27/06/2025: Suggested as a cellar by a sommelier friend, it turned out to be a good choice. Internal location with two rooms for the winter period and outdoor tables on the square in the summer. Try both situations. Interior with soft lighting, wooden tables all very rustic from an old cellar, furnishings with objects and old barrels make the place very characteristic. Outside under a large umbrella you can stay cool with a good view and ample space. Far from passing cars. Not like some places that make you eat among pedestrians and smog. We see the very simple menu with few proposals, but enough to nibble something together with good bottles of wine suggested by Mr. Fabio. Their cutting board adapted for two is particular. I point out that the waiter is very good, fast, has an eye and was honest in not making us order anything else, recommending the cutting board as sufficient for the evening. Presentation at the table of the products and cured meats all very good, good at this too for a cellar. Parking about 150 meters away, they accept electronic payments. Correct prices also on the wine labels. Compliments.

24/06/2025: I really liked the Gourmet pizza. We had a giropizza with 4 different pizzas, all delicious. Each pizza that arrived was better than the other. The only thing I would improve is the music that was too loud and continuous. When I went there was a DJ and singer. Very good, but too incessant. They didn't even take a 1 minute break. I think it would have been good for them (and also for our ears) to have 15 minutes of silence, or to turn down the music every now and then to allow us to talk. Instead we had the 80's disco effect, and with the bad luck of having the table 3 meters from the DJ we had to shout to communicate and we couldn't always understand each other. If the music had been 20 - 25 decibels less I would have given 5 stars to everything, but on June 28 the volume was definitely too loud. The music started at the right level, but each new song raised the volume a little and after an hour it started to pound constantly. I would probably go back without the DJ, but if I knew of another similar evening at full volume, it's not for me. Maybe it could appeal to a younger audience, but the songs were mainly from the 70s, 80s, 90s and those who know them are not that young. I would suggest the DJ to lower the decibels and take a break every now and then. The singer on the other hand was fantastic. She has a beautiful voice that is worth it. To listen to the singer again (with music at a lower volume) I would gladly go back.

13/06/2025: Before our holiday we chose and visited the Sp.accio (Piada e Pizza) in San Patrignano. The ambiance is very nice, the view from the terrace over the sloping, beautiful landscape all the way to the beaches of the Adriatic. The terrace is framed by pots of bougainvillea and a shady spot to relax and unwind. On our first visit at lunchtime (pizza only in the evening) we had a basil lasagna, which was very tasty. Although there were some criticisms due to the colour, nothing was burnt or harsh. Quite the opposite, for us it was perfect. The lovely wine on offer was also from the San Patrignano region. The tiramisu was also very good, and certainly not too sweet. On our next visit we had a very good carpaccio, one of the best we have had so far. The restaurant has a sales area for local products such as wines, oils, jams, cold cuts and much more.

13/07/2025: Everything was excellent! From appetizers to dessert! Super generous portions. We were truly very satisfied! The staff was super helpful and courteous.

12/07/2025: A historic restaurant on the San Marino highway. Simple but efficient. Simple dishes and fair prices. Excellent fried food. Pleasant, fast, and attentive service.

13/07/2025: We must always keep in mind that the "SUPER MEAT," the kind that is almost always impossible to find at your trusted butcher, properly aged and with the right balance of fat, visible from the tiny streaks... etc., has been served here for over 25 years. It's rigorously cooked over wood and then, as a final step... a secret of innkeeper Fortunello. The result is simple: you could almost cut 7/10 cm of Florentine steak with a fork.

14/04/2025: Ho conosciuto questo posto tramite amici qualche anno fa, e da allora non riesco a farne a meno. La cordialità dei titolari, la gentilezza e professionalità dei ragazzi in sala, crea un ambiente unico, giovane e dinamico. Sia a pranzo sia a cena, é sempre un piacere stare con loro. Ambiente rustico, ma impeccabile anche nei piccoli dettagli. Super consigliato, sia da me che sono vegetariana, sia dai mia amici carnivori ❤️ complimenti a tutti, continuate così 😘

22/01/2025: Ottimo agriturismo tra Coriano e Rimini. Buona qualità e buon rapporto qualità -prezzo. Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto o della casa, un'ottima tagliata sale grosso e rosmarino, un galletto. Ci andiamo ogni tanto, meglio evitare i weekend, non per la qualità del cibo ma per la quantità di gente. Durante la settimana si sta veramente bene.

01/06/2025: In compagnia di amici abbiamo preso il menù a 6 portate cui se ne aggiungono altre 3 a discrezione della casa: pasto assolutamente equilibrato nelle porzioni e nei sapori. Mise en place elegante, a ogni portata cambiano tipologia di piatto e servizio di posate. Tutto molto curato e ogni volta una sorpresa. Team in cucina e in sala giovane, entusiasta, preparato e accogliente. Il menù è una sinfonia di profumi e sapori molto bilanciati con tanti richiami al Giappone, piatti scomposti, ingredienti decisi e impiattamenti di grande impatto visivo. Consigliato per chi vuole un’esperienza di gusto nella cornice delle stupende colline romagnole che fanno da sfondo a una giusta causa.

07/05/2025: Difficile mettere a parole le molteplici emozioni vissute presso di voi Darò un semplice feedback di un’esperienza per me unica. Vedere i visi, i sorrisi e l’accoglienza del personale, la concentrazione quasi mistica dei cuochi nella stupenda cucina a vista mi ha subito trasportata fuori dalla banalità quotidiana. Come immergersi in un periodo di tempo ovattato e scandito da colori, sapori, gesti che portano la mente altrove. Questo è quello che personalmente ho vissuto. Ogni pietanza gustata portava con sé profumi e sapori particolarissimi che trovavo intrecciarsi tra loro con armonia. I colori, le composizioni e la spiegazione di ogni piatto ci hanno lasciati incantati. Tutto questo ma non ultimo come valore e importanza,ho apprezzato molto e per me ha un valore non indifferente è stata la classe, la bellezza e la maestria nei gesti, negli sguardi del Vostro personale. Sono stata molto colpita dalla loro preparazione e dalla grazia con cui hanno veramente coccolato ogni cliente in sala noi compresi. Credo che queste caratteristiche facciano parte infondo di ciascun componente dello staff. Non si può fingere la grazia. O c’è o non c’è. È stato un viaggio nell’arte a 360 gradi guidata magistralmente dalla passione di Chef Biuso che ringrazio. Ne porterò nel cuore ogni singolo istante ,veramente grata a ciascuno di Voi. 26/04/2025: We had lunch at their Agriturismo Scollina Cavallino on April 25th. We had a wonderful time, a wonderful place surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view of the hills. Wonderful farmhouse to say the least, elegant with attention to every little detail. In the staircase that goes up to the second floor they have recreated the vine in wrought iron to recall their vineyards, from where they create excellent wines. The dishes were also excellent and the starters paired with their Bizzarro sparkling wine were super. Absolutely recommended. See you soon.
