28/10/2025: A place worth discovering: I never expected such a refined and welcoming atmosphere within a school. A real surprise, located on the top floor of the building with a wonderful view. The staff is friendly and helpful; some of the staff, even in the kitchen, seem to come directly from the Istituto Immaginazione e Lavoro, which deserves credit for a truly laudable initiative. The food is quality, although I would add a little more polish to the dishes and a bit more pace to the service. Overall, an experience worth repeating!

23/10/2025: We went last night for dinner. We ordered two "impact" tasting menus and a risotto alla Milanese for the child. The menu was designed by the chef and included an entrée consisting of a couple of slices of patanegra, two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. Everything up until the appetizers was very good. Once we got to the first course, things started to go downhill a bit. The risotto alla Milanese was decent, but our first course was a plate of dill tagliolini with cream of 'nduja and Mazara red shrimp, in which the latter was completely overshadowed by the other flavors, which were otherwise not exceptional. The second course, however, consisting of sirloin with celeriac and cardoncelli mushrooms, was nothing special. As for dessert, perhaps they took a bit too far. They brought us two different desserts, so we'd be disappointed by both. The first was a raspberry mousse that wasn't very sweet, I'd say rather bland, and the other was a raindrop cake with bergamot liqueur, which not everyone will like... and in fact, we didn't like it!

23/10/2025: What can I say...when you want to spend quality time with friends and enjoy great food, this is the place! Every time we come and every time I walk in the door I feel uplifted and well. The dishes are delicious, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is clean, and the location is magnificent, right next to the sea, the square, the fountains, the birds that occasionally come over and cheer you on...and then there's the wonderful owner who always greets us and is always there...thank you so much, guys, you're one of a kind!!! 28/02/2026: A good meeting point for a really good aperitif. The environment is not the best even if it still appears well-kept. The "location", in my opinion, penalizes it: the view of the surrounding environment is really not the best. 🤷

14/04/2026: I visited this seaside seafood restaurant with high expectations, which were unfortunately disappointed. The quality of the food was rather poor: poorly prepared dishes, dull flavors, and fish that didn't seem particularly fresh. The seaside location is undoubtedly its strong point, but that alone isn't enough to make up for the disappointing cuisine and unrelaxing atmosphere.

14/04/2026: Last-minute reservation after the swimming competitions. The location was exceptional, with extensive menus and fresh, well-prepared ingredients. There were nine of us. The restaurant was comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. See you soon!

21/03/2026: The seafood risotto didn't taste of fish at all, but it had a sweet flavor, as if it had been cooked with pumpkin. The clams tasted of nothing. The mixed fish platter, for goodness sake, risotto as described above, the seafood salad had a good taste of carrot and vinegar, but I don't know if the white fish was squid or cuttlefish, the anchovies on the other hand were good, the sole once cleaned only had two forkfuls left to eat and the tuna cut into pieces that way only ruined it, thank goodness there was onion on top to give it flavor, which I then held against myself until the evening. The salad was fine. The white wine was still and horrible to drink without water. The apple pie was made with wheat, not flour, and the crouton part was hard because it was overcooked, the milk chocolate dessert was very soft, not as good as it might seem from the photo. The prices for the quality are way too expensive. I don't know how anyone can praise this place based on the reviews I'd read, which misled me into booking and dining there. The only nice and positive thing is that they welcome animals in the dining room and sell various products, both for food and for personal hygiene. In any case, I'll stay well away from recommending it or returning.

19/03/2026: First experience - The place is as sincere as the staff. There's no restaurant-style service, but who cares? Placemats and a tavern-like table, but there's a great vibe. You feel a bit like you're at a friend's house. The food, in my opinion, is very good, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The desserts are UNMISSABLE... Congratulations! I'll definitely be back.

11/09/2025: Bar Jolly has new management this year. The food is still very good (great fish dishes), and Gigi's team is very friendly and accommodating. Until last year, there was a daily special, but unfortunately, that's no longer available. But the selection is very good, and there's something for everyone. We had a great time, thank you very much!

26/04/2026: A pleasant discovery! We returned two nights in a row, and that says it all... Excellent food, expertly cooked, super generous portions, top-notch ingredients. The seafood risotto is unsurpassed, and the seafood carbonara is a must-try. Fried food is second to none. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back if we're in Riccione again. Well done!!!

24/11/2025: At the end of August we had lunch at this restaurant. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! Rude staff, especially the owner. We were at lunch and he started yelling at two other diners. It almost started a fight! The food was absolutely awful! Never again!!!!!
