15/12/2025: Even though I'm a regular customer, I received terrible treatment today: I ordered three takeout pizzas. I arrived early, as I always do. I waited just long enough, and they delivered my three pizzas. Once I got home, I was surprised: one of the three was stale (i.e., cold and reheated. Practically dry!!!) Truly disappointed.

21/12/2025: Ruined evening!! We were very hungry, we hadn't eaten in a whole day, and we had the terrible idea of ​​ordering Chinese food. After looking at the reviews, we chose this deli, which looked inviting and reasonably priced. As soon as we went in to pick up our order, we noticed the squalor of the place and the sadness that pervaded the atmosphere. Already on the drive home, we noticed a very unpleasant odor that immediately unsettled us, but we thought it might just be the smell and maybe it would have tasted good. As we opened the plates, we already understood the situation; the appearance was truly horrible, not to mention the smell. The soy noodles tasted like garbage, the shrimp ravioli were soaked in a finger's breadth of water, and the taste was nauseating. The rice dumplings were cemented together in a single block that had to be cut with a knife. Overall, a disgusting dinner and a completely ruined evening. Not even our hunger made the food edible, so much so that we tasted every dish and realized there was nothing good about it. We threw everything away, ordered a pizza, and are writing this review to prevent others from having a similar experience. This review is not intended to be judgmental; it is simply the result of sincerely honest opinions among those who attended the dinner.

10/01/2026: I've always loved coming here. The savory pastries are the best in Forlì, in my opinion. But... the barista sees her job differently. She serves those who arrive later first, and if you point this out to her, she gets angry. I witnessed a rather unedifying scene this morning. You're at your table, eating. The waiter comes over, grabs your tray, and takes it away. You have to be quick or she'll confiscate your water. Needs a rethink.

12/02/2026: I went today. The barista was arranging pastries with a vape in her hand. A foreign girl with a backpack came in and grabbed some pastries with her bare hands, licking her fingers between each one. I'd say it's very unhygienic. Be careful!!! I don't know if I'll go again.

28/07/2025: I came to this place for the first time today. A simple portion of strozzapreti with cream and speck cost €7. The staff was friendly and helpful, the portion was generous, and the pasta and sauce were excellent. The location, while somewhat old-fashioned, is still very comfortable. The wait time is very short, typically (depending on the order), around 2 to 5 minutes. I also noticed the allergen list at the cash register, which, in these times, is hard to find publicly accessible! The only flaw, in my opinion, was the cord curtain at the entrance; I found it a bit annoying. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I fully recommend this rotisserie; I'll definitely be back.

06/01/2026: Terrible experience. I strongly advise against this pizzeria, not so much for the food, but for the customer service, which I would describe as embarrassing. Due to a technical error while ordering on Just Eat, the "pickup" option was selected instead of delivery. I noticed the error moments later and immediately called to request a cancellation or a solution. I clearly explained that I was alone at home with my three small children and that it was absolutely impossible for me to go out to pick up the pizzas. Despite the objective situation, I encountered a wall: a categorical refusal to cancel the order or accommodate my needs. They preferred to collect the payment without delivering anything, rather than show a modicum of flexibility or common sense towards a father in need. I find it unacceptable that in 2026, a business hides behind a "we can't do anything about it" when it's a mistake that was promptly reported. This kind of behavior is the best way to lose customers forever. Stay away.

Two slices of cheese per person and three types of cured meats, two slices each. Unfortunately, my two friends and I ordered two platters for three people. €40 PER PERSON, so nice, now I'm living on potatoes until Christmas.
