25/05/2025: The sandwiches are good and of good quality, the choice is not too wide but not too little either. I recommend the baked potatoes which are good and tasty. Staff composed mainly of young people who know how to treat the customer, shame about the environment which is not gigantic and is on the street.
I strongly recommend booking because it is almost always full, consequently the waiting times are relatively long.
Overall I recommend this place to come and eat, even the prices from my point of view are low so super appreciated.
On Saturday evening they do shifts.
Two people with chips to nibble, 2 sandwiches, 1 coke and a water we spent €27.

Well separated tables.
Very efficient and kind staff.
However, I had asked for a very undercooked fillet and I received an excellent, very soft meat, too bad it was medium cooked and, above all, without maillarde, so practically boiled.
By putting garlic everywhere, I also fixed it on some grilled radicchio with flakes of parmesan and balsamic, all unconnected to each other.
Meh.
06/05/2025: I really liked the tigelle and crescentine, served with various appetizers, without having to ask, I didn't like the borlengo, but only because I would have preferred it more stuffed, a little tasteless...

12/04/2025: Disfrutamos de nuestro almuerzo en esta ostería. El filete y la tarta de espárragos estaban especialmente deliciosos. Sin duda vale la pena una parada para almorzar si visitas el museo balsámico.

for my Risotto but quite an average, the 2nd course which we shared is just bland with only flavour from Balsamic Vinegar. The Chocolate Salami is to die for, so delicious!!! We also feel that it is a bit over price like many customers mentioned here. Service is very good.

26/05/2025: Beim Besuch in Spilamberto stießen wir auf diese einladend wirkende Pasticceria. Man kann den ganzen Tag über lecker zubereitete Panini, Focacce, Pizze, belegte Croissants usw. bestellen und sich zum Nachtisch oder Caffè leckere Pasticcini oder Kekse einverleiben. Es gibt eine Außenterrasse mit Ausblick auf das Stadttor oder auch einen hellen Innenraum mit großen Schaufenstern. Eine echte Entdeckung!

05/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato domenica sera in questo locale, carino con dei posti all’aperto dí discreta posizione.
Pizza buona, impasto e condimento di qualità, peccato per la stesa che probabilmente fanno con una macchina , perché risulta molto alta ai bordi e sottilissima al centro, tipologia che ho già visto uguale in altri locali che probabilmente usano la stessa macchina.
Questo purtroppo impedisce di mangiare la fetta di pizza direttamente con le mani, perché si affloscia e cade tutto il condimento, bisogna per forza mangiare pezzetti con coltello e forchetta.
Il conto un po’ alto, 50€ per 3 pizze semplici e due birre piccole.
Ma comunque un buon locale.
