27/01/2026: A restaurant in the charming setting of a renovated old mill. Authentic atmosphere and plenty of customers, even during weekday lunch.
Extremely friendly and competent service, and the staff promptly responds to all guest requests.
Traditional cuisine, yet decidedly above average in terms of creativity and attention to ingredients: fresh pasta made with chestnut flour or burnt wheat, duck ragù, braised cheek, guinea fowl, and original desserts like pears in Barolo sauce or apple fritters.
The vegetable dishes are particularly popular, with a wide selection of seasonal options—we were truly impressed by the at least five or six side dish options, when you're usually lucky to find a plate of the usual grilled vegetables. Highly recommended!

A very well-kept restaurant with many separate rooms. It certainly offers an even more charming setting in the spring/summer months.

03/03/2026: I went there last night for dinner with friends I hadn't seen in years. It's a shame the location is a bit out of the way (and it was also quite foggy), but it was worth it. We were served meatballs as an appetizer, and for a main course I had tagliolini with prosciutto sauce, guinea fowl roll with potatoes, and tenerina with mascarpone for dessert. Others chose gnocco and tigelle, and the prosciutto was excellent (I tried a couple of slices). I didn't bring much wine because I had to drive, and coffee (the one was a bit weak). All in all, it cost €40, a fair price, especially considering the size of the dishes. Incidentally, the waitress who served us was a lovely young woman: kind, lively, quick, and always smiling. A lovely Friday evening. I missed it. Thank you.
07/02/2026: It's a winter evening, so I haven't seen it in its entirety (I'm told it has a lovely summer patio). You're welcomed into a rustic, warm, and intimate room, and you immediately spot the dessert counter: sfrappole, mustard ravioli, sweet tortelloni... Mmm... We had mushroom tart, passatelli, wild boar stew, and a Bolognese cutlet: well-defined, very tender flavors, everything delicious. The red wine, produced on site, was excellent and easy to digest. All this was accompanied by the kindness and cheerfulness of the owner and waitresses. We'll be back in the summer.

09/12/2025: Corte d’Aibo is one of those places that captivates you from the moment you arrive. Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget.
The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity.
The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself.
The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery.
And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special.
La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management.
The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

During a trip, I chose Valservice for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised.
Fresh, flavorful dishes, including some ethnic options. The takeout option is also excellent, convenient and well-packaged.
Quick service, friendly staff, and fair prices.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, quick meal!

27/07/2025: Siamo stati presso questo agriturismo consigliati da amici. Location bella tranquilla e panoramica, situata sui colli bolognesi. Menù fisso a 40 euro piatti della tradizione nella media. Bravi ci tornerei
19/07/2025: Menù degustazione da 40 € a dir poco ridicolo: 2 crescentine con annessi affettati imbarazzanti, un primo e 2 mini costine con 3 patate al forno. Dolce fine pasto composto da n.3 pezzettini di torta al cioccolato. La bottiglia di vino, ovviamente, già aperta, a sigillo della presa per i fondelli. Sulla via Emilia a 15 € trovate molto meglio!!! Imbarazzante. Non mi spiego come mai il posto fosse pieno.

29/07/2025: Posto un po' fuori mano, begli spazi all'aperto con diversi tavoli. Come molti agriturismi fa menù fissi ma di diverse tipologie di quantità: si parte del cosidetto spuntino, specialità della casa, un antipasto molto valido, salendo potendo aggiungere primo. secondo e dolce. Pietanze molto buone davvero, quantità abbondante, vino locale di qualità. Servizio nella norma, prezzi un po' sostenuti, giustificati in parte dalla qualità e dalla quantità.
03/07/2025: Poverini fanno quello che possono ,tigelle che sembrano panini, ma ne portano tante. Crescentine molto buone e molto abbondanti ma scarsissimo salume micro ciotolline di stracchino o squaquerone onestamente non si capiva cosa fosse micro di friggione buono. Piattino di sottaceti, che mi ha fatto molto ridere e mi ha ricordato un film di Totò e Peppino, dove a cena c'erano... "i famosi antipasti di mia moglie'.. (1 oliva a testa e basta) ed infatti il piattino di antipasti consisteva in 3 olive, e noi eravamo in 3 ahahah! 4/5 funghetti sottolio e 1 e dico 1 cipollino sottaceto tagliato in 4. E non vado oltre perché mi sembra inutile. Però tutti molto gentili giovanissime cameriere inesperte e impacciate ma molto gentili e nonostante un menu discutibile
abbiamo anche lasciato la mancia.
