17/08/2025: Sweet sauce: TASTE THE SAUCE, IT HAS TOO MUCH SUGAR BEFORE TAKING IT TO CUSTOMERS. THE PIZZA WILL DISGUST.

17/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The only downside is that they rush through all the courses, leaving you with a full table and gorging on appetizers. It would be better to slow down. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: the food is excellent and the portions are generous. The staff is very kind and attentive.

30/08/2025: I'd say it's the best restaurant in Agrigento: varied, delicious dishes, good prices, local people eating, and a terrace overlooking the Valley of the Temples. The waiter, Andrea, speaks Spanish (he lived in Valencia) and is a sweetheart. I couldn't wait to try their extensive menu. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: We were able to get a table on the balcony, although the place was empty. It's truly beautiful to dine there overlooking the main street. The food was incredible. We ordered vitello tonnato as a starter (highly recommended) and spinach and ricotta ravioli for our main course. The olive oil they bring to your table is delicious too. Super reasonable prices.

25/08/2025: We tasted the ink and sea urchin pasta, the sea bream and the beef pasta. Excellent!!! I really recommend it and the dessert, the millefeuille, is simply sublime. I really recommend it, Stefano took great care of us and offered us a digestif. Superb!

23/08/2025: AMAZING! A very pleasant surprise. Everyone at the table enjoyed everything. We had appetizers, traditional first courses, and sushi, and every course was truly delicious. Compliments for the cuisine and also for the friendly and fast service. Recommended!

Down-to-earth elegance, no overbearing frills, just the simple empathy you deserve for a customer. The food is the result of excellent product selection, with a thoughtful selection of vegetarian dishes sure to tempt omnivores. Wonderful touches include a sampling of the local olive oil and a surprise gift prepared by the Chef. Dishes are beautifully presented, a fascinating testament to how a young staff loves their work, treating the customer almost as if they were guests.

20/08/2025: Excellent restaurant. We had a tasting menu. It was very refined and generous. The service was impeccable. The dining room is a bit small.

21/06/2025: C’ero stato anni fa e ne serbavo un buon ricordo. Abbiamo preso antipasti primi e secondi, nulla di eccezionale, a parte la pasta al sugo di triglie che consiglio.

14/06/2025: Ristorante accogliente e sobrio, servizio veloce, cucina non evoluta. Abbiamo cenato al Kalos con una coppia di amici. Come antipasto abbiamo assaggiato lo sformatino di melanzane, tuma e gamberi: piatto "piatto", melanzane scomparse sotto una quantità esagerata di mollica, gamberi messi nel piatto senza senso! Come primo abbiamo ordinato le linguine all'aragosta: buoni di gusto e generose le porzioni. Per finire abbiamo diviso in quattro un pesce San Pietro: buono il gusto del pesce, un po' meno le patate con olive, capperi e pomodorino che lo accompagnavano. Abbiamo lasciato il ristorante con la sensazione di non aver mangiato male, ma di aver gustato piatti troppo casalinghi, con gli impiattamenti sbagliati: l'aragosta nascosta dalle linguine, il San Pietro sotterrato dalle patate! Servirebbe una maggiore innovazione!

08/08/2025: A superb dinner at Osteria Expanificio! We enjoyed a creamy risotto and seafood linguine, both perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. Paired with a refreshing Hugo Spritz, it was simply divine. The staff is attentive, discreet, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the clean restrooms—a detail that really counts! The establishment offers breathtaking views of the majestic Valley of the Temples: a magnificent setting for a memorable meal. The only downside is that you might want to bring some cash—it's a great payment method. In short: delicious food, elegant ambiance, and exceptional views—a perfect combo that you absolutely must try!

04/06/2025: We had such a lovely experience here. The chef and his wife are people who personify excellence while being totally warm and gracious -- you will want to hang out with them. The ambiance is charming; quirky in all the best ways. The meal is impeccable from start to finis (especially the opening appetizer tray & the wonderful breads): the only problem is that there is so much food, we were too full to make much of a dent in a gorgeous seafood en croute. It is also very good value for the quality. I regret that we live in San Francisco and cannot become regulars. I would have liked to review in Michelin for the star they so deserve, but there is no option for diner feedback as of yet.

28/05/2025: Premetto che siamo di Genova in vacanza per un fine settimana allungato ed abbiamo scelto di dormire a Montallegro solo per mangiare in questo ristorante. Si tratta di un Ristorante con la “R” maiuscola. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere tutta la famiglia e ci siamo trovati come se fossimo dei clienti abitudinari quasi amici. Durante tutta la piacevole serata abbiamo fatto un percorso meraviglioso con un menù degustazione eccellente. Complimenti veramente ad Adriana per la maestria con la quale ci ha raccontato i piatti e complementi allo Chef Damiano per le idee applicate nei piatti. Che dire peccato solo che siamo lontani se no avremmo avuto modo di tornare presto. Grazie della bella serata e grazie per il vostro lavoro.

01/09/2025: A trattoria restaurant with a warm welcome and delicious dishes. A little more expensive than the average in Sicily, but it's a tourist area. The service is very pleasant and efficient, and the dishes are served without waiting. Parking is available on the street at "Sicilian style."

28/08/2025: AMAZING! A charming place in the center of town, small (reservations recommended), but lively and authentic. The quality of the food was excellent: we had the owner prepare a tasting of typical Sicilian appetizers with tripe, stew, and roulade, and it was all delicious, clean, and not hard to digest. The ingredients tasted carefully selected and treated with care. The house wine and local liqueurs were also delicious and refined. If the opportunity arises, this will definitely be a regular stop. Special mention to the owner: he's kind, friendly, and approachable, and if he finds the right company, he's charming and fun. Don't be afraid to chat with him; you might learn things you didn't even know! 100% recommended!
