I visited this agriturismo specializing in meat dishes and the overall experience was very positive. The service was attentive, friendly, and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived.
The appetizer was definitely one of the highlights: an excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses, beautifully presented and of evident quality. A truly convincing start.
Regarding the meat, the Florentine steak on the bone was excellent and cooked perfectly. However, while I appreciated its flavor, I felt the price was a bit high for the portion and the setting.
I particularly appreciated the choice of serving coffee with a moka pot, a simple detail that adds an authentic and familiar touch to the end of the meal.
Overall, a more than satisfying experience: quality, attention to detail, and a pleasant atmosphere. It deserves four out of five stars.

Excellent dinner, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were excellent, as were the ravioli. The atmosphere was lovely, with knowledgeable staff. We'll definitely be back.

Guys, if you want to be in paradise, this is the place.
Friendly, helpful staff, magical food from appetizer to dessert, the details, the candle, the rosemary on the cutting board.
Spianata, piada, and bread, all homemade, everything delicious!
Everything was well-kept and welcoming!

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the traditional Romagna cuisine was truly exquisite. My wife and I tried the goose prosciutto, the charcuterie and cheese platter, the grilled cockerel, and the chicken cacciatore. I only mentioned a slight excess of citronette on the goose prosciutto, which completely covered the flavor, and the side dishes (grilled vegetables and gratin vegetables), which I didn't eat because they were undercooked. Be especially careful with the eggplants, which, being nightshades, contain solanine, a toxic glycoalkaloid that is almost completely destroyed by cooking.
Anyway, I should point out that the side dishes were deducted from my bill. This was my second time at La Valle, and I'm increasingly convinced that the restaurant has great potential. I highly recommend it.
P.S.: If the vegetables are cooked to perfection on my third visit, I'll happily upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
