14/12/2024: I am not arguing about the mediocre quality of the "pizza" as it is "tough" but about the intrinsic virtue of the place, comparable to the worst company canteens with shifts to consume your meal, a practice which has now been downgraded even in the tomato harvesting fields. Because it happens that at the café thirteen of us are invited to leave the place to make room for other unfortunate next customers. Thus business dominates and rides the fast food technique, eluding the tradition of conviviality and the pleasure of spending an evening in the company of friends. After the complaints they would like to offer us penne and limoncello worthy of the vu cumprà now prey to the nostalgia of the past! Terrible and embarrassing experience!!! A place that favors numbers over customers, sacrificing quality and courtesy."

The place is welcoming and well looked after, a restaurant for an unpretentious evening, where you can enjoy a pleasant dinner without too many expectations. It's a place worth visiting, especially if you're looking for a reliable place with good value for money.

12/05/2024: We were there just after 6pm and not speaking Italian at all. But they were very friendly and helpful and the food is really good! We had the piadine hamburger, two crecciones (one tonno/cipolla and one with pork and potato) and churros. All freshly made and super tasteful! Too bad we don't live nearby to eat here more often.

25/08/2024: Sono anni che andiamo al Graffio. Si mangia bene, tutto lo staff è fantastico, il locale è molto bello e pulito. Qualità prezzo assolutamente rispettata. La sera nei week end come in ogni locale c'è molta gente ma a pranzo o durante la settimana è molto rilassante. Pizza ottima, primi ottimi, dolci anche. Noi non amiamo il pesce ma sicuramente ottimo anche quello. Il Graffio sempre il top.

20/11/2024: Non è giusto che per mangiarci una pizza con amici io devo stare a guardare l'ora perché ho un tempo limite per stare in pizzeria. Quando abbiamo prenotato non c'è stato detto niente E dopo un'ora che eravamo lì ci hanno detto che dovevamo finire in fretta perché doveva venire altra gente a mangiare nel nostro tavolo.

20/11/2024: Locale piccolo ma accogliente Il cameriere del nostro tavolo molto gentile . Le pizze belle da vedere ,ma non tutte buone da mangiare . Proprietari devono imparare a gestire meglio la clientela . Non pensiamo di tornarci .

24/07/2024: The really worst reheated lasagne in Italy, tried it and sent it back to the kitchen with a friendly comment. But there was no further reaction or apology. Nice waitresses, but no service. The crostini wasn't good either. The wine is also not appropriate for an enoteca, too expensive. It's a shame, but this Enoteca is not recommended. The waitresses were nice and friendly, but we were not asked if we would like anything else.

22/07/2024: Super nice place in the center of San Giovanni, very well looked after, helpful and friendly staff, exceptional food and wine, there are always new proposals! I've been going to this place for a while and it's absolutely one of my favorites! Highly recommended!

28/11/2024: The restaurant has a welcoming environment, with soft lights and refined furnishings. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional and non-traditional dishes. I tasted the Bolognese cutlet, perfectly creamy and balanced in flavour, the cream and sausage gramigna and the mixed grilled meat, accompanied by baked potatoes. All very good and perfect. The desserts also deserve a special mention: the mascarpone with berries was a real spectacle. All very good. The staff is friendly and attentive, without being intrusive, including the owner Antonio, who is very nice and kind. The waiting times between courses were adequate, giving the right pace to the dinner. I recommend booking. An experience to repeat! We will be back
