14/12/2025: Superior!!! Eating in this simple, authentic setting is always a treat. The tortelli are amazing, and the meat melts in your mouth. Another plus, of course, is Vanni and his wife, who are a living spectacle.

09/02/2026: We went to this renovated late 17th-century mill, which is truly beautiful... we ate very well, the Lambrusco risotto was exquisite... the service was excellent, and the owners were so kind!!! We'll be back to try the pizza 🍕!!!

24/12/2025: A pleasant discovery in the center of Bresciello. A small deli with a kitchen, the fried gnocco is delicious. The stew is also worth a visit.
The atmosphere and service are informal and welcoming. Excellent value for money.
If you're passing by, stop by; it's worth it.

09/03/2026: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the most positive. I wouldn't recommend it for customers with gluten intolerance, even though they'd phoned us in advance and made sure there weren't any problems. That wasn't the case.
In my opinion, the price was expensive for what we ate.

15/07/2025: Meravigliosa atmosfera che circonda questo localino. Sembra rivivere i film di don Camillo e Peppone. La ragazza in sala super simpatica e velocissima, così come il cuoco eccellente e cordiale anche in virtù della nostra passione comune per i Pink Floyd. Cibo fantastico e salumi ottimi. Unica pecca: i cani non possono entrare!!!
12/07/2025: Locale perfetto sotto ogni aspetto: servizio alla mano favoloso, ti senti praticamente un familiare😂, piatti genuini della casa. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, impreziosita dalle splendide foto ai muri tratte dai film di Don Camillo. Un’esperienza che unisce gusto, tradizione e un tocco di cinema italiano indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

04/11/2025: Very well-kept, bright, and welcoming place.
The fried cake was not greasy, plentiful, and very soft, accompanied by a platter of various excellent cured meats.
The pizza was very light and well-filled, with a wide selection.
Definitely worth a try!
11/09/2025: We're near one of the locations that have played a part in Italian cinematic history. The atmosphere is charming and rustic, the people are kind and friendly... I thought I'd find some young people eager to work, but these guys are doing just fine. The food is very good, with the cold cuts being standard considering the location, and the tagliatelle with duck sauce was delicious; I could have eaten another pan of it. The trifle is just like it used to be, without all the fancy ingredients. The prices are truly competitive. PS: The place will close in mid-September 2025 and will move to downtown Fidenza... so be careful, bye.

18/07/2025: Oggi siamo stati prima a fare colazione e poi a pranzo in questo locale, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, il locale è ben tenuto e pulito, il personale gentile cortese ed efficiente. Lo consiglio a tutti.

07/01/2025: In zona per un torneo di calcio di mio figlio, cerchiamo un ristorante dove poter degustare a cena prelibatezze locali. Abbiamo trovato su maps questa locanda, l'abbiamo raggiunta in una serata di forte nebbia, ma ne è valsa veramente la pena! Non possiamo rilasciare commenti sull'ambiente (fuori c'era appunto la nebbia e non abbiamo visto nulla, dentro ci siamo accomodati in una piccola saletta, il resto non l'abbiamo visto), ma veramente 5 stelle sia per il servizio (casalingo ma molto attento) sia per il cibo (tutto veramente eccezionale, dalla torta fritta con salumi, ai tortelli e tagliatelle, fino al guanciale. Non siamo riusciti a prendere il dolce perchè le porzioni sono abbondanti). Ottimo anche il prezzo in rapporto alla qualità ed alla quantità del cibo consumato. Consigliatissimo!

31/03/2025: Ci siamo trovati alla Botte Golosa dopo una piacevole visita a Brescello per festeggiare la ricorrenza di un compleanno. Nonostante la parte esterna del locale non sia così invitante, l’interno merita invece una menzione d’onore. L’atmosfera è molto intima e il locale è molto accogliente e curato. Originale l’idea di utilizzare vecchie botti come tavoli. Il gestore del locale è stato molto disponibile, attento alle nostre esigenze, simpatico, ma mai invadente. Cucina tradizionale, ma veramente soddisfacente. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi ottimo, ma definirei spaziali gli strozzapreti alla Peppone. Crostata con cioccolato, amaretti e meringa veramente golosa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente buono.
Se passate da Brescello inserite la Botte Golosa tra le vostre tappe!😉
