25/02/2024: In Oderzo by mistake with his wife, but if I were to return, without a shadow of a doubt Sosteria Sosteria and more Sosteria. Everything from the service to the dishes was fantastic, the cellar was well stocked and the prices were very fair. Really excellent, I recommend it, and I repeat, I'll be back soon.

01/04/2024: One Michelin star restaurant in the center of Castelfranco Veneto, a few steps from the walls. Location in a very beautiful period building with internal parking. We were guests for Easter lunch. Everything excellent, welcome, menu, service. A special mention to the egg filled with salted zabaglione and bruscandoli, an explosion of taste in the mouth. Top.
01/04/2024: We wanted to try a new restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised starting from the location where the atmosphere is very quiet with the staff and chef Nicola Dinato welcoming and friendly.
All its refinement lies in the essentiality of the furnishings, where every detail is taken care of.
The dishes are representative of a creative cuisine but at the same time with flavors and healthy ingredients of the best Venetian tradition.
The courses are carefully presented and explained to enhance the sensory experience.
Highly recommended. We'll be back!

24/03/2024: Typical tavern. Nice atmosphere for the type of place. I ate the skewer. Typical dish of the area. Very tasty and soft. Good cellar. Service not very fast, but it fits in a place of this type. The owner is very kind. Really honest price!

30/03/2024: Too bad I can't give 7 stars! We returned for the second time, always for my birthday. Stunning place, warm and welcoming. Discreet and perfect staff. Impeccable cuisine. A few years ago the owner would welcome you with a nice apron and personally cook the ribs. This time the fireplace was turned off. But ribeye was still on the menu. I don't think I'll take too long to go back. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Today 30 March 24 we returned for the third time with friends. Everything confirmed, always satisfied!

15/03/2024: Sono stata già diverse volte ed ho potuto degustare piatti sia di carne che pesce. Praticamente ho assaggiato un po'di tutto e sono stata sempre soddisfatta così come i miei ospiti. Locale non molto grande, consiglio prenotazione. Servizio impeccabile svolto con eccellente professionalità e simpatia dalla Sig. Cristina

25/01/2024: Dopo vari tentativi, riesco a venire a cena qui per provare alcune portate tipiche di treviso. Prendiamo una porzione di bigoli in salsa (acciughe e cipolla), baccalà alla trevigiana ed una zonclada per finire in bellezza. Tutto era davvero buono, molto buono, sopratutto il baccalà, i prezzi sono accettabili, 12€ primo e 18€ il secondo, il dolce €5, servizio impeccabile e posto molto grazioso. Super consigliato

04/04/2024: We had a first course and dessert: both excellent. Rustic and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, honest prices.
03/04/2024: I really like the place with the large and bright veranda. And the stove. It's cuddly and green at the same time.
The menu usually never has major changes, but it doesn't really need them because everything is good. We have been there several times and every dish was always good. Generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. The lady always remembers us and that my partner's father is a vegetarian and always offers him some dish that is right for him. Very attentive to customers who are always a nice treat these days.
Suggested dishes: if there is polenta with gorgonzola or the basket with seasonal vegetables.
First courses: bigoli, sopa coada, pasta and beans, pumpkin gnocchi
Second courses: lamb ribs, fillet with green pepper.
But really everything is good.
Ahhhh leave a lot of room for dessert because the slices of cake are super generous but it's worth it.
Friendly price. Super recommended place.

14/03/2024: Storico locale appena fuori Soligo, all' apparenza molto raffinato, ma dove in realtà il servizio è molto curato e presente senza mettere a disagio. La cucina rispetta la tradizione, con qualche tocco un po' più ricercato e personale. I secondi di carne sono eccezionali (soprattutto la guancetta).
I prezzi sono decisamente contenuti per l' alta qualità del cibo.
Un grazie speciale alla signora Catia (chiediamo scusa se si scrive con la k).
12/03/2024: Locale molto bello e raffinato con storia e molta autenticità. Ci siamo trovati bene sia come accoglienza e anche la cena é stata molto buona ...sapore e qualità nei piatti. Esperienza da ripetere vale la pena.

E' un locale a conduzione famigliare e ci troviamo molto bene.

11/12/2023: Ho recentemente organizzato una cena in questo ristorante e, sebbene il cibo fosse di buona qualità, mi vedo costretto a assegnare solo due stelle principalmente a causa delle porzioni. Queste sembravano più adatte a uno spuntino che a un pasto completo, suscitando una certa delusione tra più della metà dei membri del nostro gruppo. È improbabile che torneremo, dato che l'insoddisfazione per le porzioni ridotte ha influito negativamente sulla nostra esperienza complessiva
07/08/2023: Ogni volta che mi reco in questo ristorante non esco mai deluso. Cucina casalinga eccellente, location suggestiva, rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile.

16/12/2023: Dalla splendida terrazza, fruibile nella buona stagione, si gode una magnifica vista sulle colline vitate a prosecco. Ma anche gli interni sono accoglienti, specie la saletta con un bel caminetto. Menu della tradizione con qualche divagazione innovativa (ma non troppo). Nella stagione invernale imperdibili la sopa coada (piatto ormai quasi introvabile) in versione locale (col pollo in umido) e la faraona con la salsa pevarada. Da provare anche il lesso. Buona sceltacdi vini, compreso il prosecco del padrone di casa che arriva in tavola dalle vigne che potrete ammirare pochi metri sotto di voi. Conto onesto e un oste che sa fare il suo mestiere...
24/11/2023: Patron accogliente simpatico e riservato quando serve, chef dalla mano fortunata, leggera e saporita con sapienza di cucina, un pranzo eccellente senza disturbi e il giusto.
Cantina notevole e inaspettata, che favorisce il territorio ma osserva anche i dintorni, interni ed esterni.
Voto massimo, non ci si spiega perché non abbia la chiocciola di slow food.

02/03/2024: We went for Sunday lunch, the place is clean and well furnished. Minimal internally while the external terrace is more informal, but always well-kept. The menu often varies during the year from what I understand and the proposals are selected and researched (no kilometre-long menus).
Average prices for a restaurant, excellent quality of dishes. Starter 13 euros, main courses 18 euros, side dishes 4 euros. We didn't taste the desserts unfortunately. Overall satisfied!
