04/12/2024: Quando sono di passaggio per lavoro mi fermo sempre in questo bellissimo ristorante.
I tortellini sono buonissimi, i migliori della zona secondo me, ma sopratutto fanno una tartara di salmone che è da volare via.

I took a Massimo I pizza and a very good Venetian one, thin dough with the possibility of having Neapolitan dough by adding €1. Desserts we had a mascarpone with Nutella and a Pan di stelle🤩 creamy and very good. I would say that next time we are in the area we will return again to try the other doughs and flavours. Compliments
26/10/2024: Excellent pizzas - even "pulled" ones, with wholemeal dough and by the meter - prepared by Massimo and his team at truly popular prices. Small and usually crowded place, better to book. Takeaway also available.

Rustic atmosphere, impeccable service.
Very good food, really excellent! I recommend it. I also recommend booking because it's always full! Claudio is a wonderful person, attentive, kind and very courteous! Thanks for everything, see you soon!
22/11/2024: Very good food, appetizer with fried dumplings and salami, trio of first courses, suckling pig and desserts. Precise, fast service and very kind staff, nice environment and even though the room was full it wasn't particularly noisy.

17/11/2024: I went to this new restaurant on Friday evening and it was a wonderful discovery! Very nice location with attention to detail, very knowledgeable young staff, kind and friendly, as far as the dishes are concerned... one word... sublime!!! To return as soon as possible! Compliments!!!

Occasione della serata in tema bavarese,non sono mancate le risate!
Personalmente lo consiglio.

21/07/2024: Very welcoming and private restaurant. A stone's throw from the center of Carpi. All the food is of excellent quality cooked with passion and "Brazilian style". Claudio and his wife are two kind and knowledgeable people. I recommend it 100%. Quality first and excellent price immediately afterwards. WELL DONE!!!

05/12/2024: The chalet is a guarantee. We went last night and as always everything was excellent. Compliments to the chef and the staff. Excellent value for money. We didn't have time to photograph the mussel sauce 😋😋
03/12/2024: Definitely nice and welcoming place. Very attentive service. Adequate portions. Honest prices. The only "note" is that the cut was lukewarm and not very tasty (in the sense that the meat tasted very little. It was one of the least tasty cuts that I happened to taste), in addition to the fact that the baked potatoes served as garnish/side dish, they were practically cold.

27/07/2024: An intimate and welcoming place located in an intimate and welcoming corner of the historic center of Carpi. trained and professional staff, traditional and selected menu. excellent wine list and ok spirits.
14/07/2024: Exceptional place. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable with a wonderful explanation of all the products they offer. Truly spectacular and refined cured meats accompanied by a truly good fried gnocco.
What can I say, a gem discovered by chance, which will surely be an obligatory stop every time you come to Carpi. Well done. Really good!

28/11/2024: The need to occupy the room as much as possible also brings negative elements, first of all it creates enormous confusion with everyone talking and some even shouting that at times you can't even converse with the people at your own table.
Secondly, the slowness of the service, almost an hour of waiting for the first courses.
If you are looking for tranquility, I recommend not going there on the busiest days.
Overall, good food and average prices.

05/11/2024: I was there 20 days ago, when it was time to pay I asked for an invoice and was told that due to a fault they are not able to issue it. 20 days have passed and the invoice still has nothing. Aside from the absurdity of such a long-lasting software problem, it would have been correct to display a sign or communicate it during the booking phase. And if you call them to ask, they reply annoyed.
