22/08/2025: As lovers of Japanese cuisine and tradition, we were drawn to this restaurant and its positive reviews. We know full well that real sushi is pure in flavor and uncontaminated by too many condiments, but that said, we were disappointed by the imperfections of the dishes, which were already very simple, lacking perfect cutting and equal portions. Furthermore, the dessert consisted of two portions of panna cotta, one with matcha and anko and the other with just coffee, which had nothing to do with the menu. Two would have been better than the other, which reflects the desire to offer traditional dishes, especially since you have to split it between two people and very little is left. Furthermore, the service was completely lacking. We didn't hold it against the lady who served us, but we weren't told anything about the dishes other than a couple of very basic details, not even what drinks were available. We had to ask. I understand it's a fixed à la carte menu, but precisely for this reason, the customer should be accompanied throughout the meal and made to feel part of this culinary experience. The dishes arrived very quickly, and without any explanation, everything seemed very hectic, and we didn't feel welcomed. I'm very disappointed because we were excited to try it and it's the first time we've been disappointed by traditional Japanese cuisine, which usually pays great attention to every detail and, above all, is passionate about conveying it to the customer. I hope our opinion helps them try to improve something that could really offer so much, given that it's rare to eat in authentic Japanese places in Italy.

23/09/2025: We've been coming here for three years now. The best sushi in Bologna. Very friendly and fast service. Delicious fish and a wonderful location, centrally located and perfect for a lovely evening.

03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Delicious food and generous portions. Yesterday we were greeted by Alisea, always kind and helpful, but we shared the final part of the dinner with Giulia, who served us dessert. We immediately started joking and laughing, and after dinner we stayed to chat. Her kindness and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable... not to mention her beautiful, "out of this world" nails.

03/10/2025: Excellent ramen restaurant! Really good and tasty food, with generous portions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having never eaten at a ramen restaurant before, I took Alisea's advice, and she knew exactly what I'd like. Besides being very good, she was also friendly and welcoming throughout the entire dinner!

The atmosphere is refined, elegant yet welcoming, with consistently attentive and friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with the freshest fish and creative combinations that surprise without ever being overwhelming. Each course is presented with great attention to detail: the rolls are balanced in flavor, the sashimi melts in your mouth, and the off-menu specials are a must-try. The value for money is also excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. Highly recommended for those who love authentic sushi, in a location where you'll be pampered from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

I went there ten years ago, when Tenji was just a roller shutter, and I remember that feeling of discovery perfectly: sushi paraded before my eyes, made with care and true passion. Today I return and find a place ten times larger, but with the exact same philosophy as then: do it well, stay true to quality, and never lose sight of its roots despite growth. Tenji Parma is living proof that consistency pays off over time. From its minimalist origins to today's restaurant, the leap is enormous, but the spirit is the same: ultra-fresh fish, meticulously prepared dishes, a balance between Japanese tradition and modern creativity. Every detail—from the presentation to the temperature of the rice—is thoughtfully thought out, and you can tell there's a team behind it who knows what they're doing. The interiors are elegant, the service quick and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat restaurant that never loses quality even when it's full, and here they manage it effortlessly. In a world where so many clubs are improvised, Tenji remains a sure thing. From a room with a roller to a true reference point for Parma. And honestly, I'm happy to say: I was already going there back then. 👏🍣

09/10/2025: After a year, a change was made and I'm really happy that my feedback led to changes so you added more options (nigiri, hosomaki, temaki, uramaki,) with vegetables and plant-based (100% vegan).

27/09/2025: Dinner for two. The quality of the sushi is excellent. We ordered expecting normal portions, but they were actually super generous, so measure carefully, as you can order more than once. You can expect double the portions compared to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Highly recommended; try it, you won't regret it.

12/10/2025: I recently discovered this place. I went during my lunch break and had really good ramen. They have several types of ramen with different broths, including meat and fish, and everything is vegetarian. They also offer other ramen alternatives. I'll be back to try the other options. The price is average and the service is excellent.

11/10/2025: I love this place! Whenever I'm craving some good ramen, I always come back here. I love Asian cuisine, but I have to say that before trying ramen here, I'd never tasted "real" ramen: now my expectations are too high! The ramen is simply perfect, the prices are great, and the staff is always super friendly. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and very refined—the perfect place to enjoy your meal in peace. Highly recommended! 🥰

09/09/2025: The place is clean and quiet. The food was very good and the portions were just right. The staff is very kind and professional, and they're very fast. It's not even that expensive.

04/10/2025: I went last night for an aperitif with two friends because they'd spoken highly of it and I was curious. I have to say, 10 out of 10!!! We had the Deluxe menu with a bottle of wine, and what can I say? Everything was excellent. The place is beautiful, understated, not "posh," but still elegant. The staff is very friendly and gives you time to enjoy the food, although they can sometimes seem "slow," which is understandable given the amount of work they do (the restaurant is full). I highly recommend it both for a great aperitif (and the company is a plus) and for a seafood dinner. It's important to book to avoid wasting time.

27/09/2025: It was one of the very few noteworthy seafood restaurants in Parma, then they started to downgrade the quality a bit, leading to a change of location. Seats have almost doubled, the service is clumsy, unprepared, and disorganized. The attention to guests has completely disappeared; before, the owner (who wasn't even there the other night) took care of the guests; it was intimate and refined, a pampering experience. Today, the feeling is that of a pizzeria, with abundant food but inferior quality, with service that shouts into the intercom connected to the kitchen, rushes, gets the dishes wrong, forgets to open your wine, not to mention the wait to eat. I'm very sorry to be so blunt, but that was our experience. This place has completely lost its identity. I hope they want and can recover; at that point, we'll gladly return. Two stars of encouragement.

01/09/2025: A beautiful location, with plenty of space both inside and out. Dining outside at the end of summer, under straw umbrellas, sand, and fairy lights, almost makes you feel like you're still on vacation. The menu is varied, with many options, both cooked and raw. The sushi is very good, with unusual combinations I've never tried before. Excellent service.
