22/04/2026: The restaurant is somewhat hidden, but it's medium-sized. It's clean, well-kept, and brightly colored, with a truly meticulously decorated décor. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the truly inviting aroma of food. The service was a bit austere and not very welcoming. A downside was the parking, which was truly scarce and almost impossible to find a spot far from the restaurant, as the surrounding streets don't allow safe curbside parking. The dishes we ate were excellent and plentiful, and there was also a truly extensive off-menu offering.

06/01/2026: Terrible experience. I strongly advise against this pizzeria, not so much for the food, but for the customer service, which I would describe as embarrassing. Due to a technical error while ordering on Just Eat, the "pickup" option was selected instead of delivery. I noticed the error moments later and immediately called to request a cancellation or a solution. I clearly explained that I was alone at home with my three small children and that it was absolutely impossible for me to go out to pick up the pizzas. Despite the objective situation, I encountered a wall: a categorical refusal to cancel the order or accommodate my needs. They preferred to collect the payment without delivering anything, rather than show a modicum of flexibility or common sense towards a father in need. I find it unacceptable that in 2026, a business hides behind a "we can't do anything about it" when it's a mistake that was promptly reported. This kind of behavior is the best way to lose customers forever. Stay away.
