15/10/2025: Friendly staff, very charming place. I always gladly return once a year when I'm passing through for work. It's an alternative place for those who love healthy food and drinks. I recommend the turmeric cappuccino, my favorite, or the truly special coffee cream.

15/10/2025: American Graffiti is for those who love American-style donut sandwiches, but they also serve delicious chicken or beef steaks with lettuce and excellent fries. Fast service and good prices.

20/06/2026: Let me start by saying that the rudeness was at its worst. The gentleman making the deliveries, an older man, clearly doesn't have a good relationship with phones. He calls me only once, finds the line busy, and, instead of calling back or sending a message, leaves an answering machine. At the agreed-upon time, I show up at the hospital entrance, exactly at the spot indicated in the order notes ("Via Felice Migliori, hospital entrance"), but there's no sign of the delivery driver. I call the restaurant, and the person who answers is extremely confusing, so much so that I think the delivery instructions hadn't even been read. I'm told they'll contact the delivery driver. After several minutes of waiting at the hospital gate, the pizzeria calls me back, even questioning my presence, claiming the delivery driver was already there. I ask for a description of the person and am told he's an elderly gentleman. At that precise moment, I see him with a piece of paper in his hand, and finally we manage to find each other. At that point, instead of simply delivering the order, the delivery driver started complaining about apps and Just Eat, claiming that contacting customers was complicated and that "Milan is the answer." All this while the pizza was still in the car and I had to quickly get back to the department. When I finally received the delivery, I discovered that some items were missing. When I asked about the rest of the order, I was told: "They gave me this." The fries were at the bottom of the bag, and I had to point them out. The water, however, despite having been duly paid for, was missing. After checking in the car to no avail, the solution proposed was: "Next time you come to the pizzeria, we'll discount it." Are you kidding? Disorganized service, terrible communication, problematic delivery, and nonexistent error management. To conclude, the pizza wasn't up to expectations either; it should have been sliced, but instead they probably forgot to buy a pizza cutter. Definitely a negative experience. I won't order again. Amateurs at large.

02/07/2026: It says the place closes at 9.30pm but at 9.05pm the girl at the cash register says it's already closed

18/06/2026: Ordered on gloovo for home delivery. Initially accepted, but after 15 minutes it was rejected due to ingredients being unavailable. However, since it was a busy time for orders, we couldn't place an order anywhere else. Truly unprofessional.

15/02/2026: very expensive, bad staff, they mistake you for a thief, poor quality food, a sweet instead of €0.20 costs €1, everything is disgusting and I found a hair in a cured meat

27/01/2026: Expensive bar, terrible customer service. They don't accept a card. (The chocolate salami tastes only of liquor.)
