07/04/2024: Characteristic environment and high quality food, contrasts of flavors slightly to be reviewed... courteous and smiling staff, kind and friendly but unfortunately too disoriented, I believe due to poor training of the same... INVESTING IN THE DINING STAFF WILL PAY FOR YOU...
Basic mis en place consisting of a simple fabric napkin, American style eco-leather placemat, very characteristic but does not compensate for the place setting of €9.20 per person...
04/04/2024: Very good we had a good time, I'm a little ashamed to say it but the portions were small even if in a gourmet restaurant the portions must be like this. the point is that the dishes were so tasty, that we would have preferred a larger portion. but we know well that a gourmet restaurant, as already mentioned before, the portions provide an experience of flavors and aromas different from restaurants and trattorias. However, two first courses, an appetizer, a glass of wine, a Coca-Cola, €107. Huge heartfelt and sincere compliments to the chef.

02/04/2024: It felt like we were protagonists of chef Cannavacciuolo's famous program.
We ordered a fish starter and a first course each hoping to have a nice Sunday lunch.
Unfortunately the dishes were inedible and worse, the fish was not fresh at all.
Dirty place, staff arguing in a lively manner, terrible food and medium/high prices (paid €2.50 for a basket of bread).
I will never go back again.
01/04/2024: Good place only for good music.
The dishes are very bland and tasteless, clams non-existent.
We called the chef and the manager back and their response was "when you sauté the clams the fruit comes out" and they only put the shells on the plate.
First and last time I go to eat there (to say eat...)
I don't recommend it to you.

31/03/2024: Saturday, early evening, place almost empty except for 2 tables. We want to push our luck and go in. A girl comes towards us, we say there are 2 of us (even though it is already obvious) and asks us (almost annoyed) if we had booked. We sit down and shortly afterwards he comes to take command, same style as before: absence of friendliness, but plenty of coldness. The pizza arrives, the worst I've ever eaten. Rubbery dough, burnt edges, sour tomato puree, discount mozzarella. Let's not talk about a hoax that if they find out they might refuse to make more milk.
I leave half the pizza on the plate and head to the cash register where I find (I imagine) the hot manager who, waving her arms, shows me her psoriasis-covered elbow. Not even a greeting at the exit, as when we entered.
If you want to eat badly and be treated like a number, you are in the right place.

26/03/2024: I'm just walk around and drink coffee at the terrace near helicopter parking spot, but I was impressed the view and the place. Must see! Absolutely!
11/03/2024: My review concerns only the wellness area.
The location is undoubtedly wonderful with a view of the hill.
The wellness area is sufficiently spacious, but there is no second sauna with a higher temperature than the existing one (80 degrees, honestly not enough) and even the Turkish bath is not "steamy" enough.
The beverage corner, on the other hand, is very sad:
-there is only a thermos of tea, so there is no possibility of choice (I would add at least a couple of herbal or fruit herbal teas)
-only present biscuits found in village bars when they serve you cappuccino (you could add some dried fruit or artisanal biscuits)
-paper cups in a wellness area cannot be seen!!!!!
For 50 euros I think a little more accuracy is in order

07/04/2024: Very dated but well kept place, the food is good with normal portions and the service is very fast.
For a first course, second course, side dish + I only drank water, no coffee and I spent €13.
The only problem is parking: there are 3 small car parks nearby (one in front, one on the side and one on the side but further ahead) and at peak times they are packed.
02/04/2024: Finally today I managed to go back, as usual, a culinary experience very close to the top, superlative jota and goulash.

07/10/2023: Friendly staff, excellent meal. I personally went there 3 times with pleasure. Excellent quality of products and then dining on stilts is funny. I recommend.
06/10/2023: Small restaurant that offers customers quality fresh fish cooked traditionally but with an eye to gastronomic innovation, good wine list, excellent service. Good value for money, definitely worth a try.

25/02/2024: I have always felt good in this chain of restaurants, this time too I ate well but unfortunately this time the service left a lot to be desired, after the main course I would have really liked a dessert but I wasn't considered in the slightest... all in all we were happy I'll be back anyway

24/03/2024: We ordered food and regretted it.
We ordered two burgers, and already the waitress was not at all courteous, but on top of that the food was inedible. One of the two burgers arrived with all the wet bread underneath, raw bacon and a terrible burger.
Not to mention the bill: 50 euros for these two "sandwiches", a medium coke as big as a small one anywhere else and a small beer.
What can I say... I will definitely never go back there again.
03/03/2024: One day at lunch. We had to sit inside, the place was quite dark and the tables for two were really small. The staff were basically friendly but were a bit empty. Good food and portions in line with the prices. Free coffee by scanning the QR code and answering the questions.

19/02/2024: Wonderful country resort! A small private village with a tavern. Different types of rooms, I love the vinegar factory. Modern and welcoming, beautiful view, fireplace. Two hundred meters away is the restaurant. Exceptional. With fireplace room for smoking. Various possibilities for leisure and tours. Very kind and welcoming.

19/03/2024: I recommend scialatielli in the different versions. I also ate them in Naples; SUPERB! The freshly baked pastiera; SUPERB! I will take care of the rest as soon as possible. If you are in the area, don't miss the opportunity for a cheap lunch.
