02/12/2025: Everything was fabulously prepared! The ingredients and service were impeccable.

01/12/2025: Years ago, my partner and I used to go occasionally, while my parents went often. It was their go-to place because the food was really good. Now I don't know... Ever since one summer evening, my parents, aged 72 and 80 (especially my mother), were literally insulted by the owners' son (the waiter) in front of everyone, simply because she hadn't realized that that evening you only paid directly to the waiter. After waiting 20 minutes at the cash register, she asked, "Are you not paying tonight?" She was insulted for no reason and, above all, in a truly unprofessional manner. We've closed down since then! Never again! I'm giving it one star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to write a review; it would be 0 stars.

25/09/2025: What a great food they serve here. And that for a reasonable price. Don't expect a fancy dining room. It's more lika a cantina but who cares if the food is like heaven. The staff is friendly and tries to help despite the language problem. In one word: fantastico!

19/09/2025: This agriturismo is meticulously maintained, both inside and out, maintaining its rustic atmosphere. The staff is exquisite, friendly, and efficient, always available despite the crowds. The first courses (tortelloni and mezzelune with fossa cheese) are delicious and plentiful, and the congilio and mixed side dishes are excellent. The signature piadinas are unusual. The desserts are excellent, and the selection of digestifs and tart samples is appreciated. The bill is reasonable, something you're not likely to find these days. The only downside is the excessive noise from the chatter at various tables, which is very annoying!

23/11/2025: A historic restaurant at the foot of Sogliano al Rubicone, nestled in the tranquil hills of Romagna. A cuisine that cherishes tradition and, over the years, has never lost its most authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday. The finale is sweet and comforting: homemade mascarpone and tiramisu, perfect for a Sunday lunch. Service is fast and precise, with friendly and attentive waiters. The wine list is basic but adequate, enough to choose and enjoy excellent local Sangiovese wines.

07/11/2025: For locals, Pumdor is an institution. Piadinas, rolls, crescioni, and more are always excellent, with generous portions and a more than fair price. Heated seating inside and, in the summer, outside in a beautiful, well-kept garden. Highly recommended!!!

18/10/2025: From the outside, it looks almost abandoned, but when you enter, the owners' greetings and the incredible aroma of food make you feel at home. Very clean restrooms, good prices, ample parking, and even a charging station. Worth a stop.
