12/02/2025: For me the best Roman restaurant for value for money.
It's difficult to find restaurants that serve such quantities of pasta at such honest prices.
However, you must remember that you come here for the pasta. Most of the appetizers are frozen, just as the desserts are not all home-made. There are a couple of seconds.
Throw yourself into a cacio e pepe with homemade maccheroncini or an excellent Carbonara.

19/01/2025: I highly recommend it from the welcome to the delicacy of the dishes which combine classic Roman cuisine with a refined search for ingredients combined by Chef Carlo. The restaurant is also a winning choice for the environment and the professionalism of the guys in the dining room. I will definitely be back to try new dishes that will surprise me with a smile and a slipper (which is obligatory) after warning of my need as a Celiac! See you soon ❤️

19/01/2025: A terrifying experience, from the reviews I think it's much better for events. Basically canteen food for 60 euros per person: low quality cold cuts, reheated first courses (the children's lasagna was really rubbery), the apple pie didn't have the right flavor or consistency, except for the location which is very nice and the braised meat.
Avoid.
29/12/2024: Ho festeggiato il battesimo di mia figlia in questa location trovata per caso sul web ed è stata davvero una bellissima sorpresa. Tutto perfetto, all'altezza delle aspettative. Ottimi piatti sia per qualità, che per quantità, cura nei dettagli degli allestimenti/addobbi così come da noi richiesti, simpatia, cordialità e disponibilità dei camerieri e degli addetti alla sala. Assolutamente consigliata.

09/02/2025: Last night we went to this restaurant as a group to celebrate a birthday. The birthday boy had specifically chosen this place for the famous trio of first courses. At 9.30pm we hear the waiter tell us that since the kitchen closed at 10.30pm (1 hour later) they would not be able to make us a trio of first courses given the amount of pasta to be made and the imminent closing (I repeat 1 hour later). Taking the pasta dishes separately (same quantity as the trio of first courses) was fine though, the only thing that changed was the price!
Having said that, the carbonara dishes arrive and the pasta appears cold and the egg completely COOKED. Dishes made hastily.
I'm very sorry about the quality, I had heard good things about the place, unfortunately I feel I have to deny it.

16/02/2025: Ambiente simpatico ed accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo provato il menù che prevede antipasti misti e tris di primi.
Tutto decisamente molto buono con un'unica amichevole osservazione da parte di uno che apprezza la pasta al "dente": probabilmente per una svista la pasta corta rigata della cacio e pepe era un po' cruda. Per carità, nulla di insormontabile ma forse un minuto in più di cottura sarebbe servito.
Per il resto porzioni sempre abbondanti e , soprattutto, un sorriso sempre presente in chi serviva a tavola.
A presto per il bis.
