13/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine here; we're always amazed by these refined and indescribable flavor experiences. The staff is excellent, friendly, and above all, knowledgeable. Even children love this sushi, and it's the only one we trust them to try. For us, sushi is nothing but Sabakaita. Our compliments!
30/11/2025: Last night, my friend and I treated ourselves to some excellent nigiri (the fish alone was delicious).
The rolls had combinations that, despite first impressions, were very well thought out. We were both impressed.
The miso soup offered at the beginning of the dinner was also very good.
The place was small but cozy. It's best suited for couples or small groups of 3-4 people.
The staff served us attentively, describing each dish, and offering suggestions on how to eat it when needed.
We'll definitely be back!

20/11/2025: The sushi is of high quality and the atmosphere is very refined, but compared to the last time I went there they have removed the special dishes to bring the sushi, such as the Ferris wheel and the steps full of sushi.
19/11/2025: The restaurant has a very welcoming and pleasant location, quiet, with background music, and a total sense of peace while eating and ordering. The staff is very friendly and always smiling, answering every request, and the wait for your order is minimal. The food is very good and of excellent quality. The only drawback is that some dishes, like carpaccio and gunkan, have a portion limit per person, as is the case at most all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it!

31/01/2026: Even on weekdays, it's full of people. I think it's good enough to taste and experience it, but it wasn't real Japanese ramen. The taste was okay, and the soup was not a real Japanese ramen soup but more like an Asian-flavored soup. Mazesoba was completely different from what I expected. Gyoza was not really good… I should not have ordered it. I would not go back again.
31/01/2026: Excellent, very Japanese ramen! Among the best I've had in Italy! The only flaw is the desserts... frozen mochi, no, because mochi should be very soft, and matcha tea dorayaki, I didn't like because the filling was too floury and they tasted like nothing. The 5 stars are for the ramen, superb! And the gyoza, truly excellent! They are for the atmosphere and the service, fast and kind staff! Thank you!!!

23/01/2026: One of the best sushi à la carte restaurants in Bologna, at Seijo I found a varied sushi and sashimi menu, generous portions, and an interesting selection of Thai dishes that sets them apart.
It's located in a residential area with plenty of parking, and they also have indoor parking if needed.
I highly recommend all of Seijo's revisited uramaki, the ingredients and dishes are top-quality!

But they cost as much as a Michelin-starred restaurant and impose more or less subtle restrictions without significantly impacting your wallet. Ginza guarantees quality food, a friendly welcome, and fair prices without any rip-offs. We're always happy to return. We've been coming here regularly for years.
16/01/2026: Gentlemen, let's face it, without taking the mickey out of ourselves: the best all-you-can-eat sushi in Modena and its province. Special mention for the infamous "Ginza sauce," a top-secret recipe and a constant worry that keeps the owners of other Japanese restaurants in the area and beyond awake at night!

19/12/2025: We visited Araba Fenice as a group, and the restaurant offered us a customized menu, which was truly spot on. We started with excellent appetizers and first courses of the highest quality. Special mention goes to the cod croquettes, truly exquisite, and the fried fish, exceptional: light, crispy, and not at all greasy. Everything was delicious, from the main courses to the dessert, which concluded the dinner in a truly satisfying way. The wines were also excellent, expertly recommended by Gabriele, the very courteous and qualified waiter, who professionally guided us from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood.
