03/12/2025: Great service from this tall and less hair guy. He gave us his best and interacted well with the guests. Great recommendation for the piccatina fiori! Juiciest meat and unexpectedly delicious taste. Aperol Spirit is also good! Tiramisu is great!
Overall I will highly recommend this place.

07/10/2025: One of my favorite places in the center of Brescia. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. During the summer, you can also eat outside, and the street is always very quiet. The menu is varied, with options for first courses, second courses, or tapas to share. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I can't even begin to describe their meatballs with tomato sauce and cacioricotta: a must try!!! A place where you really feel at home.
05/10/2025: Located in the heart of Brescia, you'll find excellent cuisine, quality aperitifs, and friendly staff. Try the traditional "pirlo," one of the best in Brescia (Prashan is an excellent bartender). The perfect place for any occasion, a must-try.

02/12/2025: If you love treating yourself, you can't miss Simo.Restaurant.
We went there on Sunday for lunch and decided to indulge in Simo's all-you-can-eat formula, and what can we say... everything was perfect, from the delicious, not-at-all-greasy fried appetizers to the phenomenal Roman classics, and finally the delicious main courses and side dishes, all topped off by Simo and the staff's friendliness, who make you feel right at home.
The staff are very helpful, the service is fast, and the restaurant is gorgeous.
Everything definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll be back to try other dishes, as well as the pinsa and pizza.

Be warned: there's a flight of stairs to get to the top.
Traditional Roman dishes, mostly pasta, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, carbonara, etc.
Order the appetizers afterward, because the pasta dish is very generous but delicious.
A must try!

Extensive traditional menu, fried appetizers a bit heavy and salty. First courses are good but not exceptional, generous portions, but I would pay more attention to the oil—the grey grits floated—and the pasta in general. The Amatriciana was good.
A perfect place for a dinner with friends; the pasta dishes are beautiful!

25/11/2025: Four of us visited this Roman restaurant, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The cuisine won us over with well-crafted dishes and authentic flavors.
The restaurant, divided into several rooms and with multiple entrances, has a welcoming atmosphere: it exudes the lively calm that accompanies evenings with friends.
The only downside was the desserts. Unfortunately, they didn't convince either us or the other couple in the group, leaving the ending a bit subdued compared to the rest of the dinner.
Overall, a good place, and I'd gladly return for the main courses and the pleasant atmosphere.

31/05/2025: Torniamo da Nonna Maria dopo un anno: l’atmosfera è la stessa e simile il menu (che, del resto, risente della stagionalità). Questa volta scegliamo purea fave e pecorino, tortino di pecorino, tonnarelli alla carbonara + cacio e pepe e porchetta con patate: tutto ben preparato e gustoso, ma non del tutto all’altezza della scorsa volta. Ovviamente anche lo chef può avere a volte qualche piccola defaillance, e dunque lo perdoniamo gustandoci un amaro Nerone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e sempre buono il servizio con personale cordiale e disponibile.
28/05/2025: Prenotato per 4 ( 3 adulti e un bambino), ristorante piccolo ma curato, lo valuto molto negativamente per dei punti secondo me imprescindibili. Abbiamo richiesto del vino in calice, ci viene portato via il calice e versato chissà dove, senza che ci ci venga comunicato quale vino fosse, al costo di 6€.. al momento del pagamento ( effettuato in contanti) il titolare si “dimentica” di emettere scontrino, ma stampa solo il promemoria. Il conto comprendeva 2 bottiglie d’acqua ( io ne avevo richiesta solo 1 ), acqua micro filtrata, senza che venisse menzionato da nessuna parte. Poi vista l’età di mio figlio ( 4 anni) ho chiesto se era possibile un piatto più piccolo, al momento dell’ordine mi è stato comunicato che non ci fosse nessun problema, il problema l’ho trovato al momento del conto visto che mi è stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno. La qualità dei piatti nella media ma non può essere tollerata una così mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente.P.s: Attendo risposta

05/12/2025: Terrible service, understaffed staff. Noisy. If it weren't for the priceless location, the beautiful decor, and the good food, it would be closed down! Tonight we brought relatives visiting from abroad, and I was ashamed of having chosen it: there's no customer service whatsoever! Extremely long waits, and constant difficulty getting the attention of the few and inadequate waiters.

21/11/2025: I really liked the location and the food. Even though I don't eat meat, I found several options.
I appreciated the owner's jokes a little less, but I'll ignore them because I understand he was trying to be friendly and it helped make the experience more Roman.
