06/01/2025: Restaurant reachable in a short time from the main road. Well looked after and young and courteous staff. Few dishes but local and well executed. The only negative note upon our arrival was that the place was cold having visited it in the middle of winter.

30/12/2024: Amazing food with great atmosphere Dined at dinner and went out to see the beautiful night sky filled with stars many times service was slower than expected but granted it was a one man show serving multiple tables insanely good saffron infused honey, we ended up buying 2 bottles to bring back home overall amazing experience

11/09/2024: Un accueil souriant pour un repas en terrasse au déjeuner (pranzo). « Pane e coperti » à 3€, le plus cher est ici (moins cher à Quei 2 et Da Bengodi). 4 plats de pâtes et personne n’est convaincu en termes de « goût » … et pourtant, nous fréquentons la Toscane depuis 2010 … Pasta al ragù … et Pici cacio e Pepe sans véritable identité gustative. Mais ce qui déçoit terriblement, c’est de se voir servir dans un restaurant du fromage en petits sachets, grana padano. Nous sommes probablement venus un mauvais jour. Nous avions commandé également des fiore di zucchine alla fritura, là également sans intérêt gustatif et servies tardivement en fin de repas. Finalement, 4 plats de pâtes, 1 contorno, 2 bouteilles d’eau et un café… 73€ … c’est cher payé pour cette qualité.

07/01/2025: Sono stato in questo locale diverse volte sia con amici che con la famiglia, una garanzia per la cucina toscana. Siamo partiti con l'assaggio di antipasti, tantissime portate una meglio dell'altra, per i nostri gusti il collo ripieno e l'uovo di quaglia sono in assoluto i migliori. Abbiamo continuato con la fiorentina. Tenerissima, cotta al sangue alla perfezione e accompagnata dalle patate, sublime. Dolci fatti da loro. Vino abbiamo preso quattro bottiglie in 8. Personale super carino, professionale e preparato. Spesa 60€ a testa.

08/12/2024: Fast and friendly service. The pico with garlic and the gnudi with butter and sage are excellent. Very good food and price ratio. I recommend this bruschetteria tavern for visitors who take a walk in the village of San Gusmé.
