11/10/2025: What can I say... Kirin is truly delicious! 😋 The sushi is always fresh and well-made, and the Chinese dishes are also super tasty. Friendly staff and fast service, I always love coming back. One of my all-time favorite restaurants! 🍣🥢

16/11/2025: Embarrassing service: dishes were practically thrown at the table, different ones every time, as if it were a low-end fast food restaurant rather than a restaurant. Ordering was incredibly slow: we waited up to an hour for some dishes, and yet we only managed to order twice. Not "all you can eat" here: it's more of an "all you can wait." The food was of poor quality. The fish, instead of being enhanced, was covered with overpowering flavors (onion, truffle, etc.) that made it seem like they were trying to hide the true flavor. Honestly, given what we ate, I felt cheated. The worst thing, however, was the owner's attitude. When we pointed out the problems, her response was more or less: "Oh well, everything arrived anyway, so there's no problem." Too bad we couldn't order anything else because the kitchen was already closing. We sat down at 1:20 PM, and the kitchen closed at 3:00 PM. Instead of taking responsibility for the slow and disorganized service, we were basically made to understand that we, the ones complaining, were the problem. I was also struck by the sight of the table next to ours, with children waiting and waiting without their orders arriving. It's not just a question of money, but of respect for people's time and needs. The feeling is that the restaurant is only focused on minimizing costs and maximizing profits, with no interest in leaving the customer satisfied. No care, no attention, no sense of responsibility. I will never, ever return, and I would advise against it to anyone: if you value your time, your money, and your mood, go elsewhere. You'll leave here more frustrated than satisfied.

15/11/2025: Truly delicious dinner: you absolutely have to try the Unko roll, the Ochimpo hosomaki and the Smeg sashimi, truly a delicacy.

16/11/2025: That's all I have to say. Some people should know that good manners are learned at home. Regardless of the person, the receptionist should know this very well. Otherwise, stay home... It will do everyone good. I don't recommend following the link; it will be much better. The link comes from a much better place.

15/11/2025: Unfortunately, with the all-you-can-eat price, you have to pay for sauces in addition to drinks. Previously, they came directly with the dish you ordered. Now you have to order them and they're not included. The price of drinks should also go down a bit. Very good food.

09/09/2025: Exceptional Japanese cuisine, now a must-try. Seats are limited, so reservations are difficult, but it's worth it.

07/08/2025: I'd been hoping to eat at this restaurant for a long time, and finally had the pleasure of doing so tonight. Well, what can I say? It was an unforgettable experience. Aside from the quality of the food, which I'd call supreme, we were particularly impressed and moved by the passion Micaela and her husband put into this business and the joy they feel in sharing their passion with their customers. Sure, booking is a bit difficult, but with a little patience, that can be done. Besides, I think increasing the number of seats available would inevitably compromise the quality of this experience. We hope to be able to eat at Mikachan again as soon as possible, but I can say that for now, we're already thrilled with this evening.

10/12/2025: It's one of my regular restaurants when I'm downtown. I hadn't been here in over a year (but I've used the Euclide and Ponte Milvio delivery services) and I really appreciated the redesign, which has significantly improved the restaurant's usability. The service is always excellent, and the staff is very kind and efficient. I've come for both lunch and dinner and, as usual, I've enjoyed my favorite dishes: the fried rice, the yakisoba, the gyoza, the uramaki, and tonight the katsucurry. Now they also have ramen on the menu, which I loved. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the dishes and the location.

27/11/2025: Went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Ramen was good, sushi was very nice. I got some kind of fried roll. Great with a kid.

19/11/2025: The atmosphere is a bit dark, but still pleasant. The food is good, although the menu is slightly more limited than other places (for example, no fried or baked ravioli). Service is fast and professional. Prices are average, perhaps slightly lower than the competition.

13/11/2025: I have ordered from Akira more than 5 times for my parents who live in Viterbo. They satisfied with the food all the time and I know it is hard to keep the same quality all the time. But you guys are genius on it. Keep it up the good work 🥰

30/11/2025: A quiet dinner with friends. The hostess was very helpful with recommendations and patiently explained the menu to us. The atmosphere is simple but elegant. I'll be back soon!

17/11/2025: A very nice restaurant, but too dark and the music (both live and otherwise) too loud. Background music is welcome, but if you can't talk at the table, it becomes annoying. The staff (at least the young man at our table) was very kind but not very knowledgeable; he didn't know how to handle customer requests. In fact, we had to call the owner, who accommodated our requests. I'll return and recommend it, but with a few extra precautions.

13/12/2025: I returned to this restaurant, which I've been frequenting occasionally since it was in the other location. This last time was very disappointing; the dishes aren't what they used to be, from the ramen to other typical dishes that we tried and shared between five people (so five different dishes). We were very disappointed. I don't know if it's under new management or what has changed in the kitchen.

10/12/2025: The food was quite good, the staff were friendly, the place was neglected and not inviting at all.

08/12/2025: I've been a customer for many years, but since they launched on social media, the quality of the food has dropped significantly: stringy rice and tasteless fish for €33 per person. Truly disappointed, I won't be coming back.

29/11/2025: The restaurant has just been renovated with care and passion... food, service and courtesy are the main features of an elegant yet informal atmosphere... as always, Kotuki is synonymous with quality... highly recommended

14/10/2025: Very nice, even the streetside stand feels particularly private. I'm sorry to give it only 4 stars, but I have to because the desserts, while good, weren't worth the price. The matcha, however, deserves 5 stars; the mango one is excellent.

13/10/2025: I just had the vegan ice 🍨 they serve, where the exciting detail is that the last time I had one was in Kyoto and in Tokyo. It's hard to compare as the way they make ice in Japan is much softer and better. And so are the topping and serving:)

13/11/2025: Came here with my family as the teenagers love the sushi food. The food is not traditional style but acceptable in European ways and reasonable price. The ordering system is good as well.
