24/12/2024: In an ancient artisan workshop once equipped with a shelter for horses, existing since 1605, in the pleasant town of Torreglia, in the splendid Euganean Hills, rich in history and monumental landscape beauty, there is the Ballotta restaurant, whose appetizers are delicious of raw meat, tossed on which crunchy courgette flowers are served, the cut with 5 flavors (mixed vegetables) is very tender, which I accompanied with baked potatoes and finally the house dessert, the Pazientina, a gateau with chocolate, zabaglione within two almond biscuits and topped with an exquisite biscuit, all surrounded by cubes of sponge cake. A huge thank you and a hug to Agnese, the room manager, who with infinite kindness offered me a guided tour of the complex.

30/12/2024: Con alle spalle ben 161 recensioni, posso dire che la cena di questa sera alla Vigna mi ha consentito di apprezzare il vero apice della ristorazione e dell’ospitalità. Location elegante, ben inserita nel verde dei colli, servizio semplicemente superlativo, con una cortesia d’altri tempi, mise en place impeccabile. Lista vini spettacolare, a prezzi corretti, con un’attenta selezione delle migliori cantine locali. Giustamente ridotto il menu, con proposte particolari ma mai leziose, elaborate ma non stucchevoli, prodotti (abbiamo degustato filetto, battuta, waigu, porcini, capesante, cervo….) di primissima qualità, lavorati con impeccabile professionalità e presentati con grande maestria. Pane fatto in casa, ottimi i dolci e la lista dei passiti. Conto perfettamente coerente con l’altissima qualità del tutto. Più che bravi, davvero eccezionali.

06/01/2025: Let's forget the whole local patriotic superstructure and the anticipatory reviews, then with two people and a bill of just over a hundred euros we get a good 3. A friend said after looking at the photos: it looks like mom's and that's what it was . Solid, not very sophisticated cuisine, sometimes mom managed it really well, sometimes not. We would particularly like to highlight the risotto with salciccia and radiccio, which was really balanced between the four main ingredients and was really something new. I don't even want to imagine which dark fishing boat the tough, surly cod came from. My stomach had a lot to do with it. The house wines are not worth mentioning, but the café afterwards is. The service did its job. You should also make a reservation during the week because it is absolutely full.

23/01/2025: Sempre il top! Frequento questo locale da svariati anni e non avevo mai speso due minuti del mio tempo per scrivere una recensione. Rapporto qualità prezzo IMBATTIBILE, se volete mangiare piatti tipici in una vera osteria e spendere davvero poco (difficilmente raggiungo i 30€ a persona) allora questo è il posto giusto. Mi raccomando di prenotare sempre, è davvero difficile trovare posto! Consigliatissimo!

20/01/2025: We had dinner here as a couple, a wonderful welcome a stone's throw from the spa, delicious bigoli, equally good pappardelle with duck... cuts that melted in your mouth, the wild boar stew and battered vegetables were also delicious... the panna cotta was really excellent... excellent service . 06/01/2025: Next to the Duomo, a small and welcoming place, all delicious and typical Venetian dishes, honest prices. Top service: they let us share everything between 2 (bringing us a separate double plate) and even offered bitters! Highly recommended
