Only because of the boil did we not launch ourselves on a full menu, but each different course gave us the opportunity to discover new tastes, different dishes and all united by executive mastery together with quality ingredients. Tagliatelle with stridoli ragù, a humble local herb that did not give up presence and flavor compared to the meat component. Giardiniera of their production to accompany a delicate fresh cheese passed in the oven. A roast beef of value, fresh enough, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Desserts and ice creams made with... the raw materials they require: no sachets, flavor boosters, bizarre combinations. It must be said that savoring a celery sorbet, which tastes of celery in taste and simplicity, may seem trivial but is actually an enlightening discovery. A ricotta cake with marasca cherries and ice cream, exemplary. A tender cake with REAL pea mousse, seen and present, to give a different touch of sweetness. Kindness, professionalism and human warmth - which does not give sultriness - make it an absolutely must-see stop if you pass by here. You leave fluttering!

24/05/2025: 20 euros for a plate of gnocchi and a glass of water. Embarrassing sushi. I ordered nigiri and rice dumplings with vegetables and a bottle of water. The sushi that arrived was so embarrassing that it made me seriously think it was a plate given to someone else first. I swear, I didn't put soy sauce on the rice you see. The salmon was wrinkled and the rice underneath wasn't white but seemed to have already been mixed with soy. I lost my hunger, got up and went to pay. When I asked for an explanation they told me that they already put soy in the rice and that that is the traditional recipe and that if I wanted they could make it with white rice. I reiterated that I saw neither warnings that it would be like this nor options to have it with white rice. Having said that the lady only charged me 20 euros. I don't know where she put the receipt because I didn't see it Never again.

The waiting times can be understood given the large number of seats, and the manager cannot be blamed who alone has to try to manage the whole thing. Menu with various options and good food, be careful not to let the dishes get cold! Maybe if I go back I will change my mind

09/03/2025: On the outskirts of Forlì, Monte Fuji welcomes you with extreme friendliness from all the staff and offers the classic Japanese-Chinese menu with the all-you-can-eat formula and the highlights of the cuisine. The internal tables are well spaced to guarantee the right amount of privacy for customers and everything is decorated in an oriental manner. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the food and the speed of the service. Definitely recommended.

22/05/2025: What can I say, an unexpected lunch (in the sense that the commitment we had in Forlì was extended, so we decided, given the time, to have lunch in the area) that couldn't have gone better: cappelletti with ragù, spectacular, a citation of the best dish eaten among other notable ones. Very pleasant location and service (I had lunch looking at a wall of beautiful tiles, the host gave us good advice and allowed us to have lunch with top background music). I fear that we will be in the area other times, returning here could be a treat to take into consideration

19/05/2025: Small place with lots of Italian dishes. We stopped for a quick lunch and it was great. They also have seating outside under a porch on the side of the road. There is parking next to the trattoria.

17/05/2025: servizio scadente, abbiamo prenotato per le 20.30/45 ci sono venuti a prendere l’ordinazione alle 21.35, nonostante avessimo chiesto per ben 3 volte, e nemmeno il bere ci hanno portato prima. Inoltre si paga il servizio torta anche se non te la tagliano 1 euro a testa, esagerato. Unica cosa a loro favore é che la pizza é discreta.
