The 6 cyclists from Berlin and Bavaria say thank you very much for your enormous hospitality.
We felt more than just comfortable😀
Even though it was closed, Eleonora spontaneously welcomed us into her incredibly well-thought-out house.
She then served us with a lot of heart and soul, despite the day being off.
An absolute recommendation for anyone traveling on the Alpe Adria cycle path.
Not found on booking...

Environments with attention to the smallest detail, comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness!
Eleonora's cuisine is superb, a must try!

First and second courses, very good side dishes, service at normal times, price that seemed fair to me.
We didn't eat pizzas.

19/05/2024: Excellent Hotel. Apart from the rooms in the attic which for me are for 1 guest, not for 2 guests. Everything else is ok, friendly and nice staff and owners. The train passes nearby. I do not recommend it.

20/10/2023: Splendid! Best Frico! Then the dream of the barley and vegetable pan. The simple cucumber tomato salad was also delicious!!
Surrounded by beautiful mountains, mountain air and the distant ringing of cowbells is simply wonderful!
We had 2 main courses, 1 Frico, 1 salad, 2 beers 0.5L, 1 Radler Gösser, 1 Fanta and an espresso for 46.50Eur. Unfortunately the cook didn't want to marry me 😆😆😆
09/10/2023: An oasis of true peace breathing typical scents of the wooded areas while watching cows graze. The managers of the hut are very kind and available at any time, preparing excellent snacks based on homemade cured meats and cheeses, products that I highly recommend. A fresh cheese with wild garlic is unforgettable while the butter is best reserved a few days in advance.

12/05/2024: Pizzas and tiramisu were excellent, we have rarely had them so tasty. One had pizza with fresh asparagus, arugula and smoked salmon (€13). The other pizza was with mozzarella and San Daniele ham (€10). With a thin, crispy base, really incredibly tasty. And definitely take the tiramisu (€6.50), I haven't had such a tasty tiramisu in years. It was homemade and quite a large portion.

20/05/2024: Very good pizza, we were actually surprised with the quality. Nice and kind service, some space to have a seat inside. Don't be fooled because of the look from the outside, worth entering. Will be back for sure.

We ate very well and above all spent little.
You can see that the staff has a passion for serving customers and for this reason I gave the service 5 stars.
We got three burgers which were very good.
We will definitely return to this magnificent place

15/04/2024: Small Friulian tavern in the heart of Gemona. Simple but well made and delicious dishes. I took the platter of cold cuts and cheeses and my boyfriend the spaghettoni alla San Daniele. All really good. Attentive and fast service. Very nice place, we ate outside under the umbrella. Absolutely to return
