09/06/2025: Here you don't just eat ramen but you have a truly unique experience, I've been there other times and every time you feel so good in the place, the food is too good, for lunch we were introduced with a miso soup that seemed like a mystical experience, we took the big boy, the bacon & egg, the tokyo and one from the limited time menu, at the end also some tuna and mayo onigiri and for dessert some salted caramel ice cream mochi, really everything was good, and we also wrote our dreams and made our ikigai, everything was really beautiful

12/07/2025: It's not a big place so it feels cozy and relaxed. The food is delicious and there's a good selection. The kitchen is open and you can't see the whole area from the restaurant but there's plenty of parking. The service was great as there were only two girls in charge and they were very nice and friendly. [Laughs]

23/06/2025: Since I discovered it, it has never disappointed me. Excellent food, fast service. The best Japanese restaurant I have tried in Parma. Sometimes we also take it for take-out: the portions are generous and the convenience is excellent, like the dishes. The only negative note is that when I go to eat at the restaurant I leave knowing that the food has been cooked in an impressive way.

11/03/2025: If you are looking for an all you can eat where everything is messed up with sauces to cover the poor fish... don't come here. High quality fish and kind and attentive staff (I'm allergic to shellfish and they always know how to suggest valid alternatives or replace shellfish without distorting the dish that normally contains them). The expense is proportional to the quality.

01/03/2025: Per me uno dei sushi più buoni della zona!! Materie prime sempre fresche e ben lavorate, nessun piatto lasciato al caso, tutto curato e valorizzato come solo mani sapienti ed abili sanno fare. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

05/07/2025: A corner of Japan in Italy. Leave the noise, stress and rush outside and come in. Let yourself be pampered by the ramen (various options, including vegan and gluten-free), the music, the aromas. Accompany your meal with green tea. While waiting, write down your Time (dream) and concentrate on how to apply the principle of ikigai .. The only negative thing ... in Japan the service charge and non-bottled water are free. Here, unfortunately, they make a difference in what you pay for a dinner.

04/07/2025: Beautiful place, you eat very well, well cooked food, kind and polite staff, the fried platter is superb, but it wasn't very abundant, I would have added some fried calamari... but overall excellent to do again.... we went back again this year but the quantity has decreased a lot and the prices have slightly increased.....mhaaa

02/06/2025: Non pensate al solito ristorante di sushi, qui si mangia carne e pollo secondo ricette giapponesi, il cuoco di Osaka prepara delle zuppe fredde buonissime tra le tutte la Salad Udon che è la mia preferita.
