03/05/2026: Incredible experience.. I visit restaurants even 3 a week.. and now May 1st this is the best of the year and among my all-time favorites.. I ate taglioni with artichokes and very light bacon with spicy tomato, exceptional... then a delicious fillet, almost too abundant... accompanied by a radicchio seasoned with anchovy paste... wonderful.. grand finale with Cavaliere's dessert... absolute goodness.. all with attentive, fast, kind and professional service.. I'll be back!! Well done

02/05/2026: Good food, slightly salty. They bring an entree free of charge. The price is slightly above average, but the quality is very good.

12/05/2026: The food is good, but what ruins it all and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth is the bill they present you at the end... You sit down and they start bringing you appetizers without even saying anything or explaining what's happening, and you, the idiot who sat down, think it's a welcome entree since they bring it to everyone. Then, unfortunately, you realize too late that it's not a simple welcome and that they'll force you to pay for what they brought YOU at the end. We paid €65 for two for a meal that included appetizers IMPOSED by the restaurant, a second course of your choice (shared between two), and two coffees. The appetizers were all meager appetizers in small portions that included bruschetta, half a potato, half a mozzarella, salad, lentils, giblets, scrambled egg, and pea soup. All simple, minimally processed ingredients that make the final price even more inexplicable. THE MENU MUST BE EXPLAINED/SHOWED TO THE CUSTOMER, OR AT LEAST THE PRICES MUST BE DISPLAYED (as required by law). Be careful if you've never been there before and ask as soon as you see random dishes arriving to avoid unpleasant surprises.

12/05/2026: I happened upon it by chance with my wonderful better half, who helped make this day exceptional. To say it was wonderful is an understatement: excellent food, exceptional host, wonderful staff, a truly unique, authentic, and genuine experience. One of the few true osterias left...well done.
