Simple 70s atmosphere
I would say that the service is more than friendly and unique: you take the order and serve the table in question. Then you move on to the next one. There is no way that something arrives at a high table first or at the same time. All in perfect time.
Homemade pasta and generous portions.
Unfortunately, ignoble bread: it falls apart in your hand (impossible to make a slipper)
Prices a little above average if you take into account the location

A simple place where you eat quite well. Abundant typical dishes. The bill may be a little steep, but it's worth a try.

One of my favorite restaurants. Delicious tortelloni, traditional tagliatelle, wild boar chaser, fried cream and friggione: we didn't miss anything and every dish satisfied us. Excellent value for money, very nice managers and staff. As for the environment: even if the place is so characteristic, I think that at least the bathroom should be renovated....but once you sit at the table at Amelia you forget about everything else!

It's true that the dress doesn't make the man. The place is not nice at all (old 70s house style) but the service and above all the food is TOP. FANTASTIC, VERY GOOD EVERYTHING. Never had such good first courses...

I can only give top marks for everything, we have gone several times and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the cuisine, truly typical, and the courtesy found in this restaurant.

Well what can I say Katia and Loretta with all the staff are exactly as it all started with my grandmother Amelia.... I've been going there for 50 years and modestly there is no other place in all of Italy that is even comparable.... I may be biased but I have never found any trattorias like this that touch your soul with food....10 stars

Amelia è semplicemente un posto iconico, un ristorante fermo agli anni 70 e io spero che rimanga sempre li, custode di un tempo che fu ma che, grazie all'Amelia, possiamo vivere ancora. Pasta fatta a mano, purtroppo non c'è più la signora che declamava il manù con accento bolognese, ma le figlie portano avanti alla grande l'attività.

Idealmente situato in basso dei portici di San Luca, ci abbiamo mangiato bene senza spendere come in un ristorante tradizionale.
Buona scelta di piatti, le piadine romagnole sono particolarmente fragranti.

Location che ti riporta nel passato, menù che ti invoglia ad un assaggio di tutto,cibo molto buono,tortelloni strepitosi,salsiccia con il cardo in umido eccellente,fiori di zucca speciali e dolci di categoria superior.
Simpatico e dinamico anke Gabriele che ci ha seguiti dall' inizio alla fine. Complimenti a tutto lo staff
