23/11/2025: A conveniently located restaurant between Monghidoro and the Raticosa Pass. Excellent crescentine, served with cold cuts, jam, and Nutella. The pasta dishes are also delicious! Fast and friendly service!
30/10/2025: I discovered this place for the first time a couple of months ago, and I'll be back as soon as I get the chance! Sara and all the girls are excellent and very friendly, and the service is very fast.
The workday menu, which changes daily, is excellent...highly recommended.

26/10/2025: The Carteria dei Benandanti is a place you should stay at least once in your life. Everything was superb, from the food (warm ricotta, excellent meat) to the rooms to the hospitality. We visited their farm. Top!
11/10/2025: A place that has remained almost untouched, Betta is wonderful, she still makes pasta by hand, uses ancient grains, makes her own cheeses, and offers authentic food. There's peace and harmony here. You can visit the stables and see the calves. Surrounded by greenery at the foot of the raticosa, it's a great meeting place for motorcyclists.

15/11/2025: We had lunch for two on Saturday. We ate very well and spent relatively little, with starters costing around €10, as did many main courses.
The dishes were very fresh, with excellent ingredients and generous portions.
The zuppa inglese was a special highlight; it's hard to find such good food in restaurants.
The service was good and fairly quick, very homely.
The total bill for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 1 water and coffee was €65, more than reasonable.

28/09/2025: It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.

Industrial pastries, too buttery and sugary.
Cappuccino made with a clever "craftsmanship": milk not frothed and, above all, very little coffee.
At this point, it would have been better to have a coffee, I would have paid less.
Poor service. I'll stay away from this place!
21/08/2025: Welcoming staff and a lovely place with outdoor seating overlooking the pine forest. Among the croissants, I also found my favorite pistachio flavor. You can watch the games. The coffee is good.

30/08/2025: Nice bar, cold and apathetic staff, aperitif consisting only of a tiny bowl of chips, but what we didn't understand was why the waiter arrives and leaves the full tray on the table? Only to have it in the boxes while we drink and eat, who knows.
15/06/2025: I've been getting artisanal ice cream from them since I was 14 and it's always delicious!

28/06/2025: I'm sorry but I'm giving one star for the simple fact that I've been calling for more than 45 minutes and no one answers me, I go to show up at 8:00 pm and then a kid shows up who doesn't even know where it is, I ask for two pizzas and they say no because they have a full room and then I ask for a takeaway and they say no (explain the meaning to me) then I ask but not even if you put it in a box and I take it away? And they say no (I'm shocked, frankly speaking, they lose two customers and get this review)

01/06/2025: Arrivati una domenica a pranzo, di passaggio tra Emilia e Toscana, appena entrati alle 13:00 una cameriera ci ha subito portato da bere, ma abbiamo atteso almeno 20 minuti prima della comanda. Dopodiché almeno 30 minuti per avere i tortelloni, buoni, si, poi altra attesa per il secondo di carne decisamente troppo cotta e con molti nervetti. Il piatto sembrava abbondante, ma col troppo scarto non ha soddisfatto. Discrete le patate. Scontrino alle ore 14:55 e prezzo adeguato ma non torneremo.
