I feel like giving a very personal opinion to be taken as advice, the place is very small and in my opinion it should be valued more as it has a lot of potential! for example the color of the walls would be nice if it were a more refined colour... softer lights and hiding the upper part of the kitchen as it is illuminated by cold white lights... the place is still beautiful but in my opinion it could be a bit more in an aesthetic sense👌🥰

If you are looking for an all you can eat this is not the place for you, here thanks to the culinary wisdom of Chef Noriko you can rediscover the true meaning of sushi, which is not just "raw fish" but is really an art form that succeeds to customize with local ingredients for a fusion version that truly reaches very high levels. I just really have to thank you for the experience!

17/08/2024: Oramai è da diversi anni che mi affido per il sushi d’asporto a Cesena presso SushiKing. Credo come rapporto qualità/prezzo il migliore. Veramente buonissimo. Peccato che per clienti abituali oramai son sempre gli stessi pezzi, consiglierei di ogni tanto avere qualche fuori menù o specialità diverse per certi periodi.

11/01/2025: Ci vengo spesso a cena in questo ristorante con i miei amici e mi piace veramente molto i proprietari sono simpatici e gentili, il servizio è veloce i menù sono fissi che hanno durante la settimana Ramen, sushi e momentaneamente il curry sono spaziali veramente buoni, ci tengono veramente molto ad ogni dettaglio e a quello che si serve al cliente gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità, quando ti portano le pietanze il proprietario ti fa' una presentazione del piatto e ti dice il nome della pietanza e da cosa è composto, l'atmosfera è tranquilla e ci si rilassa e si passa una bella serata. Cercavo da tempo un ristorante tipico giapponese madrelingua e qui puoi sentire i sapori del Giappone un esperienza culinaria unica. se cercate un ristorante così vi consiglio di cuore questo senza pensarci due volte. il menù fisso cambia ogni mese e sulla loro pagina facebook trovate il calendario e quando fanno quel menù durante la settimana. Ricordatevi che NON È you can eat. Vi consiglio di provare la loro birra è buonissima. Anche il sakè è di prima qualità. So che devo aspettare ma vorrei ritornarci il prima possibile.🤤

02/01/2025: Very welcoming and "instagrammable" place in Rimini, specialized in ramen. The interior is medium-small (about 40 seats) and they don't take reservations. My advice is to go shortly before opening, otherwise there is a waiting list. There are no single tables but 3 long tables, you could end up near people you don't know. Personally I appreciated this aspect. The general environment is very "zen", as soon as you enter you feel a lot of tranquility thanks also to the staff, who are very very kind and courteous. Note: in your workstation there will be a pencil and token where you can write your dream, which you can hang on a wall in the main room. We got two Tokyo Ramen and they were good, especially the broth! For desserts there are two options: Mochi with different types of ice cream (we tried with yuzu, definitely good) and dorayaki (chocolate or red beans). Overall it was an excellent experience, we will happily return, especially to try their other non-Ramen dishes such as Onigiri, Gyoza and Bao!

20/12/2024: The best ramen I've ever eaten! The only flaw is the narrow table in the centre, perhaps some seats should be removed to allow for more comfortable seating.

17/12/2024: An all-round experience, especially if you go alone. The environment is super relaxing, with soft lights and background music, they seat you at a central communal table and while you wait you can immerse yourself in reading the hanging wishes or writing your Yume. Very good Ramen, I had one with thick broth and it was one of the best broths I have ever tasted. The format does not accept reservations but if you are alone or with a few people, they will always find a place!

What's great in Italy is that you can go to the grocery store with your dog and cat in your shopping cart (specially marked shopping carts). Here in Germany the staff would have a heart attack if they tried to do that. Italy had this ban lifted a few years ago so that you can take your sweetheart inside. I think it's great. ❤️
