07/09/2025: The meal was delicious and the desserts even more so! The delizia al limone and biancomangiare were incredible. The owners are very kind. We slept in a van in the middle of the vineyards in their parking lot, it was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you again for everything!

12/09/2025: Wonderful, well-kept place. I went to Ardigna for lunch with friends. We ordered the set menu, which includes several appetizers, three first courses, a huge grilled meat (cooked perfectly), fruit, and dessert. The dishes are delicious and of the highest quality. The staff is very friendly.

06/09/2025: Restaurant 🔝 We had a great time. The appetizers were sophisticated, refined, and high-quality. The first courses were also excellent. The prices were in line with the quality offered. Recommended.

16/09/2025: Got the table while was still not busy, at least for the first hour. Front house staff was lovely. We ordered 1 starter and 2 main courses and a bottle of wine and water. Drinks came very quickly. Then long break, but that's fine we are in Sicily... But the table next to us received their food, managed to eat it and pay and we were still waiting for our starter. Starter came along with only one main course. We asked waiter if another main is coming. He left and queried another waiter about our order. In very short moment another waiter came apologising as there was a mistake made by the kitchen and our 2 main course will be served shortly. We were fine with that as mistakes are happening and as they promised second main course was served within few minutes. However, the food was bland, cous cous was under seasoned, fish stock sauce had no taste, it was tasteless and salty. Such a heartbreaking meal. After we finished, we asked for the bill and you think what else could go wrong... Well... The cockroach decided to stroll across our table (thank God that was after the meal) we jumped out and rushed to pay the bill, and when we wanted to pay their card machine stopped working 🤣 so we had to wait until they replaced it with a working one.

14/09/2025: I've been going to this place for many years. My family tradition is to take couscous home for takeout, but eating at the table is also a wonderful experience. The food is always fresh, well-seasoned, and flavorful. Their couscous with fish is renowned, and that's exactly what I decided to take home, along with some fried cappuccetti (little red clams) and their legendary fish broth. The only downside is that in the summer, tourism makes the place almost inaccessible (I make a reservation until around 7 pm, and then you have to go check if there's room, which sometimes makes the wait a bit long). I recommend going outside of the summer season... takeout isn't always available either. You'll have to see how busy they are, but when they do, it's truly fantastic.

14/09/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening and ate the tasting menu for €30 per person (appetizer, first course, second course, and sorbet), excluding drinks, and we had a great time. The waiter, Franco, was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try Sicilian cuisine!

16/09/2025: Apparently, you have to be grateful to be ignored at all here. We were sent away without comment during the off-season, even though the restaurant was completely empty. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. Perhaps the policy here is: no guests welcome unless you bring your own food. Beautiful location, but what good is the view if you can only see it from outside? Absolutely not recommended.

08/09/2025: Place looks good but they didn't welcomed us with a very simple "hello" and didn't want to give us a table for 2 at 19h30 when the restaurants was totally empty and they didn't give us any reason. Very rude.

07/10/2025: A rather disconcerting experience: terrible service, poor cleanliness, fish that was either tasteless or ruined by the chef. As soon as we arrived in Sicily, they recommended this restaurant to us. It's October, the tourist pressure is low, and you expect good service and good food. Unfortunately, no, raw scampi sent back, defrosted amberjack, inedible squid drowned in soy sauce, untouchable oil cruet because it wasn't clean, used and dirty bread napkins, confusing service, dirty walls. Maybe it's because I work in the restaurant business, but I was truly disappointed. Local cuisine should be something else.

04/10/2025: The quality-price ratio wasn't right in my opinion. €16 for a small amount of fried food, and despite the fact that the waiter told me there were 8 cassatelle, they only came with 7. The same goes for the seasonal fruit, which was a paltry amount. Sufficient.

13/10/2025: A delicious dinner at Profumi di Cous Cous in San Vito Lo Capo, an elegant and refined restaurant where the Mediterranean atmosphere permeates every detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service is quick yet discreet, and the outdoor garden offers a truly evocative setting. We chose two signature dishes: the Rais couscous, rich and fragrant, with an intense broth and the freshest fish, and the Pantesca couscous, more aromatic and bold in flavor. Both are impeccable in balance and presentation. The desserts are also excellent, carefully crafted and delicious, the perfect end to a truly successful dinner. An experience that combines tradition and sophistication, highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor the true spirit of San Vito Lo Capo. Truly excellent!

05/10/2025: We ate very well, with an excellent appetizer and both the couscous and the ravioli were delicious. The house wine was good, and the service was fast and courteous.

03/10/2025: We waited 40 minutes just to get the antipasti and the room was half empty. In general too expensive. We paid 5 euros for a small bowl with only green salad. For a small grilled fish alone we paid 24€. The cous cous was very salty. Not recommended.
