30/08/2025: We stayed at this wonderful place yesterday, had dinner and slept...absolute peace, very kind staff, excellent dinner. Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, excellent breakfast in the morning, and we slept really well. Peaceful.

22/08/2025: A beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature near the river, where we recharged after the first stage of the BomArt. Despite it being mid-August, we found peace and quiet. Very clean room and bathroom, excellent service and dinner. Alessandro and Nicoletta

22/09/2025: Kudos to the service; all the girls are lovely, friendly, and know their stuff. The food is good, and the prices are fair. The perfect place for passing bikers.

31/08/2025: We stopped at this place a while ago during our Sunday lunch. We noticed it 👀 along the road (by the way, the legendary S.S. 65 is spectacular) and immediately, "by instinct", we decided to have lunch there. We sat outside to get some fresh air and, immediately, the girl 👩🏻 at the counter came to clean the table and also handed us the menu 📋. We therefore opted for a "Toscano" sandwich 🥪, a "Golosa" piadina 🌮, a can of Coke and a bottle of still water 💧. Everything was very good I must say 😋, from the raw ingredients to the filling itself. We then finished with a couple of coffees ☕. The prices seemed average overall. The bathrooms 🚾 were clean 🚽🧻. The interior decor is very beautiful, as is the exterior (which actually caught our attention). There's ample parking 🅿️ nearby. Obviously, there's nothing to complain about the location; the Futa Road itself is a noteworthy attraction. We liked it, so I'd recommend it 👍. 09/10/2025: Great service, a stunning space with glass floor elements overlooking the basement, and above all, delicious food. I highly recommend it; you can truly experience the atmosphere of the Italian mountains!

19/09/2025: The food:10/10 The people: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Would recommend 110% when you're in the area! A real hidden gem tucked away in the mountains. The hosts were just incredible. A highlight of our trip to the region. Grazie!

08/09/2025: Very nice atmosphere, good food, especially the starters. Too bad the service was terrible. The waitress (if you can call her that) told me to finish my starter quickly because she had to bring the main courses. It seems truly absurd to me that in 2025, anyone still behaves like they did in the Middle Ages. The curtains protecting us from the sun were always coming off, and no one ever came to help us; we had to do it ourselves. The only one was a young man who behaved very well.

28/09/2025: It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.
