If you are normal people who want to eat a pizza, don't go into that place!!! 1) they advertise pan pizza, but when you ask for it they tell you that you had to book it in advance!!?? 2) Waiting: we asked for five very normal pizzas, waiting time to receive them, 1 hour and ten minutes,... 3) they bring us the dessert menu but for half an hour no one comes to take the order, I send smoke signals yes they notice us, we ask for two sorbets but after 30 minutes of waiting they don't arrive, I go to the cash register and ask for the bill and point out that the sorbets haven't arrived after half an hour. ANSWER: I'm sorry... It's 107 euros, I pay on the way out and I tell the waiter who served us that we are leaving and that we have given up on sorbets but instead of making up for it they almost attack us!!! Oh I forgot, neglected place, dirty aquariums with dead fish, wake up guys!!!!! The positive reviews are relatives!!!!! IT CAN'T BE EXPLAINED OTHERWISE. P.s. The star is for writing the review, if it could have been avoided I would have done so easily

31/08/2024: The summer outdoor environment is beautiful. Pizza that is inedible, very salty or does not reflect the order (forget about the double dough, even if they make you pay for it as such).
Very slow service. Half an hour just for the order. An hour and a half wait for 2 pizzas.

Danny e Monica sono due istituzioni, insieme ad uno staff gentile e preparato, il Bramo su tutti.

The guys who bring the pizzas are very nice but a note of merit goes to the girl who takes the orders by phone who is always very kind and even when I asked for explanations about the price which seemed inappropriate to me, she didn't lose patience and explained to me , even though he was working, the entire bill and price of my pizzas with a kindness and availability to which we are almost no longer accustomed. Excellent professionalism.
For this reason it remains my favorite takeaway pizzeria.

19/07/2024: I like everything about this place, the service, the food and the location. Simple and quiet atmosphere, very kind waitresses and excellent food. It is not very popular and never crowded because there are other more popular restaurants but for me the quality of the food here is much better.

08/07/2024: Andato con amici dopo il loro trasferimento da Cento a Gavaseto, in gioventù ci andavamo almeno una volta a settimana. Curiosi di sentire i sapori di una volta, siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti.
Il menù è migliorato, mentre i grandi classici, sono sempre una garanzia.
Consigliatissime Tartar, carpaccio e Tiger roll

31/07/2024: Premetto che da sempre non amo la cucina cinese e che ho cenato qui perché invitata da amici. Ebbene, sono stata contenta di non aver declinato l'invito. Locale pulito (sembra piú una taverna), servizio celere e dai modi asciutti, piatti buoni. Ho anche apprezzato la presenza di tovaglia e tovaglioli in stoffa. Penso che accetterò un eventuale altro invito, presso questo ristorante.

25/08/2024: Cozy place but the air conditioners are undersized because in summer it gets very hot inside the place. The friendly staff. The piadina resembles the Marche puff pastries more than the Romagna piadina, that is, it is very thin but adequately filled.

15/08/2024: Il locale è stupendo, la qualità è buona ma a volte sembra fatto tutto troppo in fretta e mi sono capitate paste non ben fatte. Negli anni ho avuto svariati disagi e ogni volta mi riprometto di non rimetterci più piede, mi dispiace per Fabio ma questo posto ha un grosso problema di personale.
Probabilmente non è ben formato e comunque sono spesso maleducati e insofferenti. Mai più

Perché no 5 Stelle.
Sapori centrati, presentazione nei piatti gradevole e di effetto, pairing con i vino (nel menù degustazione) efficace e centrata. L'unico piccolo neo è l'eccesso di "genio"! In ogni piatto c'era un pochino in più, un tocco di idea, geniale e originale, che potrebbe dare origine ad un'altra pietanza. Forse lasciare un "pochino di vuoto" e spazio per assaporare la maestria della preparazione e offrire a latere il tocco geniale di sapori non usuali abbinati, forse darebbe una spinta. locale curato, servizio ottimo condito con la genuina emilianitá.
