09/12/2025: The place is very beautiful and welcoming, and the food isn't bad; not excellent or unforgettable, mind you, but better than other refuges. The pros end there. The wait is very long. Unfortunately, as in all refuges, but especially here, the prices are exorbitant: €28 for a steak that must have been barely 200g with a few potatoes? €8 for a slice of strudel? €10 for the "dessert of the day"? You're in Paganella, not St. Moritz. But as long as there's a line outside, they're right to drive up the prices (I'd insert a famous Wanna Marchi quote here, but that would be vulgar); personally, I don't think they'll see me again.

14/12/2025: A very well-organized facility, both for accommodation and for the restaurant, with excellent food and excellent service. The welcome and hospitality are truly excellent, with qualified and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and tidy, as is the entire facility. I would say the prices are excellent for the overall quality of service. Semi-central location, very convenient for ample parking and access to the city center.

08/12/2025: Local food. Nice atmosphere and local food. Fair prices. I ordered the Giro del tortel menu, which was very filling, with plenty of cured meats. Perhaps a larger variety of vegetables and cheeses would be nice.

07/12/2025: The staff is kind and friendly, the pizza is really excellent in my opinion, as are the tortei (a typical and flagship dish with an "all you can eat" option), the place is clean from what I saw.

05/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, with a menu consisting primarily of traditional Trentino dishes. Very generous portions (we recommend sharing to avoid missing out). The desserts are also excellent, especially the Mochena braid.

03/12/2025: Reservation for Saturday evening accepted that afternoon. Fantastic place, reasonable prices, but with incredibly generous portions. Typical, unique, and excellent dishes. Lovely staff. Fast service despite the place being busy. Gluten-free options available. I recommend it to everyone.

23/10/2025: We had dinner and lunch at this restaurant on a weekend in late September, visiting Levico and Caldonazzo. The location was lovely, the service excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful. The portions were generous and well-prepared and presented. The food was excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. It's best to book in advance because there aren't many seats.

04/10/2025: After a week in the beautiful Levico Terme area and eating the same things at various mid- to high-priced restaurants and pizzerias, we finally found a true traditional restaurant with top-quality local recipes and ingredients! Special mention for the canederli, gröstel, and the Levico Amaro from the Vettorazzi distillery. 😋 Everything was EXCELLENT, from the service to the food!!! Absolutely perfect value, we'll definitely be back. 🤓

16/12/2025: I had dinner here and it was delicious. The schnitzel was very tasty with cherry tomatoes and arugula, and for dessert, a delicious apple pie. The service was very fast, highly recommended.

12/12/2025: A restaurant in the center of Madonna di Campiglio, beautifully decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes listed under "typical dishes" were very good, but the portions weren't adequate for the price (the polenta was just a taste). Unfortunately, the strudel was served with partially undercooked dough, €8...

14/12/2025: Not only do you eat quality traditional Trentino cuisine, but the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is courteous. It's best to book in advance.

14/12/2025: The attentive and discreet service at this restaurant is the perfect complement to the impeccable traditional cuisine. The wine list is simple, mostly local, but well-researched. The wine and recommended dishes are perfect. Well done ☺️

05/12/2025: ❤️Excellent experience at Antico Focolare – Highly recommended! We had dinner with friends at Antico Focolare in Madonna di Campiglio and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food is exquisite, prepared with quality ingredients, and the value is excellent. The staff is qualified, professional, and very friendly. A welcoming restaurant where the food is excellent. Definitely worth a try!

21/09/2025: Rustic mountain hut, good food, typical, cute atmosphere, donkeys😘 sheep😀, immersed in mountain nature... a paradise.

12/09/2025: Whenever I happen to be in the area, a trip to Salanzada is always a pleasure. First of all, the location is wonderful, the view spectacular, and it's wonderful to be able to stop and see the animals living on the farm. The restaurant has never disappointed me. Over the years, I've tried the desserts the mountain hut offers for afternoon snacks several times (all excellent); in my opinion, that's the best time of day to visit Salanzada. For lunch and dinner, I've usually opted for polenta accompanied by mushrooms and/or cheese, a dish I always find delicious (you can't say you've been to Val di Fiemme without eating some polenta with mushrooms, come on). The service, in my experience, has always been prompt and accurate. Every now and then, during less busy times, I even manage to chat with the lady who runs the establishment, who is always very friendly and cheerful.

15/12/2025: Strolling through the streets of Cavalese's center, I discovered Cantuccio, an intimate and welcoming restaurant with just a few seats. Its dishes made me fall in love with the place. Kudos to the warm atmosphere and the delicious dishes!

16/11/2025: The canederli are unforgettable, as is the chestnut tiramisu! The service is also excellent; I highly recommend this little gem located on a central alley in Cavalese.

15/11/2025: A mid-November getaway with a traditional dinner in a restaurant where you can breathe in the mountain air. Reservations recommended; the staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent dishes. We'll definitely be back.
