16/06/2025: The people are extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. Arrived before they opened for dinner. They let us sit at the table and have a drink before the kitchen was ready. The food is excellent, the menu card has a good choice and the prices are fair. We stayed overnight at one of their apartments and all went very well. I can only recommend this place!

30/03/2025: Place located in the center of the small village of Calavino. The restaurant is clearly visible from the street. It has a long history behind it: a history of dedication and love for catering. Recently passed into the hands of another owner, it has not changed the quality of its dishes and above all the prices one iota. Pocherino is definitely an excellent option for being able to taste several first courses at the same time. Excellent salted meat, well cut and well cooked. The place is a bit rustic, perhaps a few small details could be updated, but overall it is well kept. Nice waiters. Amazing prices to say the least: you can no longer find such low prices with high quality around. Even for those who are out of the area, I recommend coming and trying the dishes at Cipri!

20/05/2025: We came across this restaurant for lunch during a trip and were really thrilled! Every dish we tried was truly delicious, prepared with care and with top-quality ingredients. One aspect that particularly struck us was the wide selection of gluten-free dishes, a real panacea for our celiac daughter. It's not always easy to find such valid and varied options, so a special applause for this attention! The prices are also more than fair for the quality offered. Absolutely recommended for those looking for an excellent lunch, with an eye also for specific dietary needs. We will definitely return if the opportunity arises again!

05/06/2025: Climb to the top to eat a typical Trentino Strudel, the boy behind the counter is about to take the whole cake and cut me a slice, but the Business Woman on duty intervenes and stops him and tells him to give me the one on display that was dried up and unfortunately was no longer good. Good, very good, so good that next time I'll go somewhere else.

13/06/2025: The journey by car is an adventure, but it's definitely worth it. A warm welcome, in a place of peace and relaxation. The view over the valley is simply fantastic. There are three menus, but you can also choose individual dishes. Here, regional mountain cuisine is reinterpreted at a high level using local products. We had a fantastic evening and would love to return.

18/05/2025: Excellent Trattoria where you can taste different dishes, offered every day with careful and vast mastery, in my case a dish in the photo such as tortelli in butter and sage impeccable. A simple but really good dish in fresh pasta. I highly recommend, it is located in the main street of Folgaria.

15/06/2025: We went to this restaurant last night with some friends and, from the first telephone contact, we were negatively affected: to the simple question if there were available tables, we were answered in an extremely rude way with phrases like "but do I have to tell you? Or are you asking someone else?". A truly unprofessional welcome. Despite this, we decided to go to the restaurant anyway. The place was clean and well set, but inside it was stiflingly hot, making it difficult to enjoy the evening. Once we received the menu, we noticed with regret that many of the dishes were frozen. When they arrived at the table, the presentation was sloppy and uninviting. In particular, one of the dishes - the stringoli with seafood sauce - was still cold and it was clear that it had been badly reheated, probably directly from frozen. However, it must be recognized that the portions were very generous and the prices fair. Furthermore, the waiter who served us, (John), was very kind and professional, the only real positive point of the evening. I hope that these observations will be taken as a starting point for improvement, especially in terms of courtesy and the quality-presentation of the dishes.

It is worth coming to this place, now very dated and lost among the "marshes" of the Po to savor the true flavors of the local sea. Price appropriate for the food but not for the venue.

02/01/2025: Since I got my dog ​​taken from the kennel and very fearful, I created an IG page sendingwithpennypenny to give advice to those like me who travel with their own 🐕. I have tested many structures but this one is truly special... and this is thanks to Nicoletta, the owner of the Solasna farmhouse. She has a particular empathy and sensitivity that manages to put any type of customer at ease, especially furry customers! Excellent cuisine, simple rooms but with everything you need and lots of outdoor space! Location in Val di Sole close to Madonna di Campiglio, Malè and the beautiful Val di Rabbi. Highly recommended for couples, families with children and of course with furry friends in tow. 01/01/2025: I went to this farmhouse for the first time at the end of year dinner. It was a pleasant surprise: the environment was beautiful, warm and welcoming; excellent food and excellent presentation; Very kind, friendly and all female staff. Super satisfied, I highly recommend it!!

13/06/2025: We had lunch on a weekday, we found this restaurant by chance in Cavalese, in a small alley in the center. Justina welcomed us kindly but with the typical discretion of these places. The menu had the right number of courses, all very local, without overdoing the imagination and without giving useless imaginative names. For those who are not meat lovers, some fish dishes. Giustina is also a great sommelier who recommended an excellent wine, also from the area, with an excellent bouquet but with a good price. The price paid per person was around €27 for a super satisfying lunch and with an excellent wine. Ps. Exceptional goulash and a revisited tiramisu (by the pastry chef daughter) with caramelized pears. Just a small tip, the contemporary Italian music (perhaps too contemporary) clashed with the wonder of the place and the goodness of the dishes. Total rating: 10 😉
