16/02/2025: Se leggete critiche negative, siete liberi di credere ma invito a riflettere: sono 70 anni che c’è ed è pieno, un motivo ci sarà. Vi dico la nostra. Per capire questo ristorante, che onora egregiamente il titolo Michelin con una storia e personalità unica, bisogna sapere come si preparano alcuni piatti della tradizione, quanta pazienza c’è dietro ogni minuscolo cappelletto, quanto costano certi tagli di carne selezionati in certi allevamenti, le verdure più croccanti e saporite, quanto tempo ed energia (si si, anche elettrica e gas) servono per far assumere certi sapori al ragù. Ecco, se non si sanno apprezzare queste cose, state a casa e apritevi il ragù del supermercato: costa meno, questo è sicuramente vero. Mi dispiace leggere recensioni ingiuste e fatte da chi non sa apprezzare, ma solo consuma un pasto. Il ristorante è storico e ben curato. Il personale è estremamente gentile e SOPRATTUTTO ATTENTO perché con noi abbiamo i nostri cani e siamo stai messi nel tavolo più adatto e siamo stati benissimo. Uno stellato dove “non ti stanno addosso” e a me, onestamente, piace. Cibo: strepitoso. Noi a queste ricette siamo super preparati da generazioni di famiglie diverse (quindi tutte versioni differenti): qui i cappelletti sono i migliori del circondario. Critica costruttiva al ristorante se vuole proprio la perfezione: un pizzico di attenzione in più all’acqua nei tavoli, ma nel momento di punta, si sa che possa accadere. Tutto risolto ne giro di pochi minuti, senza problema alcuno.

12/01/2025: It was a crazy experience in a very high level restaurant where the dishes made us travel through time, backwards and into the future. We celebrated my wife's and my birthdays and with us there was our little daughter who felt at ease thanks also to the friendliness of the staff. A little madness that I definitely recommend trying. Real compliments to the chef and staff.

13/12/2024: ...si regalata per il mio Compleanno da carissimi amici; ..si tutto molto molto bene dalla prenotazione ai saluti finali !! Menu "il cammino del Viandante" molto ben fatto e pure una modifica ci hanno permesso perché mia moglie l'anatra non la ama ! Comunque ha assaggiato la mia portatata ; Servizio gentile ed amichevole !! Dalla carta dei vini molto importante 1 bottiglia di Dolomytos molto interessante e prezzi dei vini tutto sommato morigerati; la nostra 120€ ma si può spendere molto di più ma anche molto meno ; Esperienza molto positiva a 360 gradi; ambienti ovviamente molto eleganti, anche all'esterno imponentela strutturaed elegante! ..ma la vera differenza in positivo lha fatta un simpatico ma professionale servizio (la Sign.ra Anna su tutti) ed alcune portate veramente top; su tutti i buonissimi piatti la guancetta con purè e tartufo voto 10; Carrello formaggi wow !! 28/12/2024: L’ambiente è accogliente e il cibo ben fatto. La mia scelta è stata principalmente di pesce e i piatti erano davvero gustosi. Al momento del conto, le caramelle gommose sono state geniali…ci hanno rubato un sorriso. Consigliato.

04/01/2025: I was really impressed by this farmhouse! The welcoming atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste typical traditional products with 0 km products. Very good revisited traditional dishes and finally the desserts were the finishing touch of a very tasty lunch. It was a beautiful day spent on this farm. We will absolutely be back!

21/01/2025: What a weird place, kitsch is the best way to describe it. I wish they put effort in their food and not in all those decorative items that have no connections to one another. We walked in without reservation after a movie night, not sure of what to expect as we were looking for the first restaurant available. Nice welcome from the owner, but the vibe was... again, weird, fake grass on walls, with Ikea wine racks, fake flowers full of dust everywhere, I will remember forever the Gladiator mask and a bicycle at the entrance and other details but not the food. Without looking at the menu I asked the waitress what was the place famous for and what was the dish that would make me come back, the minute she start to call every item on the menu I knew it wasn't going to be great, so to stay safe we had pizza. Not bad but not good either. We got thrown some cookies, literally from a glass jar, directly on the table, imagine... and I feed my dog in a bawl. All and all nothing to be impressed if not the messy deco. Average is a compliment. UH!! we got a stamped card after paying, so you know that after 10 meals one is free, like in the best Michelin star restaurants... LoL. Purposely I will not go back, but if you are reading this, and you go, please get in touch, I might have been to harsh... (not)

16/02/2025: Pranzo con un gruppo di amici e come al solito pranzo ottimo un piccolo neo al momento del dolce ci viene proposto un dolce fuori menu (cartellette o cardellette con crema di lamponi) dal sapore buono da dalla consistenza della base molto ma molto dura che per poterla tagliare era necessario usare il coltello con novevole sforzo si rompeva. Al momento del conto fatto notare alla cassiera (suppongo la proprietaria) che con un sorriso smagliante e suppongo infastidita mi risponde "Grazie" mi sarei aspettato un "mi dispiace" sarebbe stato molto apprezzato
