11/03/2025: Mixed sensations in this inn located on the outskirts of Bologna. Upon entering it immediately shows itself for what it is, an old-fashioned inn in a very nice hamlet. The inn offers the possibility of having a tasting experience (6 or 9 courses). We chose 9 courses and with wine we spent €3,200. Some dishes were really good (ravioli with duck filling). A couple a little less successful. The 'final cuddles', such as dry sweets, are missing. The quantities are right, you don't leave hungry but not full either. The service is the same as an inn, and contrasts a bit with the quality and presentation of the dishes. All in all still a nice experience.
01/03/2025: We tried the restaurant after seeing that it was in the Michelin guide, but unfortunately we were a little disappointed... which we didn't expect seeing the excellent reviews.
The tastings are really at a great price.
We can only recommend the Tacos, truly exceptional but we found the rest of the courses too spicy and the desserts very heavy which we didn't finish.
We will probably try to go there again knowing that the menu changes often but it's a shame.
Excellent service and price.

15/03/2025: Dopo aver letto le recensioni siamo andati un sabato in questo ristorante ma siamo rimasti delusi .......abbiamo optato per le crescentine con salumi a 16€ a testa direi che il tagliere era assai scarso senza mortadella e stracchino che sono prodotti tipici del bolognese infatti abbiamo preso anche un primo senza vino abbiamo pagato 63€ per mangiare un antipasto scarso e un primo ........considerando la zona (non siamo al centro di Bologna) e il locale con apparecchiata di carta (2,50 il coperto) mi sembra esagerato ........se avessimo preso vino secondo contorno e dolce avremmo speso oltre 120 € ......no direi che non ci siamo .......forse abbiamo perso il valore dei soldi ........ capisco la qualità ma quando si esagera si perdono clienti ..........
13/03/2025: If you like meat this is the right place. Huge counter, but truly enormous, overloaded with all sorts of goodies, decidedly high quality, competent and courteous staff.

23/02/2025: Fabulous! We returned here after two years in which we continued to dream of tagliatelle, crescentine, balanzoni, fiordilatte, and the warm welcome of Michele and his family. Everything even better than I remembered! Each dish tells of their love for cooking, the portions are very generous, the ingredients are all of excellent quality, giving space to local producers, from cured meats to mascarpone. It's worth coming to these parts even just for a dinner at Tiro (we returned with the whole family from Florence!).

How can I not mention the menu, Very rich, frequently updated and cheap, simple and tasty dishes... Highly recommended, try it and let me know!

01/03/2025: Super friendly, the only problem was the pizzas, we ordered 5 pizzas, 2 double dough and 3 normal, as soon as they arrived they were 3 double dough and 2 normal, and what's more, one of them also had the wrong toppings, on the other hand it's a good pizza, another thing, having the wrong dough it's a pizza we paid a little more, €12 for a pizza each is a bit.

26/12/2024: Desolante e disonesta esperienza.
Ho consumato un petto di pollo con contorno un quarto di vino alla spina e un caffè : 30 euro.
Non ho avuto la possibilità di valutare il menù alla carta poiché la proprietaria/cameriera si è limitata a spiegarlo verbalmente.
Arrivato alla cassa, lo scontrino già pronto, totale movimento 30 euro.
Da noi si dice che bisogna andare a rubare un chiesa
Per educazione e forse disarmato non sono stato in grado di replicare
Lascio questa recensione per informare chi è interessato a frequentare il locale poiché mi sembra un atto dovuto.
Inutile dire che darò ampia comunicazione dell' accaduto e che mai più frequenterò il locale pur avendo la necessità di frequentare la zona all' ora di pranzo.
Altresì ricordo ai gestori del locale che correttezza e onestà dovrebbero essere alla base di qualsiasi attività.
