11/10/2025: A sublime lunch, from another era, and for that very reason, much appreciated. Care and passion go into everything served. A plus is the delightful sommelier, who explained the wines to us with love and passion. Yes, it's perhaps more expensive than average, but it's definitely worth a try.

04/10/2025: An absolutely stunning restaurant and definitely the best I’ve experienced in Emilia on this trip. Everything reflects a deep respect for tradition and for the ingredients themselves. I truly enjoyed the staff who wheeled out the carts and introduced the wine list, they were all excellent. However, the woman at the cashier, wearing American Vans sneakers, was strikingly out of place. At checkout she didn’t even bother to say thanks, which stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the team. This wasn’t a matter of professionalism, but rather pure ignorance and disrespect.

Like Madonna Bella Cannolis!!!! No one's left a review in years so I had to dust it off with my Texano Bravado.... LA Pizza VIDA REGGAZiiiii! Prices are killer$$$ good.. Super nice People def come through and throw some euros and start shaking your hands in every italain way to possible to make it even taste better. As someone who’s not a Michelin Guide expert, I can say with certainty that Osteria del Viandante deserves far more than just a single star—it’s a place that’s clearly shooting straight for a second. This was the highlight of our entire trip, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine anything else living up to this experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a level of service that instantly set the tone for what was to come. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine passion for the food was evident, and it made the entire meal feel like a special event. Now, let's talk about the food. The multi-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was an artwork, bursting with flavors that were as bold as they were delicate, every bite perfectly balanced. It’s clear that attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of this restaurant, with the chef pushing boundaries while respecting tradition. And let’s not forget the wine pairing—it was exceptional, enhancing each course and offering us the chance to explore regional varieties that were absolutely perfect with the dishes. Though we had to take the train from Bologna and later a cab back to the city, it was worth every minute of the journey. This place is an experience that transcends just a meal; it’s a culinary journey, one that we’ll remember forever. Osteria del Viandante is a true gem, and I honestly believe it’s aiming for—and deserves—a second Michelin star. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. This is a dining experience you’ll want to be part of. ✨🍷 A small note: We were hoping to thank and congratulate the chef in person, but unfortunately, he didn’t come out to the dining room. 14/06/2025: I looked for this store on the internet, and since I was in the Rubiera area, I decided to visit. Outside the parking spaces are limited due to other commercial activities. As soon as I entered (Saturday lunchtime around 1pm) there were many people having lunch inside, including many workers. I approached the cashier counter and immediately noticed a large influx of people waiting for a sandwich. I must have stopped for about 30 minutes but none of the 4 operators who were working asked me anything, then people continued to come in who were instead being served, so I tried to get the attention of the gentleman at the cashier for the umpteenth time, and nothing, as if I didn't exist! Needless to say, I left. I believe that if a business is lucky and capable of working, it should somehow improve its customer service. It's a shame because I would have gladly tasted their specialties. Never mind, in any case I wish them the best, and in the future, greater attention to the customer, especially if they are new customers!

29/09/2025: If you want to try good sushi without going to Japan, this is the place! Delicious pairings that explode in your mouth. Wide selection of wines, elegant atmosphere, and fast service. I highly recommend it! Excellent quality fish!
