31/05/2026: Recommended by a local, it turned out to be a real hit. Traditional flavors that make your mouth water. Tuna busiate with amazing sauce (scarpetta) and a sprinkling of "aglio e muddica" (poor man's cheese). True Sicilians will forgive me for any mistakes I make.

17/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We dined here four times during our week-long vacation. The restaurant is extremely clean and offers a refined and elegant atmosphere. The kitchen is fully visible, and it's a pleasure to watch the chefs prepare superb dishes. The food is incredibly fresh, thanks in part to the dedication and sacrifice of the restaurant manager, Andrea, who goes out to sea every morning to catch it. Not to mention the hospitality: beyond their friendliness, you can sense their passion for what they do, and for that, they deserve full credit. Highly recommended! 15/07/2026: Absolutely lovely restaurant, staff are so friendly (both kitchen and front of house), and the food is really amazing ! Have eaten here multiple times over the course of two years and the quality has not disappointed, it really stands out amongst lazier and overpriced tourist traps. The dishes taste so fresh, and despite having become a tad more expensive are 100% worth the price paid.

Dear Management, I would like to clarify that the reviews you're referring to are only three (plus two fast food restaurants), including yours. I tend to leave a review only in exceptional cases, when the experience doesn't live up to expectations. I regularly frequent highly rated restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, and over the course of over 15 years, I've enjoyed numerous restaurants around the world. In many cases, when the quality exceeds expectations, I don't even feel it's necessary to leave a review, as the restaurant's reputation speaks for itself. In your case, unfortunately, I was particularly disappointed by the tuna and octopus, especially compared to other recent experiences during the same trip to Sicily. I also noticed that other customers also left their dishes incomplete, and I sensed surprise on the part of the staff in such circumstances. My intention is not to be polemical, but constructive. In situations like this, I believe a less defensive approach might be more helpful to you. Best regards,

14/07/2026: Fantastic meal at Profumi Di Cous Cous tonight. The service was attentive but not over the top, cocktails were very good and every dish was full of flavour. Highly recommend the meat cous cous main dish. The bill was was very very reasonable considering it’s a Michelin guide restaurant. Make sure to book in advance if wanting to eat here!

08/08/2026: The couscous was exceptional, served with fish broth. The tables in the square in front of the church were very nice.

08/08/2026: It's a trattoria for those who don't want to risk anything; traditional, well-rehearsed dishes offer the peace of mind of a good meal. We had two first courses, one meat and one fish, both excellent. I think the prices are a bit high for a trattoria (€41).

06/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Erice. Delicious dishes and quality ingredients. Attentive and fast service. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, centrally located in the village. Both the outdoor seating and the indoor dining room are pleasant. We tried the seafood couscous and the busiate allo scoglio, and both were delicious.

14/06/2026: Far from the touristy San Vito, with its chaotic bars and restaurants, I dined at Alfredo, a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, a simple and simple but very pleasant place. I was welcomed with kindness and attention, the food was delicious, you can see they care about the customer, they also kindly brought us a nice slice of bruschetta with Trapani pesto as a welcome to the table, the evening went very well.

11/06/2026: We stumbled upon this charming place while touring Sicily. The welcome we received from the staff, and the presentation and taste of the food, are beyond words. From the welcome snack, through the seafood platter, to the wine and main course – everything was delicious! We wholeheartedly recommend this charming place.
