This restaurant offers Lazio cuisine as an alternative to local fare, with quality, courtesy, and a great deal of professionalism.
Excellent products, more than adequate portions, and a fair price.
We'll be back; it's worth it.
15/07/2025: I recommend this very refined and quiet place, with professional service from young, yet highly skilled staff. Carlo, the chef, never fails to delight his guests, both with the exquisite dishes he prepares and with his presence, which shows all the passion he puts into his work.
Favorite dishes: the cod croquettes (one leads to another) and a delicious Carbonara.
I highly recommend it.

03/09/2025: A bad experience. We expected more. We didn't like the fried appetizer, the supplì were cold and truly tasteless, the first courses were nothing like those found in Rome, and the pasta was cooked and quality was truly poor. I'm disappointed because our expectations were high; perhaps we came on the wrong day. Who knows?
23/07/2025: Roman restaurant in the center of Stradella. The owner was very friendly and helpful, but at times a bit intrusive throughout the evening, in my opinion.
Traditional Roman food, overall good, and a decent value.

09/08/2025: We had an amazing meal. My husband wanted cacio e pepe, and I just Googled a bit and found Casa Nani's menu, and it immediately appealed to me. I would have ordered everything on the menu, but I chose the pappa al pomodoro, which was amazing. I had some left over and took it home, certain that tomorrow's lunch will be fantastic again.
We couldn't order anything else because we were so full; the dishes are so generous.
The sangria was delicious; we'll definitely be back.

07/09/2025: New restaurant, excellent food, excellent quality, highly recommended. Prices are moderately high, but it's definitely worth it for a truly delicious dinner. One star less for the ambiance because the location is in a small alley and there's limited seating. For the service, food, and hospitality, they deserve a 10, and we hope to see them grow in the future into a venue as splendid as their quality.
30/08/2025: Delicious... The zucchini flowers were fantastic (you can really taste the anchovy) and the supplì was delicious... Three of us had the trio and one had the carbonara... The amatriciana was one of the best I've ever had, the other first courses were very good, the guanciale and pecorino were fantastic!! The gricia and carbonara were a bit runny, but they were so good, guys!! Homemade peach sorbet... Everything was top notch!! Go there!!

27/08/2025: As a non Italian, only English speaking tourist, the waitress was so rude and in such a hurry to take the order, her behaviour was so weird that she didn’t even offer our table with napkins, and took 0 interest in taking care of our needs.
23/08/2025: Everything was perfect! The food was sooo delicious, the service was very good, greeting to Domenico, and the atmosphere calm and topically Italian!

31/05/2025: Torniamo da Nonna Maria dopo un anno: l’atmosfera è la stessa e simile il menu (che, del resto, risente della stagionalità). Questa volta scegliamo purea fave e pecorino, tortino di pecorino, tonnarelli alla carbonara + cacio e pepe e porchetta con patate: tutto ben preparato e gustoso, ma non del tutto all’altezza della scorsa volta. Ovviamente anche lo chef può avere a volte qualche piccola defaillance, e dunque lo perdoniamo gustandoci un amaro Nerone. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e sempre buono il servizio con personale cordiale e disponibile.
28/05/2025: Prenotato per 4 ( 3 adulti e un bambino), ristorante piccolo ma curato, lo valuto molto negativamente per dei punti secondo me imprescindibili. Abbiamo richiesto del vino in calice, ci viene portato via il calice e versato chissà dove, senza che ci ci venga comunicato quale vino fosse, al costo di 6€.. al momento del pagamento ( effettuato in contanti) il titolare si “dimentica” di emettere scontrino, ma stampa solo il promemoria. Il conto comprendeva 2 bottiglie d’acqua ( io ne avevo richiesta solo 1 ), acqua micro filtrata, senza che venisse menzionato da nessuna parte. Poi vista l’età di mio figlio ( 4 anni) ho chiesto se era possibile un piatto più piccolo, al momento dell’ordine mi è stato comunicato che non ci fosse nessun problema, il problema l’ho trovato al momento del conto visto che mi è stato fatto pagare a prezzo pieno. La qualità dei piatti nella media ma non può essere tollerata una così mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente.P.s: Attendo risposta

15/08/2025: Lovely Italian restaurant. The staff speaks very little English, the music is loud and the chairs are broken but that's part of the charm. We didn't understand the menu but the food was fantastic!
14/08/2025: No English-language menu but lots of tourists. Classic dishes like carbonara but these were terrible. The other dishes were mediocre. Thought you always eat well in Italy.
