthy sight. The most scandalous thing is that we were at the start of service; there was only one other table with ours, so all this mess was unjustified. Smeared mirrors, sinks with unidentifiable brown stains, paper towels everywhere, and puddles of water on the floor in the hallway leading to the restrooms. The level of hygiene is unacceptable, to say the least, and that alone would be enough to make me never set foot in this place again. I hate to be so harsh, but let this be a warning to improve. Lately, eating well has become increasingly rare. When I spend my money, I'd appreciate quality products and, above all, a healthy environment.

02/10/2025: I was wondering how Japanese restaurants in Rome are. The food was really good and service was amazing!

02/10/2025: Alan was amazing help, he recommended locations for us to get our FAVORITE dessert which was extremely hard to find late afternoon. He went above and beyond to even gift us his favorite dessert here which is an excellent ginger and vanilla ice cream that I recommend. He greeted us with such great energy and the food was so exceptional that we came back the day after. It was unfortunate we found this location our second to last day but Alan & the food left such a good impression it’d be worth a trip back from Miami, USA!

07/08/2025: I'd been hoping to eat at this restaurant for a long time, and finally had the pleasure of doing so tonight. Well, what can I say? It was an unforgettable experience. Aside from the quality of the food, which I'd call supreme, we were particularly impressed and moved by the passion Micaela and her husband put into this business and the joy they feel in sharing their passion with their customers. Sure, booking is a bit difficult, but with a little patience, that can be done. Besides, I think increasing the number of seats available would inevitably compromise the quality of this experience. We hope to be able to eat at Mikachan again as soon as possible, but I can say that for now, we're already thrilled with this evening.

29/09/2025: Despite being in a touristy area, the prices aren't excessive. The miso ramen is good, they let you add spice by hand, and the portions are generous.

14/10/2025: The sushi and the recipes convinced us, except for the sauces, the toppings that cover everything and make the meal feel heavy. If it were an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it would be perfectly acceptable, but unfortunately it has the air and presumption of being a high-end restaurant, as if it were on the beach, and it can't afford it. Starting with the welcome service, where even the hostesses look down on you. I recommend making a reservation, and if you're late, you'll be scolded like you're at school despite the millions of empty tables, either because they want to maximize revenue or because of the overweening arrogance that characterizes the restaurant's management. The service is extremely fast, with many waiters. From the iPad, it's difficult to tell when you ordered what arrived and what was served. Some dishes take much longer to arrive, so you worry they've been forgotten. The price for the all-you-can-eat is €32.90 for dinner. The glass of wine cost 6.50 and the grappa 4 so the price of drinks is normal.

12/10/2025: What can I say? The best all-you-can-eat sushi in Rome, hands down. I promise I've been to many. Beautiful location, excellent service, fair price for the quality of the sushi, and a varied menu. I definitely recommend booking.

11/08/2025: A place dear to my heart. I've known it since it opened and have spent many moments there in the company of loved ones. The food is excellent, the prices are typical for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the staff is extremely friendly, and the place, which has transformed and adapted over the years, is very welcoming.

07/09/2025: We were absolutely delighted – the place is amazing! They have English-speaking staff, which made everything very easy. We came between 1:00 and 3:00 PM and paid only €20.99. The food was delicious, the fish incredibly fresh, and the service outstanding. You can order as much as you want, and the value for money exceeded all expectations. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely return here for the delicious fish!

13/03/2025: Modestly sized, seating up to four at the counter. I dined alone for work and was welcomed kindly. The food is incredibly high quality for the price. The dishes pictured + a small plate offered by the chef for €30. I didn't think I'd find sushi this good in Tivoli. It deserves 10 out of 5 stars. Go there.

08/03/2025: The sushi and sashimi I ordered were fantastic, the portions and quality perfect. It's been a long time since I've had anything this good, and most importantly, the flavors were varied thanks to the ingredients used, not artificially induced with various sauces and dips, as happens in many other Asian restaurants. Although unfortunately it's out of our reach, it's worth driving a little further or ordering delivery. Keep up the good work.

17/08/2025: Everything was delicious and the service was fast. The staff was professional and friendly. Even though some of the dishes we ordered were forgotten, we were able to notify the kitchen directly via our tablet, and they brought them to us shortly thereafter—very efficient. Highly recommended.

06/09/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately captivates you. The background music is pleasant, if a bit monotonous at times. We ate well and were satisfied with the quality. The only thing to consider: on Saturday evenings, the wait can be quite long.

08/10/2025: It's always been our go-to, but tonight we were truly disappointed. The raw ham was truly rubbery and the ravioli tasted like nothing, not to mention the ravioli. The staff in the dining room were fantastic, and the little robot surprise for my husband was also excellent. The cooked food was excellent, and there's nothing else to complain about. We'd be happy to return and find everything 100% as it was before.
