13/04/2024: Ritornato dopo parecchio tempo - non ci sono praticamente mai a Faenza - e sono stati tutti davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Tavolo direttamente sulla piazza del Duomo di Faenza. Ottimi prodotti, dall’antipasto Romagnolo al filetto di maiale. Ovviamente ottima scelta di vini e anche i cocktail sono buoni. Adatto anche ai bambini. Mio figlio ha particolarmente apprezzato (3 cestini) la focaccia

28/07/2024: We chose Caridi, for the wedding cake, wedding July 2024, which reflected the request for taste, lightness, freshness, in short, good and light, (in other pastry shops we had not found what we were looking for..) But the choice. Strawberries, Chantilly sponge cake, berries and custard... a real success, it was delicious... I'll start by saying they were all excellent! 16/07/2024: Sebastiano Caridi's pastry shop is the ultimate mignon, brioche biscuits, excellent used products, excellent pizza, I also ate very good pizza. Very welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. I recommend it very highly

21/08/2024: Polite staff but too many flies. We ordered a piadina, good, while the watercress was made with pizza dough, horror, mistake! I hope for a mistake in understanding the dish, perhaps they had heard of calzone (I doubt since we are in Romagna)

28/07/2024: Excellent Watercress with spinach. I also liked that they used pizza dough...I'm a vegetarian rd I really appreciated it. Friendly and nice.

10/08/2024: My absolute favorite place because of its practicality, spartan and no frills. Classic pizza as it should be (high edges, Neapolitan-style manipulation and revisiting noooo is its strong point). Classic, thin and very light, you can almost buy another one. One evening on a Saturday or Sunday I don't remember I changed, I took the fish (mussels marinara and risotto).... luckily they make pizza well, but that evening the dried wrinkled mussels and clams diluted with water and reheated several times, were to be had throw it away together with the risotto which has also been reheated. If I come back it's for the pizza
