21/12/2025: Today I approached the clerk at the Bialetti store in the GranReno area of ​​Bologna with my broken Gioia! I've been a customer for years! I'm not from Bologna and only today was I able to get into the store. My daughter lives there, but she has a broken arm and can't carry it! The machine leaks water even when turned off and it's still an inconvenience! I should point out that the store was empty! When I asked to leave the coffee machine, I was told that it can't be collected on Sundays, that I could call and check the receipt!!!!!! The receipt mentions faulty claims being issued! I explained the situation, but still annoyed, she gave me a negative answer... that the system wouldn't allow her to open the claim! I'm sorry 🫤 I'll throw it away... but Bialetti will definitely never see me again.
