07/06/2026: Everything was delicious, perfect service.
17/05/2026: I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and was disappointed.
Throughout the entire meal, I found nothing that made me say, "Wow, I want to try this again." The sushi was overflowing with poorly made rice and too large: they were sticky rice balls, clearly poorly washed.
The hosomaki was as big as the roll, with very little fish.
We also had sashimi: salmon, sea bass, and tuna, all the same flavor. The salmon was cut a little better and had a bit more flavor. The tuna was ferrous/oxidized.
The fried sushi arrived without the Philadelphia cheese and strawberries; it can happen, but that's another negative overall.
The only thing that was a little better, in my opinion, was the carpaccio sauce, but only that because the fish still tasted bland and, above all, cut along the grain rather than against the grain, made it rubbery to chew. In any case, one dish can't justify having lunch here.
I'd read positive reviews for the Chinese food: we had the grilled ravioli. Not very juicy on the inside and too greasy on the outside. Inedible, like the hosomaki.
We went on Friday for lunch, and there were maybe eight of us in the dining room, yet the service was quite slow.
For the same price, we've had better in the area, which is a real shame because, in terms of ambiance, decor, and atmosphere, it's one of the most family-friendly.
