Really, it was a taste experience and more: the most surprising thing was the dishes, cooked impeccably, from cooking to seasoning; there is an excellent wine list; the manager is very friendly; the service is fast; the mise en place smacks of family history; then cleanliness, order and total compliance with health and legal regulations for the management of a business. The restaurant is housed in an old stable, welcoming and with an ancient, but at the same time modern, flavor. Coming to the dishes, I mention the tortelli in particular, which had a thin and delicate puff pastry like I've never eaten and a very delicate filling that was at the same time flavored with local herbs; then the braised meat, which melted in your mouth. It was so good that a table next to us, who had previously been talking about football, started talking about braised meat when they tasted it! Here, not many dishes, not particularly innovative or gourmet, but based exclusively on local products of the highest quality and treated in a superb manner. Thank you for this fantastic experience

Arrived at 7.30pm pizzas served at 9pm. Very bad. I would advise him to organize the service better.

15/05/2025: Difficult to find the right definition for this place, pizzeria-brewery-sandwich shop? In truth it is a bit of everything together, it offers a menu with all these characteristics in an informal environment that recalls the sandwich shops of the late 90s. I personally tried the pizza, very good, crunchy and light dough. Excellent service as well as the shopping.

10/05/2025: American-style place where you can eat excellent meat, burgers and a selection of craft beers. Sandwich inspired by carbonara, perhaps too salty for my taste, chips with plenty of salt. Simple burgers but with excellent meat cooked rare. The buffalo head trophies and the country setting are beautiful. 2 burgers and two cokes zero €20/head. Quick booking also on whatsapp.

30/04/2025: A perfect place for an informal evening with friends or family, less suitable for couples, the service took a little while to wait even though the place wasn't yet full, but on the other hand they worked very well. The meat offered was good, but they didn't ask me how it was cooked and it was a little overcooked for my tastes. The choice of wines is decent, the desserts are good.

26/09/2024: Great place, great beer. I came back with pleasure, but I had to stay outside because the distorted bass from the terrible speakers they foisted on you is very unpleasant... Boy, do that! Bainait deserves much better!
