The atmosphere is intimate, pleasantly lit, and tastefully decorated. The staff is attentive and friendly, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Given the high attendance, reservations are recommended. Overall, Bainait can be a useful place to chat during dinner or to listen to good live music.

28/06/2026: A great surprise in Castelnuovo Monti! A very nice, flavorful wine bar and restaurant, ideal for lovers of fine wine. They have a remarkable selection of biodynamic wines, plus a good selection of French ones. The dishes are very good, but the portions aren't particularly generous; a little more wouldn't hurt. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, and they know a thing or two about wine. The dessert is also delicious. A great surprise, well done!
28/06/2026: I went to this restaurant with my grandmother and my brothers and we had a great time, the dishes were well prepared and the service was excellent!

05/08/2026: Excellent cuisine, with unexpected pairings, presented by an impeccable and highly professional waitress, was the true highlight of the experience. Incidentally, the desserts were also particularly well received. The ambiance has a certain patina of age. These dishes deserve a little more. But that's just personal taste.
22/07/2026: Restaurant in the historic center, accessible from a large public parking lot a 2-minute walk away. Characterful restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. Excellent traditional Reggio Emilia cuisine, but also offers valid alternatives, from appetizers to desserts. Excellent hospitality, advice, and service.
