02/07/2025: Always eaten well, good service and a very very nice environment, but there is one thing I have never liked, the portions. Really too too small, both first courses, second courses, and desserts, especially compared to the price requested. So often even if I had a good time I preferred other places. I always recommend it willingly and I hope for a small change of direction for the future. Good luck and well done anyway

Perfect for a special occasion dinner for two or just a few people, formal but not overly so, and now well-known among Bolognese people who love fine dining in "chic" places that don't just cater to lasagna and tagliatelle. Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, everything cooked to perfection. The seafood is exquisite. Portions aren't generous, but the cozy elegance of Loretta's dining room reigns supreme, a cheap and chic style where even the glasses and chairs are mismatched, yet perfectly coordinated, creating a comfortable yet refined atmosphere. The prices are fair for the location, with a €4 cover charge, which is also what you pay for. I've spent more and eaten worse at more renowned restaurants, so the price is harsh but fair! Congratulations for the originality and, of course, the skill in the kitchen.

A place nestled among the Bolognese badlands with a breathtaking view... the food was all excellent, yet simple and homemade... their wine was delicious... I will definitely be back. 06/05/2025: Set in an enchanting place I have only ever had lunch in this place (several times). Excellent dishes and excellent wine, with a refined quality of local tradition throughout the extensive menu. A delicious mixed appetizer and first courses for every taste, from classic tortelli to condiments with wild herbs (for example thyme). The meats are excellent, ranging from traditional pork and beef to less common categories such as duck and game (pheasant, wild boar). Very appreciable zero kilometer side dishes and very pleasant desserts. The wine they produce is quite good (in particular Barbera for the reds and Pignoletto for the whites). Having tasted different courses on different occasions, I have always found the flavors to be fully satisfying. All at honest prices to complete a picture that places this place as one of the best in the area.

14/08/2025: It's not just worth a visit, it's a must-try. The new management is perfect, the food is superb, and the specials are exciting. An entrée: Galina beef meatball We had the crispy flower The liver with Tropea onion, fantastic Then to follow: Sweet as candy, to discover and savor every single bite. Then the twine between woods and fields, each roll an explosion of flavor. For main courses: Knuckle and potatoes, a pleasant discovery, and then the fake porchetta. I won't tell you about the desserts.

03/08/2025: You arrive in a convenient parking lot. The place is nice, our table for 2 people is a little small and it's a shame that there are paper napkins. Decent choice for the menu. Excellent nettle passatelli with duck ragù, as well as the tagliata. The wait for the first course was a bit long... (maybe because we were the first and they waited for other soups.) Very good service, fair price.

13/07/2025: The pizza tour is a great idea! Very few places offer this option, with drinks (water and beer) included in the €20 price tag—a fair price. Light pizza and delicious toppings. The young staff serving are super helpful. It can get a bit crowded on the terrace on weekends; given the space they have, I'd space the tables out a bit if I were them.

15/08/2025: Excellent first courses, the steak I had was very tender, you could have used a breadstick to cut it, the price was normal, the service was fast and the staff were kind.

07/08/2025: From personal experience, having tried them all over Italy, I can say that the sushi is excellent. It's a shame about the three-portion limit for sashimi, but never mind, the sashimi was excellent too. It almost felt like I was at an à la carte restaurant. I recommend it!

15/08/2025: A very special restaurant. Nestled in the green hills of Bologna. Easy to get to. Unique interior, with a very friendly chef and staff. The vegetable buffet was delicious. The first courses were exceptional, accompanied by a glass of excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. There was also a dessert buffet, homemade and very inviting. Highly recommended for the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere inside the dining room. Excellent value.

12/05/2025: Scoperto per caso online, siamo stati lì per pranzare un paio di volte e non potevamo non tornare per una occasione come la prima comunione di nostra figlia. Professionalità e cortesia la fanno da padrona, ma la vera sorpresa è la qualità del cibo e l’ambiente familiare che ci ritrovi. Cristina è una padrona di casa eccellente e disponibile così come tutto lo staff sempre attento alle esigenze dei commensali . Di sicuro ci torneremo con grande voglia perché ogni pranzo al guardastelle diventa sempre una occasione speciale.

03/05/2025: Buona accoglienza e personale attento si mangia bene e il servizio è veloce locale su 2 livelli il 2 livello con una bella vetrata che offre una bella vista!! fornito di parcheggio l'unica difficoltà è la strada per arrivare che è un po tortuosa e stretta quindi in caso si incroci un auto esempio suv si fa fatica a passare entrambi quindi consiglio di andare piano!!
