01/12/2025: I've been there several times during my lunch break because we have a special meal voucher, so we order by phone in advance so we don't end up late. Often the dishes don't arrive, and some people aren't eating. They often get the order completely wrong. Once, we found a piece of steel wool used to clean the pots inside the pasta (they didn't even apologize). Today was the last time. We ordered by phone in advance, as always. When we arrived, they served all the pasta dishes except mine, and I was asked what I had ordered. After a good 20 minutes, they practically threw my plate at me and accused me of having ordered a pasta dish that's no longer on the menu, so I'll have to check next time... I was left speechless. I couldn't have known if the dish was available until the week before, since I hadn't ordered from the menu below. I think there's a more polite way to say it, and especially when we took the order over the phone, why weren't we notified that it was no longer available? The icing on the cake was a big hair in it... better if you close it down.

22/11/2025: Good evening, one star is a must, but honestly, it's not deserved. They served me a tray as if I were a pig. In fact, perhaps they eat better in a public place. They shouldn't discriminate between customers, but simply treat everyone equally.

05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25). Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us. We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed. We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place. John Dunne (Ireland).

05/06/2025: These guys are really good and willing, when we call them for take-out delivery, they are always very helpful and try in every way to meet our needs. And then, as it happened in other pizzerias, they never go wrong with our thousand variations! :)

10/10/2025: They are getting better and better in the kitchen, I was very happy, rice dumplings with fresh ginger, tofu crumble, and cheesecake, very very good.

28/09/2025: The closest restaurant (vegan) when you are visiting the ceramics museum of Faenza. Very fast service, with a fresh daily offer, when we were there, we chose very tasty homemade pasta with vegetables. Welcome in the form of a herbal drink, and a minimalistic dessert to finish. All in all €12 per person, a very fair price for such quality. We were only bothered by flies, which I don't know where they came from, other visitors also had them. A very high-quality break from fast local food at noon. RECOMMEND !

20/11/2025: Unfortunately Not recommended because it's okay to spend little but overcooked AOP spaghetti with garlic and chili powder, tortelloni with butter and sage there were also pieces of meat onions that also tasted of old fish burnt and frozen polenta.

03/12/2025: We stayed one night for work. The hotel is large with adequate amenities, but its appearance is a bit austere, and some details deserve attention for a good 4-star hotel.

05/10/2025: The location is very convenient if you're traveling by car. However, the hotel provides bicycles so you can reach the city center without using your car. Quiet surroundings, no noise.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and quiet even when full, and the service, which is done via Tematica (thematic ordering) via tablet, is very efficient and fast. My only complaint is that at a table with several people, it's difficult to remember who ordered what, and over time, who ate what... so you always wonder if everything you ordered will arrive or not. For the first time, a full pass.
