01/05/2025: On the advice of a dear friend I had dinner with my family at this restaurant. Excellent food and service. Friendly and kind staff. Thank you. I will definitely return with my family.
30/04/2025: Dear owner, if he cannot accept criticism and take advantage of it, he should change his profession.
To my regret, I must inform you that my complaints were made during and after dinner, at the time of the bill, about which I cannot say anything, we complained, and you yourself, in a black t-shirt and apron, began with THEY ARE LACKED OF STAFF, without even an apology. So I reassure you, I'm frustrated, nor am I hiding behind a screen. I wish you another 30 years, if more, of conspicuous activity. Negative reviews included.

03/05/2025: Elegant, refined and wonderful restaurant; unique and beautiful location, the Roman excavations are the setting; excellent gourmet cuisine, selected and refined dishes offered in delicious dishes; cuisine aimed at gourmets with a refined palate. Compliments to the chef. Avoid going in if you think of "restaurant food". Quality does not go together with quantity. Impeccable service with great availability of proposed waters and wines. Also very good by the glass. The price is right for the location and quality service offered. Amazing cellar with excellent selection of wines. I repeat recommended only for connoisseurs.
29/04/2025: Assolutamente fantastico! Un'accoglienza calorosa e amichevole, lontano dai ristoranti turistici. Un ambiente elegante, un arredamento curato e piuttosto moderno, personale attento.

08/06/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo e loro hanno pensato solo alla quantità ovvero a fare soldi e non a soddisfare il cliente e a coccolarlo, stavano sempre sul collo, sempre sulla porta e non riuscivi a fare un pranzo un pace che loro erano sempre li con il fiato sul collo
Il cibo non era gran che da come avevo letto, gli afettati/salumi non sembravano tagliati al momento perche secchi e il cibo molto speziato
Il servizio ci ha messo molto ad arrivare
E il personale non vedeva l'ora che ci alzavano se non che non appena aver pagato ci hanno detto di alzarci pur che c'erano tanti tavoli liberi

04/06/2025: They took more money than they should have, terrible breakfast with very poor quality products, dinner let's not even talk about the veal slices, perhaps the shelf life had expired, an experience never to be repeated, I do not recommend it
20/05/2025: Fantastic hotel. The atmosphere is like in old Italy. Parking on site but you have to book it in advance. 10 minutes walk to the center. I recommend it

07/09/2023: We had a table booked for 8pm. We arrived early so we were given Prosecco each whilst we waited for our table to be available. We waited about 10 minutes then we were brought to our table.
We ordered our food which was fine. We understand that it was busy but the food came after 45 mins I would say, and it was cold. We all ordered pasta dishes. They were nice but would’ve been better if they had been hot!!.
Once we got the bill we checked everything to make sure it was right, but we couldn’t understand why we were charged €56 for two of the dishes we got. Turns out the two prawn linguini “specials” that two of us had were €28 each!!. €56 for two bowls of pasta is crazy money if you ask me. We were not told that they were €28 each, if we had known the price we would have gotten something different off the menu. Also €7 for natural tap water?? You can get that for 70 cent in the super market.
Lovely service and lovely staff, but the prices of the two pasta specials is maddd. Was an okay experience, but we will not be returning while we are here on holiday 👎
