Some of the best fish I've ever had, sushi and sashimi incredibly fresh and almost melt in your mouth. Ramen is tasty boy! Highly recommend and great value given the quality of the food and quick service

A Japanese restaurant among the best in Rome. The restaurant is located in the heart of the city and, if the weather permits, having lunch or dinner outdoors is a truly evocative experience. The staff is very helpful and will explain each dish on the menu in detail. The interior rooms are also very beautiful. The spicy miso ramen and the fried tofu are highly recommended. I also recommend trying the sparkling cold sake: a sort of prosecco made in Japan!

Very nice Japanese restaurant, with tables inside and outside (heating). Quick to serve and very delicious menus. It is comfortable. I recommend the ramel (exquisite)

Se c'è una cosa che il 2023 mi ha insegnato é che allargare gli orizzonti dal punto di vista culinario é essenziale. La cucina giapponese é stata una piacevole sorpresa di conseguenza nutrivo il desiderio di provare qualche specialità in un bel ristorante nel cuore di Roma e devo dire che Shiroya mi ha dato l'impressione di essere un locale giapponese all'avanguardia, ci sono tante cose buone da provare e spero di tornare presto!

Consigliato e prenotato dai nostri amici romani questi accogliente locale ( zona campo dei fiori ) ben curato rispecchia la grazia e gentilezza della “ padrona “ di casa. Servizio attento non invadente nel consigliarti senza farti sentire turista. Mio gusto pur trovandolo buono il ramen al gyoza non mi ha pienamente convinto . Noi siamo venuti per il sushi ( pareri unanimi ) promosso a pieni voti con riso perfetto di quantità e qualità , tonno una spanna sopra. Voglia soddisfatta grazie .

31/03/2024: We decided to try this restaurant after reading a few reviews and I confirm some of the points that are found most often: good quality of food, very fast service, good quality/price ratio and friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like very much is the place, with a slightly retro decor. For the rest, I recommend it.
