01/11/2025: Finally, thanks in part to the autumnal weather and the busy workday, I managed to find a table without waiting too long. What can I say? I was completely rewarded: the dishes were excellent in both taste and presentation, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. It was definitely a positive experience that I will repeat.

26/11/2025: A Mysterious Disappearance 🌟 ​I just went to Ara' in Florence and I have to admit I failed miserably in my mission: taking a photo of their Sicilian arancini with ragù. ​And it's their fault! 🤤 ​As soon as it landed in my hand, the arancini were so irresistibly fragrant and the crust so perfectly golden and crispy that... boom! I had no escape. In a flash, it was gone. The ragù was flavorful, plentiful, and the balance between rice and filling was simply perfect. ​In short, if you're looking for photographic proof of their deliciousness, you won't find it. But if you're looking for a taste experience that will make you forget about your phone and social media, you've come to the right place. ​Rating: 10/10 (but give us an early warning before they disappear!)

25/11/2025: I stumbled upon this place almost by chance and was truly impressed. Gloria, who was at the counter, was incredibly kind, helpful, and very professional: a welcome that immediately makes all the difference. I wanted to try two special arancini, one with pasta and one with squid ink. I had never tried them before, and I must say they were a very pleasant surprise: new flavors, well-balanced, and truly delicious. A place that definitely deserves a positive review. I'll gladly return!

They make you feel at home! I always love coming back with my boyfriend, and we even bring our dog... Oh, PS: it's a corner of Sicily in Tuscany, gluten-free! 💕

18/11/2025: The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept. The staff is extremely kind and warm, just like the welcoming Sicilians. The highlight is the dishes—WOW! You can taste the sea in your mouth! The freshest produce, including magnificent raw ham. The first courses are an explosion of flavors, yet balanced, but the fried food is a cloud. I recommend booking.

02/11/2025: Years ago, we had a wonderful meal here in the garden. It was a fond memory, so we quickly returned. Definitely no regrets. A lovely, spacious table in front of the kitchen. The restaurant was pleasantly packed with lots of Italians. We're going for the 9-course menu again. Everything was delicious: tomato granita with mozzarella, bacalha on toast, etc. A good wine list. Very friendly staff. Fantastic! I would definitely go back.
