Luca and Michele welcomed and served us with professionalism and kindness; the dishes were refined and the ingredients were high-quality.

31/05/2026: Restaurant: We dined at the Maniero and we rate it very highly. The location is quaint and the atmosphere is refined: six of us had a private room reserved for us. The staff was truly friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs. With a small child, they took care to prepare everything we needed (high chair, cup, and spoon). The food was good and tasty, served with good wine. Highly recommended.
28/04/2026: A traditional restaurant, renovated with exposed vaulted ceilings. The main dining room and private rooms are both welcoming and original. The staff is friendly. Excellent pizzas, especially the basic dough.
A refined restaurant.

14/08/2026: It's a shame I didn't find Cristina's smile behind the counter, but instead a rather aloof clerk. I order prosciutto crudo and capocollo. Among the various cuts, she chooses a cut of capocollo with visibly yellowed fat; I ask her to replace it with another cut. Compared to previous years, both the capocollo and prosciutto crudo were extremely salty. Disappointing!

07/08/2026: I fully understand that things have to move fast, but for the second time this holiday, we felt this was going too far. You can't really enjoy your food or the location anymore. The food itself wasn't like last year either. It has actually become a bit of a factory where everything has to be fast and cheap. We value the price-quality ratio; I suggest it become a bit more expensive so we can enjoy a nice, leisurely meal.

04/07/2026: The food isn't bad, the prices aren't transparent or adequate, and the service isn't attentive. There are many other mountain huts where you'll be treated better and, above all, with more transparent prices.

21/08/2026: We stopped here after riding the bike path from Canazei. We were looking for a place that wasn't too crowded, with traditional cuisine, and a bit out of the way.
We were greeted with great kindness and even allowed to leave our bikes in the open air near the outdoor area.
Excellent traditional cuisine, with generous portions and quality ingredients.
We ordered the trio of canederli and the tagliatelle with game ragù. Unfortunately, we didn't order the veal cheek because we were already full from the generous portions, but it looked truly inviting.
Highly recommended!
21/08/2026: The atmosphere is very refined and charming. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The food is very interesting, including the exceptional pappardelle with mushrooms and the semifreddo with mountain pine honey.

10/07/2026: We had lunch at this wonderful refuge, where you can breathe in the mountain air in every way. The food was excellent, to say the least, with special appetizers, and the game was excellent, as was everything else. The icing on the cake was a freshly made millefeuille by the superb pastry chef.
The waiters were all smiling and very kind. The service was prompt.
Congratulations. The prices are quite high, but that doesn't stop me from giving everything 5 stars.

The added value of this restaurant is undoubtedly the service, both professional and warm.
