12/11/2025: The place is decidedly simple, but the pizza is superb. Thin and fragrant. Lots of choice, and the staff are very friendly, professional, and pleasant. It doesn't hurt that there's almost always a seat.

12/10/2025: Digestible dough, leavened for 72 hours and a selection of high-quality flours, grain doughs, spelt, etc., generous toppings, fresh, top-quality ingredients, homemade desserts (they don't last long, but there are some delicious ones...)
Deep cleaning and sterilization of delivery bags
Salvatore, Enzo, Paolo, and Sara create a system that lives up to their experience
This requires bookings for both pickup and delivery well in advance. Of course, they also make them on the spot, but it's worth it

09/12/2025: I visited this all-you-can-eat pizzeria, and while the waiters were incredibly kind and helpful, unfortunately the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The quality of the ingredients seemed rather low, and after dinner, my group and I felt unwell all night. Obviously, I can't say for sure what caused it, but it was still an unpleasant feeling. It's a shame, because the staff deserves better service. However, at this time, I don't feel like recommending it.

Excellent digestibility and lightness. The tomato sauce used wasn't to our liking due to its excessive acidity. The desserts are good, but for €7, I wouldn't order it again. The place isn't very welcoming; unfortunately, you can tell when you enter and leave smelling of fried food. The girls are great, kind, and unobtrusive in their service.

14/11/2025: You can choose what to drink: cocktails, gin and tonic (a good selection of gin), wine (I thought it was a great selection), and beer.
The food is interesting, not just the platters: I had the meatballs, which were delicious, and the focaccia/crescente/schiacciata (whatever you call it, depending on where you're from) served as a side dish was excellent.
Reasonable prices.

12/07/2025: A small takeout pizzeria, with the oven and pizza chef clearly visible as soon as you enter. There's also a small veranda out front, convenient if you want to eat there without taking your pizza home. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, and the pizza is truly delicious, made to order with fresh ingredients. Perfect for a quick stop or a no-frills dinner.

08/09/2025: I pass by every now and then, and since they're open at 5:30 in the morning, I stop in for a few treats. The bomboloni are excellent, just how I like them—with lots of cream—but everything is good anyway. The people are kind, which isn't a given given the time. The prices are more than fair. I recommend them!

The staff is delightful: kind, smiling, and always available, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a quiet lunch.
An authentic, sincere, and flavorful bistro—one that's memorable and makes you want to return to Bologna every week. Highly recommended!
I recommend trying the Gorgonzola gelato: divine...a specialty!

The decor is still as old-fashioned as it was 30 years ago.
Friendly staff and good food.
Recommended.
