22/07/2025: The best restaurant in Grado. A bit out of the way from the center, but worth every step. Located right on the water. The tasting menu is highly recommended. Great wines, reasonable prices, and a fantastic view, including sunset and blue hour.

24/08/2025: We went there at 8 pm, we wanted a table for 2 people, but they kindly said there was no room. We asked what if we came back later? There wouldn't be any then either. Our friends went at 9 pm with 5 people and they had it. How is that?! Maybe 2 people don't do as much traffic as 5?!

22/08/2025: The staff was very friendly, and we got a table right away even though we didn't have a reservation. The food was okay. The view of the lagoon was superb. I highly recommend it. The price/performance ratio was OK.

19/08/2025: Truly great pizza. A fantastic thin, crispy base, delicious toppings. We had a maxi pizza to go – the base stayed incredibly crispy right up until the end. Even in a pizza box.

14/08/2025: Bad Service. Waited 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas to go. Staff watched several times in my eyes. No reaction. We left the restaurant after 10 minutes. And there’s no A/C in the restaurant - hot and humid. Inacceptable.

06/08/2025: Located along the Grado harbor canal near the fishing boats in a charming setting. The service and presentation of the dishes and wines are excellent. The dishes arrive quickly, and, if necessary, the fish are well prepared and cleaned for deboning. The portions are generous, and you leave feeling full, not hungry like at other restaurants. Good wine selection. The tables are mostly outdoors, with very few inside. Reservations are required. Prices are in line with other restaurants in Grado.

22/06/2025: This bar is portrayed by German journalist Stefan Maiwald in his book "My Bar in Venice" as an authentic bar in Grado. I read the book and recently visited the bar. For a small lunch, I called it "un pranzo." Perhaps several people had read the book, because the bar was packed with tourists. This is hardly surprising in June in Grado, especially since the bar is only 100 meters from the main entrance to the beach. By 1 p.m., only a few dishes were left on the daily menu. That's OK, too, and speaks for freshly prepared dishes. I opted for sour sardines. Sardines are usually very good in Italy, even from the can at the supermarket. You can't go wrong with that. With olive oil and bread, it's a tasty, light lunch. Not so at da Pino. There were a considerable number of sardines on the plate, but certainly not olive oil. But they were swimming in some kind of oil. I suspect sunflower oil. In any case, they were a disappointment, and that's putting it very politely. My stomach didn't have a good time after that. I've enjoyed many canned sardines in extra virgin olive oil. The staff were quick and friendly, but (despite the many pictures on the wooden walls) it was a tourist restaurant, and not cheap. So I think the 3 stars is a fair rating. Just average tourist fare in Grado. I didn't see much authenticity other than a regulars' table with what appeared to be locals. It's not a must-try. There are much better bars near the beach.

09/08/2025: Lasagna was an attempt at a joke. It's definitely a portion for a small child, not for an adult. The waiter doesn't like paying by card and will make you wait for 20 minutes to punish you. He prefers cash, where he disappears with the money and "as if" forgets the expense. The food was tasty otherwise good.

02/08/2025: Definitely the best pizza in town, its so unique and you will learn to love it because of it, staff is very friendly and energetic.

29/08/2025: If you don't always want to eat in the front row of mass tourism, but are still only a few minutes' walk from the center, you shouldn't miss this place. Unassuming from the outside, but the food and staff are first-class.

15/08/2025: The restaurant obviously has two names. Whenever we're in Grado, we eat there. We love the pizza, but also the fish. The food is really good, and the service is so fast and friendly.

11/08/2025: Top! Price/performance/quality: everything was perfect. Getting a table for seven people isn't easy in Grado. No problem there. 😉 We were served very warmly. The food was incredibly delicious and served quickly. Check out the pictures.

06/07/2025: Change of ownership. Food to forget. 1 appetizer and 1 dessert with drinks for 88.- WAY too expensive. Unfortunately, an old hipster is now there, yelling at his staff in front of everyone, and the food is very expensive and sparse. Crowded. Loud. Mass processing. Please don't come here again. It's now a tourist trap 🙁
