12/10/2025: Found by chance, a real surprise. Elegant but not pretentious, thoughtfully decorated, clean. Very friendly staff; we had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it: one of the best places we've ever eaten. The menu offers a limited selection, with exceptional ingredients and fantastic quality. They welcomed us with our child and dog without batting an eyelid. The outdoor garden is very pleasant. The price is in line with the offerings. Highly recommended.

07/08/2025: From personal experience, having tried them all over Italy, I can say that the sushi is excellent. It's a shame about the three-portion limit for sashimi, but never mind, the sashimi was excellent too. It almost felt like I was at an à la carte restaurant. I recommend it!

The Fiore di latte wasn't great.
The prices are very high for a trattoria.
24/08/2025: In a very pleasant setting, both for the uniqueness of the location and the perfect temperature, we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner, which revisited traditional Bolognese cuisine. The pasta stuffed with friggione, the meatballs filled with tortellini, and, to finish, Malvasia accompanied by ciambella, ravioli, and crostata. Highly recommended.

Mattarozzi is anything but a modern and trendy place; once you sit down, you'll understand the difference from the many places that have sprung up to mimic the trattorias and osterias of the past. Here, you'll still find the simple, delicious dishes that the Bolognese ate in the past.

14/10/2025: I've been there several times for lunch. It's a great place with games for kids, excellent appetizers, crescentine, and tigelle! Good wine from their cellar at reasonable prices.
15/08/2025: I found this agriturismo after a long search for August 15th (when they were all fully booked!)
A place nestled among the Bolognese badlands with a breathtaking view... the food was all excellent, yet simple and homemade... their wine was delicious... I will definitely be back.

15/08/2025: A very special restaurant. Nestled in the green hills of Bologna. Easy to get to. Unique interior, with a very friendly chef and staff. The vegetable buffet was delicious. The first courses were exceptional, accompanied by a glass of excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. There was also a dessert buffet, homemade and very inviting.
Highly recommended for the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the relaxing atmosphere inside the dining room. Excellent value.

12/05/2025: Scoperto per caso online, siamo stati lì per pranzare un paio di volte e non potevamo non tornare per una occasione come la prima comunione di nostra figlia.
Professionalità e cortesia la fanno da padrona, ma la vera sorpresa è la qualità del cibo e l’ambiente familiare che ci ritrovi. Cristina è una padrona di casa eccellente e disponibile così come tutto lo staff sempre attento alle esigenze dei commensali .
Di sicuro ci torneremo con grande voglia perché ogni pranzo al guardastelle diventa sempre una occasione speciale.
03/05/2025: Buona accoglienza e personale attento si mangia bene e il servizio è veloce locale su 2 livelli il 2 livello con una bella vetrata che offre una bella vista!! fornito di parcheggio l'unica difficoltà è la strada per arrivare che è un po tortuosa e stretta quindi in caso si incroci un auto esempio suv si fa fatica a passare entrambi quindi consiglio di andare piano!!
