I received a coffee maker as a Christmas gift with two cups, one of which was chipped. I called the store and the clerk worked hard to find a solution, which wasn't easy given that the product was out of stock. She then called me back and said I could pick up the new cup, which had arrived from another store after a thorough phone search. Thank you so much, Valentina, you're so kind.
