05/04/2025: Tried this fast food chain for the first time. I ate a hamburger with bacon (I don't remember the name) as big as a head. Lastly: the tables are half rickety.

22/03/2025: Not the America graffiti I remembered. First the good things: The staff is friendly and helpful and the sandwich is still good. BUT ORDER TOTEMS ARE A STRONG DETERRENT. The experience with the totem is something terrible. First of all it starts not from a main menu but from the last point consulted. So you have to search around for what you want to buy through a menu that scrolls very slowly. The interface is confusing, it doesn't make it clear what the products are but shows gigantic photos which aren't even what they give you. (But we'll get to that later). Every time I touched to scroll through the sandwiches it added them to my order. So: -Search for the category you need -try scrolling through the sandwiches -[a sandwich you don't want is added to the order] -cancel the order -back to the sandwiches -try scrolling again -[another random sandwich is added to the order] -expletive And I wasn't the only one. Other people have approached, seen how cumbersome it is and left. At this point I would have left if I hadn't seen the girl at the counter and ordered from her. Having pointed out my tragic experience, she understood and apologised. I ordered the sandwich from her and I received a slightly different sandwich than the one shown in the photos. Obviously it's not the fault of whoever prepares it but of whoever managed it and didn't update the graphics. Only the staff are saved. I suggest removing the totems or improving the user experience. You are losing a lot of money due to this problem (I saw 4 go away while writing this review)
