14/01/2026: My boyfriend and I went to this tavern for the first time. We were amazed by the quality and quantity of the dishes! To start, we had the Ozio appetizer, which was incredibly generous, with a taste of fried brain added. This was followed by tagliolini with truffle, made with lactose-free butter (which we brought from home as agreed) due to my intolerance. My boyfriend opted for tortellini filled with cacio e pepe and truffle. For dessert, we had chocolate salami and cantuccini with vin santo (lactose-free). We were delighted from appetizer to dessert. The waitresses were super helpful and friendly, and knew how to accommodate us from the very beginning. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

03/01/2026: A truly fantastic experience. Let me start by saying we only had lunch at the restaurant, and I was truly impressed by the location and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. As soon as you step inside, you immediately feel at ease in a homey atmosphere where hospitality is unparalleled. The dishes are traditional and carefully prepared. We tried the tagliolini with white truffle, recommended by Chef Francesco, and I must say it was amazing. We will definitely return to Collebrunacchi to stop at this restaurant, which is truly worth a visit. I highly recommend it to truffle lovers, and my compliments once again to the Chef.

12/12/2025: I expected much, much more, looking at the website and especially considering that all the truffle dishes were starting at €30. Overall, it wasn't bad, but ultimately, it was just a simple trattoria, nothing special!

11/12/2025: I don't think I'll ever go back. I ordered tagliolini with truffle for €35.00, and they had cream in the middle. I'm allergic to lactose, and I was sick all night! Not only that, but the cream is disgusting—maybe butter, but cream! Ugh! My partner ordered pici all'aglione, but I assure you there wasn't any garlic, just garlic, so strong and persistent that you couldn't stand to be near it; chemicals have that effect! In my opinion, if you want to try truffles, go somewhere else! They're poor quality and overpriced: two fried eggs that smell like truffles cost €35.00! Aren't they ashamed?

11/02/2026: We were delighted to stumble across this place while in transit. It has a lovely rustic vibe with friendly and attentive staff. They use high-quality local produce that's spot on, and the filetto couldn't have been any better. Definitely worth a visit.

09/12/2025: We had lunch with a nice group of friends... and honestly the food was good... the appetizers were traditional, yes, but everything was very good and the quality products, including the cold cuts... the first courses were spectacular, the penne alla boscaiola was super... a remarkable combination of flavors, as was the tagliolini with white ragù, you could tell there was an expert hand in the kitchen! ... grilled meat for the second course, but it was average. The atmosphere was overall quiet and quite familiar, although the bill was a bit high at the end!! Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: We were there during the truffle festival, we spent quite a bit but the product was excellent.

26/12/2025: We were there when we got married. And today we're delighted to return. It's a beautiful place and highly recommended!
