08/02/2025: Esperienza di cucina orientale estremamente positiva. Materie prime di altissima qualità trattate senza eccedere in condimenti. Ciò favorisce la vista ed il gusto del prodotto. Una piacevole coccola l'entrée. Gli chef, preparati, empatici, hanno la passione per il loro operato e si vede nel risultato finale. Ottimi anche gli abbinamenti con il beverage del pasto e del fine pasto. Menzione speciale per il tonno rosso e la Kobe meat. Il menù degustazione è completo e appagante senza eccedere: in ogni caso lo chef chiede ad ogni portata come proseguire. Il prezzo è commisurato al prodotto, al servizio e all'intimità del locale. Suggerisco la prenotazione al banco degli chef. Torneremo per assaporare le novità

21/02/2025: very high expectations, but unfortunately terrible disappointment. We really expected to taste Japan but that didn't happen Fresh fish..some things defrosted..bad value for money. Excellent green tea although a little expensive!! The terrible dessert made with kinder brioss snacks😭

21/02/2025: SUPER experience, I felt like I was in Japan 🇯🇵 ✌️ Let's start from the friendliness, kindness and enthusiasm of the chef who accompanies and follows your culinary experience as only our grandmother would do: in an affectionate and loving way, you can see that he loves what he does, and all this is reflected in the food. The courses were a true journey into the flavors of the land of the rising sun, but the Gyoza literally made us fly. The environment is very intimate and quiet. Highly recommended, an experience I can't wait to repeat

16/02/2025: Partito con buone aspettative visto le recensioni positive e i buoni ricordi di quando sono stato qui anni fa, sono rimasto estremamente deluso. Cameriera a cui bisognava ripetere 4-5 volte i piatti e indicarli sul menù (anche i più semplici come un sushi misto!). Ramen decisamente scialbo e acquoso con carne secca. Nigiri e sushi con qualità da qualsiasi AYCE. Riso saltato con pesce dozzinale. Muri sporchi e tavoli scomodi. Prezzi da ristorante pretenzioso. Non è uno scam ma ci va molto vicino...

02/02/2025: I really like this restaurant, the portions are generous and the food is really great. It's not huge and the location isn't great for parking. In the summer they have a few tables outside, the Andrea Costa traffic is close but in the end it's good

02/02/2025: When Tokyo marries Sicily. You pay as an all you can eat for the highest quality fish and sushi you have ever eaten in your life. Recommended by a friend and found by chance on Reddit as 'the best ethnic place in Bologna'. A wonderful experience that I will definitely do again. I recommend the options with scallops, mazzara del vallo shrimp, red fin tuna, pistachio pesto, with almonds and with truffle. The desserts are also good, as well as the beers and last but not least the Japanese digestive offered by the very kind owner. Since the place is small, I recommend booking in advance.

22/02/2025: Wonderful ramen and udon, for those who love strong flavors this restaurant is truly recommended! The vegetable gyoza, the prawn gyoza and the cooked tuna onigiri are also very good. The no-reservation formula works very well and quickly for couples, a little longer waiting for groups.
