08/02/2025: Esperienza di cucina orientale estremamente positiva. Materie prime di altissima qualità trattate senza eccedere in condimenti. Ciò favorisce la vista ed il gusto del prodotto. Una piacevole coccola l'entrée. Gli chef, preparati, empatici, hanno la passione per il loro operato e si vede nel risultato finale. Ottimi anche gli abbinamenti con il beverage del pasto e del fine pasto. Menzione speciale per il tonno rosso e la Kobe meat. Il menù degustazione è completo e appagante senza eccedere: in ogni caso lo chef chiede ad ogni portata come proseguire. Il prezzo è commisurato al prodotto, al servizio e all'intimità del locale. Suggerisco la prenotazione al banco degli chef. Torneremo per assaporare le novità

02/02/2025: When Tokyo marries Sicily. You pay as an all you can eat for the highest quality fish and sushi you have ever eaten in your life. Recommended by a friend and found by chance on Reddit as 'the best ethnic place in Bologna'. A wonderful experience that I will definitely do again. I recommend the options with scallops, mazzara del vallo shrimp, red fin tuna, pistachio pesto, with almonds and with truffle. The desserts are also good, as well as the beers and last but not least the Japanese digestive offered by the very kind owner. Since the place is small, I recommend booking in advance.

11/01/2025: Ci vengo spesso a cena in questo ristorante con i miei amici e mi piace veramente molto i proprietari sono simpatici e gentili, il servizio è veloce i menù sono fissi che hanno durante la settimana Ramen, sushi e momentaneamente il curry sono spaziali veramente buoni, ci tengono veramente molto ad ogni dettaglio e a quello che si serve al cliente gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità, quando ti portano le pietanze il proprietario ti fa' una presentazione del piatto e ti dice il nome della pietanza e da cosa è composto, l'atmosfera è tranquilla e ci si rilassa e si passa una bella serata. Cercavo da tempo un ristorante tipico giapponese madrelingua e qui puoi sentire i sapori del Giappone un esperienza culinaria unica. se cercate un ristorante così vi consiglio di cuore questo senza pensarci due volte. il menù fisso cambia ogni mese e sulla loro pagina facebook trovate il calendario e quando fanno quel menù durante la settimana. Ricordatevi che NON È you can eat. Vi consiglio di provare la loro birra è buonissima. Anche il sakè è di prima qualità. So che devo aspettare ma vorrei ritornarci il prima possibile.🤤

16/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce, qualità ottima del pesce crudo, porzioni abbondanti e a prezzi super ragionevoli. Gli scialatielli veramente buoni si sente la pasta fatta in casa davvero strepitosi. Anche i dolci buonissimi di ottima qualità
