Last night we arrived at the restaurant at 8:25 PM. We gave our names and they said, "Sorry, we don't have room." My husband said, "Excuse me, but we called Wednesday for the reservation." The girl said, "Sorry, but they only wrote down our names here, but there's no room for you. If you want to wait for a table to become available, we told them, "No, we have two little girls, so let's go." It's not even fair that we reserve and you leave us without a seat on a Saturday evening, especially on Valentine's Day. It was also our first time here, and we won't even come back for takeout. Aside from the horrible smell as soon as you walk in, it even stuck to our clothes. You made us look bad in front of our guests.

28/11/2025: Two of us for an aperitivo. I'd never been there before and was dying to go. We asked for something to eat, and they brought us a small bowl of salted peanuts and one with chips. In the display case were several platters with slices of pizza, sandwiches, and a small bowl of peanuts and one with chips. As we left, after paying, we asked how much one of those platters would cost... they told us they only serve them after a certain time. When I pointed out that they'd already brought them to other tables, they scrambled up their sleeves... what a disappointment. Brought... what a disappointment.

After eating it in the afternoon, both I and another person started having severe abdominal pain, requiring several trips to the bathroom. We hadn't eaten anything else during the day, so it's clear the problem was related to the pizza. In my opinion, the tuna used was poor quality or even spoiled. Searching online, I discovered many other people had left similar reviews about this place – poor quality food, prepared in a dirty and unhygienic manner. My advice: don't risk your health to save 2 or 3 euros. It's better to spend a little more and eat at a reputable Italian pizzeria, where the food is good and safe. Be careful and protect your health – avoid Alibaba Kebab. ❌🍕

15/02/2026: Terrible experience at Paila Cafè in Forlì. I stopped for a simple medium beer and a spritz, nothing complicated or out of the ordinary... a total disappointment, even the rather sad appetizer buffet, aside from the fact that the selection was very limited and of poor quality. Perhaps that was also due to the time of day—it was 8:30 PM—but then why charge extra for what I had to drink? The beer was okay, but the spritz, completely unbalanced in flavor, tasted like drinking sugar. Prices were absolutely exorbitant for the quality offered: paying that much for two drinks is truly unacceptable. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and the overall feeling of poor customer service. There are many other places in Forlì where you can have much better drinks. You who boast so much about coming in 37th place in the bartender competition, move on! The bartender at a sports bar in any city will send you packing... I don't recommend it and I definitely won't be returning. 👎

06/10/2025: One of the best places to eat piadina in Forli, with a unique view of the park. The space is large and quiet, with both outdoor and covered seating so you can enjoy a meal without any problems! It's self-service; you have to order at the cashier, and they call you via an alarm! The price is very good! Recommended.

28/05/2025: Beautiful and very welcoming place just a stone's throw from the historic center and Pizza Saffi. The ice cream, cakes and pastries are delicious. Excellent products created with high quality ingredients. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. It is a little difficult to find parking, but there is a large two-story car park just a stone's throw away.

I'd suggest simpler options for those who eat lightly, like biscuits or small treats that I haven't seen. The staff is a strong point. Even when listening to the barista and the girls serving, they were always proactive, kind, and welcoming. They were so patient and courteous. Honestly, when you go to other places, it's not easy for everyone to have staff like that! I hope any renewals take into account that the staff will stay!
