11/11/2025: I could basically replicate Mr. Tiziano's review from a month ago... it's part of the service that took 22 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted the wine list and what we'd like to eat. Of everything served, I found the mortadella and the filling very good, the spugnolata memorable, and the beef amazing even though its appearance would have led one to believe otherwise. Everything else wasn't exciting, including the erbazzone with filling, which is delicious, but the pasta used to make it was dry and tasteless... obviously, eating badly is a whole other story, but honestly, I don't think I'd return. On a positive note, the wine list is practically like the Divine Comedy, and the prices seemed very fair to me.

22/11/2025: A cute place with excellent food and drinks. The burger, the most popular, is truly well-made and tasty. The gin and tonic menu is well-rounded, ranging from classic to more sophisticated recipes, all well-executed and made with quality gin. The place is well-kept, and the service is quick and friendly. The only flaw is that it's a bit too noisy when it's full, and you can't hear the person sitting next to you.

This was the highlight of our entire trip, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine anything else living up to this experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a level of service that instantly set the tone for what was to come. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course and ensuring that our every need was met. Their genuine passion for the food was evident, and it made the entire meal feel like a special event. Now, let's talk about the food. The multi-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was an artwork, bursting with flavors that were as bold as they were delicate, every bite perfectly balanced. It’s clear that attention to detail and creativity are at the heart of this restaurant, with the chef pushing boundaries while respecting tradition. And let’s not forget the wine pairing—it was exceptional, enhancing each course and offering us the chance to explore regional varieties that were absolutely perfect with the dishes. Though we had to take the train from Bologna and later a cab back to the city, it was worth every minute of the journey.
