A historic and magical place run by Billi (Marco), a true showman, who draws you into his enchanted world. The almost jovial atmosphere and authentic vintage decor, complete with dated photos, are truly delightful. The good mood spreads, and the meal begins with a smile. The appetizers are decent: various crostoni, but it's thanks to a fresh and unusual artichoke, orange, and fennel salad that really takes the cake. In addition to the usual cured meats, the first courses we tried were delicious: garganelli with pine nuts, arugula, pancetta, and the superb tagliatelle with ragù. The sesame-crusted chicken breast is excellent. Don't miss the warm focaccia with mascarpone cream. This place is not to be missed, especially with friends. Reservations recommended.
