21/04/2025: A truly fantastic experience! The fusion sushi is of the highest quality, with surprising flavor combinations and the freshest ingredients. Each dish is a real delight. The drinks are exceptional, perfect to accompany the meal and add an extra touch to the evening. Highly recommended to book a seat in front of the counter to enjoy the chef while he prepares the dishes, a unique experience! The only downside, if we want, are the prices, which are quite high, but it is definitely worth it!

My partner and I had an unforgettable dining experience in Rimini, where every dish told a story of passion and craftsmanship. We enjoyed four phenomenal courses, with the ramen as the star—rich, soulful, and bursting with flavor, crafted from a broth simmered for an incredible 70 hours. Each bite was a journey! The restaurant went above and beyond for my vegetarian girlfriend, creating delicious, thoughtful vegetarian dishes that left her in awe. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, perfect for soaking in the magic of the meal. If you're in Rimini, this place is a must-visit. We'll be dreaming of that 70-hour ramen until we return!

27/03/2025: Abbiamo partecipato ad una serata in cui veniva preparato il Ramen Tonkotsu, che dire, davvero buonissimo! Abbiamo assaggiato anche gli onigiri e i panini bao, tutto davvero fantastico. L'ambiente è piccolo e molto caldo e familiare, le ragazze dello staff davvero gentili e professionali. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

01/05/2025: Trattamento abbastanza non consono dal rider. Mi sono fatta consegnare il cibo a un campus universitario. Il rider non arrivava e non avevo modo né di contattare né di tenere traccia essendo consegna autonoma del ristorante. Ha aspettato trenta minuti senza chiamarmi nonostante io avessi specificato che fosse un campus universitario. Io ero sotto ad aspettare da quaranta minuti proprio per facilitare. Ho anche chiamato il ristorante per scusarmi.

24/04/2025: The worst ramen I've ever eaten, it has absolutely nothing to do with Japanese ramen (maybe just the noodles), broth that wasn't there, just water and soya, no flavour, no service given that you all eat together at the table with unknown people. Terrible experience

10/01/2025: I eat there very often and the food is excellent (especially the salmon tartare), the service is fast and the waiters are very kind and helpful. furthermore the environment is kept very airy so there is no fish or fried smell left once you leave the restaurant

11/03/2025: If you are looking for an all you can eat where everything is messed up with sauces to cover the poor fish... don't come here. High quality fish and kind and attentive staff (I'm allergic to shellfish and they always know how to suggest valid alternatives or replace shellfish without distorting the dish that normally contains them). The expense is proportional to the quality.

01/03/2025: Per me uno dei sushi più buoni della zona!! Materie prime sempre fresche e ben lavorate, nessun piatto lasciato al caso, tutto curato e valorizzato come solo mani sapienti ed abili sanno fare. Consigliatissimo!!!!!
