01/09/2025: A central Bobbio hotspot for breakfast, aperitifs, and delicious sandwiches and piadinas. It's well-known for its actors' gatherings during the Bobbio Film Festival. Personally, I've always been very pleased with the service and the courtesy and politeness of the staff. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: My wife and I were shocked... just because we pointed out to the owner that we waited an hour for 2 sandwiches, she started yelling arrogantly... and there were 5 tables to serve... we were speechless... plus they don't even give you a receipt...

19/08/2025: We ordered through Deliveroo. Aside from the fact that the gelato is awful in my opinion, these are the portions. I particularly note the fior di latte. Highly not recommended, €20 wasted.

07/07/2025: A very nice, kind, polite and good at working Colombian girl recently arrived. The place has acquired a lot of value with her.

13/09/2025: I ordered two croissants with two different flavors, they were completely empty and it's the second time this has happened.

09/08/2025: We went for breakfast and asked to sit in the upstairs room. The rude girl replied, "Oh no, there are only four waitresses and it's hot." We took our order and went to another bar where courtesy towards the customer was the foundation of everything. Never again. :)

You told me it wasn't available, and when I pointed out that it was required by law, you replied with complete indifference that I could change rooms, as I did, since I needed one... 18/05/2025: Evidentemente avevano fretta, se volete un vero gnocco fritto non venite qui (ci hanno portato due gnocchi fritti ammosciati e unti per un tagliere. Bassa qualità dei formaggi e soprattutto dei salumi. Le due stelle solo per la cortesia dei camerieri.

27/04/2025: Se potessi, darei zero stelle. La gente che lavora in questa taverna si comporta come se fossero un ristorante stellato Michelin, ma in realtà non ci si avvicinano nemmeno. È un locale di bassa qualità, con personale arrogante e maleducato – davvero un peccato per un posto così bello come Grazzano Visconti. Ho studiato all’alberghiero, lavoro da anni nel settore della ristorazione e del turismo in diversi Paesi, quindi parlo con cognizione di causa: mai mi era capitata un’esperienza tanto negativa come cliente. Il piatto di salumi/antipasti era mediocre, i prodotti sembravano né buoni né freschi. La cameriera ci guardava in modo sgradevole, come se le dessimo fastidio, e ci ha detto in modo secco di “andare subito a pagare alla cassa” appena portati gli aperitivi – un comportamento inaccettabile. La cosa più spiacevole è successa alla cassa. La donna lì sembrava guardarci con superiorità – non so se per pregiudizi verso gli stranieri o perché eravamo giovani. Le ho semplicemente chiesto se potevamo dividere il conto o usare i buoni pasto e mi ha riso in faccia dicendo che “questo è un posto di lusso”, lasciando intendere chiaramente che non facevamo parte del “loro tipo di clientela”. Un atteggiamento arrogante, scortese e completamente fuori luogo. Quando lavori a contatto con il pubblico, il rispetto e la professionalità dovrebbero venire prima di tutto. Non consiglierò mai questo posto a nessuno. Invece, voglio consigliare con il cuore un altro posto meraviglioso: si chiama Bottega del Borgo e si trova proprio all’inizio del borgo. È un posto piccolo ma molto molto carino, vendono salumi, coppe e altri prodotti tipici, e si può anche fare un aperitivo fuori sul terrazzo o all’interno. I signori che lavorano lì sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. La Bottega del Borgo è una vera perla di Grazzano Visconti – meglio mangiare o godersi un aperitivo lì, senza alcun dubbio. To sum up in English: The staff of this tavern acts like they’re running a Michelin-starred restaurant, but they’re not even close. They were very arrogant and poorly educated. The food was average at best. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Better go to Bottega del Borgo – it's a much better place in every way.
