25/08/2025: If it were near Scandiano, it would definitely be my absolute favorite pizzeria!! Excellent pizza made with quality ingredients and truly delicious dough, leavening, and baking!!! Young, fast, and attentive service, despite it being a Sunday evening with a packed dining room and lots of kids. But the icing on the cake was finding out at the entrance that smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited, even in the dining area!!! I was so moved... This is to say: you can offer the best pizza on the planet, but if you're surrounded by a toxic cloud, it's not worth enjoying... so, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your courageous initiative, you're a role model!!! 😍 Ah! And finally, for everything they offer, the prices are more than fair!!! The only downside is that you're 40 minutes from my house... but we'll definitely come again!!!!🩷

19/08/2025: We had lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th). Greeted with a pleasant aperitif outside, we headed inside, where the wood-fired grill reigned supreme, already whetting our appetites. Surprisingly, lunch was à la carte (in recent years, restaurants have offered set menus on Ferragosto), and we were very pleased. We ate an appetizer and a main course, both of which were delicious. The staff's kindness and politeness were greatly appreciated, as was their generous availability (an increasingly rare and therefore highly valued quality). The location is secluded and rustic. The renovation was well done. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

06/08/2025: The borlenghi are the BEST Fried gnocco, absolutely non-greasy, incredibly soft, excellent tigelle, accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and stewed sausage. Attentive and professional service... divine desserts, especially the amaretto one! Worth repeating often! 👍

04/08/2025: We have come several times to eat the pizza, it was really excellent. I had my birthday last year and I had a great time. The waiters were very kind. I want to thank Daniela Piazza who works there, my ex-classmate from high school. The table service was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, the air conditioning was nice. I will be back soon.

17/06/2025: Negli anni mi son fermato spesso a mangiare in questa trattoria, però non posso non notare che è decaduta del servizio e anche nel cibo. Per avere una seconda bottiglia d’acqua ci han messo oltre 20 minuti. E’ arrivato al tavolo prima il contorno ( patatine fritte…completamente crude ) e poi dopo 5 minuti la petroniana ( deludente) . Salvo solo le tagliatelle. Cercherò altro in zona.
